• GiacomoGabri (8/5): - L'edificio si trova in un punto centrale di Viagrande, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La posizione è ottima anche per muoversi nei dintorni. Al rientro è stato facile trovare posteggio ai lati della strada, senza bisogno di utilizzare lo spazio messo a disposizione dalla struttura. La nostra camera si trovava al piano terra. Era grande, tanto comoda e anche pulita. Dispone di tv, mini frigo, condizionatore e di un armadio. Anche il bagno è molto spazioso. E' dotato di una comoda e capiente doccia Il wi-fi funziona perfettamente. La tv riceve tutti i canali del digitale terrestre. La proprietaria è molto gentile e cordiale. La mattina successiva ci ha portato dei dolci nonostante le merende e le bevande già disponibili in camera. A disposizione avevamo anche la cucina, in comune con le altre stanze, che non abbiamo utilizzato, a parte la macchina del caffè. Ci torneremo con molto piacere. Il condizionatore era guasto ma ci è stata fornita una stufetta che è riuscita ugualmente a riscaldare la camera. L'acqua calda nel bagno ritardava ad arrivare. Il bagno mi è sembrato poco illuminato. In un lato del letto matrimoniale mancava la presa elettrica.

La sig.ra e' stata accogliente, cordiale, disponibile, attenta quotidianamente ad ogni nostra esigenza. Ci ha consigliato tanti posti belli da visitare e ci ha deliziato di ottime colazioni. Il risveglio con Graziella aveva un sapore diverso. Prezzo/ qualità garantito. Pulizia e cambio biancheria quotidianamente. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole trascorrere una serena permanenza in un b e b comodo e collegato bene con Messina/ Catania e dintorni.

• Dmytro (10/5): Exceptional - The main treasure of the property is the hospitable and friendly hostess. The rooms are large and with all amenities and a balcony. There is parking and a garden. The wifi signal does not reach all rooms equally well. But the house has plenty of common areas with comfortable sofas if you need a stable connection.

• Jonny (9/5): Huge room and nice hosts. The best breakfast! - Lovely old building, huge room and nice family who own and run this property. The breakfast is provided by a voucher which you take to a local cafe to exchange for whatever you want and the food there is the best! Also provided a few things in the room, more than adequate. Had a problem hot water one morning and the check in process (we had to wait a while), make sure to communicate your arrival time to host. Also no kettle in kitchen, I know this is the norm in Italy but often people prefer to drink tea and it’s such a cheap item to provide so why not have?

In walking distance few great places to eat, buy groceries etc. Great area to explore north of Sicily from. Although didn't need it, in room AC. In room facilities could be better (maybe a kettle and some plates etc would be nice). Pillows a bit dated. Shower water got hot but even hotter would be nice.
