• Peter (10/5): Die schöne Unterkunft kann nur von der tollen Gastgeberin übertroffen werden. - Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, sauberes Bad gemütliches Bett und Pool. Zentral gelegen sind sowohl Strand als auch der Nightmarkt, Restaurants und Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen. Das wahre Highlight ist allerdings die Gastgeberin Golf! Sie ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit... Man kann sie immer kontaktieren und sie hat für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Das Zimmer wird alle 3 Tage grundgereinigt, Betten neu bezogen und Handtücher ausgetauscht zudem stellt einem die Gastgeberin jeden Morgen 2 neue Wasserflaschen gratis vor die Tür. Eine absolute Empfehlung falls ihr nach einer preiswerten Unterkunft auf Koh Samui sucht. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen es war Perfekt!

Jederzeit wieder.. es gibt nichts negatives

Close to everything in lamai. The staff were awesome. Nothing, we left in such a hurry we slept in and had to rush for our flight. Hope we didn’t leave to much rubbish behind thanks Golf.

The woman who runs the place, Golf, is super communicative through Whatsapp and will go out of her way to help you out. I lost my car keys in Bangkok airport and she called the lot and found to try and find them for me (no luck, unfortunately). The rooms are all small, stand alone units, are very clean, and have anything you might need for a stay. The mattresses are a little hard (which is anywhere in Thailand- so not a big deal). The location is *slightly* removed from the "center" of things, so if that's a big deal to you, you might want to keep that in mind. However, she is still in town and walkable everywhere. Lotus and 7-11 are right around the corner. As is the night market and a fresh food market

Не хотелось менять это место ни на что другое. Достаточно тихо, но при этом всё что нужно в паре минут пешком. Выход на пляж, рестораны, рынки, несколько супермаркетов и гипермаркет. На территории отеля есть хороший бассейн с чистой водой. Потрясающее соотношение уюта, чистоты и практичности.

I ended up with a lot of muscle and joint pain trying to sleep on the mattress. The pool could be better although it was clean and ok just to cool off on a hot day.

Schön, dass die Unterkunft nach hinten gelegen ist, also von der Straße weg. Dadurch ist es ruhig. Trotzdem ist man sofort bei vielen Restaurants, Shops und dem Strand. Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Essendo in una via, nonostante la vicinanza ai servizi, si sta tranquilli e senza sentire i rumori della città. Camera pulita e con tutto l’essenziale, pulizie effettuate ogni 3 giorni. Fondamentale la zanzariera, per evitare che entrino insetti anche se a noi non è mai capitato entrassero. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina. La proprietaria è stata fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolto con 2 noci di cocco e ogni giorno avevamo una bottiglietta d’acqua a testa; presente ma discreta. Il giorno del mio compleanno, senza che glielo avessimo detto, mi ha fatto trovare una fetta di torta, una splendida sorpresa! Niente

Lot of local Thai food places around the area. The owner Golf was incredibly sweet and polite! Space did feel crammed but not a major downside given the price!

Номер был очень чистым.Белоснежное постельное бельё и удобные спальные принадлежности (подушки ,матрас) Чудная хозяйка,которая была всегда на связи и помогала своими советами. А самое главное-тишина и покой на протяжении всего нашего проживания,хотя домики расположены близко друг к другу. Ещё огромный плюс-наличие бассейна с лежаками) Также расположение данных аппартаментов очень удобно-всё в шаговой доступности:пляж,много ресторанов вокруг,базарчики,магазины. Не могу не отметить красивую,утопающую в цветах территорию вокруг домиков,все эти цветы благоухают и радуют глаз,создавая полный релакс и ощущение нескончаемого отпуска))) Спасибо огромное хозяйке за то,что всё сделано с любовью и добротой,и несомненно рекомендую данные аппартаменты людям,ценящим комфорт и спокойствие!!!

It exceeded our expectations. The owner is super friendly and helpful. It is one of the best accommodation we have stayed in Thailand. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The location is very close to the beach, markets and multiple 7-11’s. Great Thai food can be eaten in front of the accommodation. There’s a restaurant called Yummy and Moonlight. Both are great choices. The beach is a couple minutes away and is walkable +- 5 min.
• Rosanne (9/5): Well-priced, right up the hill from the night market, could see staying there longer term - It's a matter of expectations, isn't it? I had been traveling with a first-timer to Thailand, whose comfort level meant 4 star properties up to that point. In comparison, yes, the towels were threadbare, but for me that was charming. They still worked. The good-sized refrigerator and the functionality and location of the unit made me feel like I was in a little apartment. The pool was simple but refreshing and nice and private. The best part was Golf, who was always available and with whom I had many informative conversations. The bed was pretty firm compared to my other stays. Not a big deal.

Location is good - close to restaurants and supermarkets but quiet at night Facilities weren’t great. Chose it as it had a pool but pool and pool area were not inviting. Room felt a bit strange in that no balcony or space outside the room and couldn’t see anything as hemmed in by other freestanding rooms.
• Lina (10/5): Fantastic stay in Lamai ! - Our stay was fantastic! We were able to check in early (in the morning), and we were greeted by golf with a welcome smoothie. The bungalow is very nice. The location is perfect. Within walking distance: cafes, street food, restaurants, 7/11, the beach, and the night market. The pool is also great for cooling off and relaxing. They also provide two bottles of water every morning. Definitely recommended if you want to have a great time in Lamai.

She was so kind and wonderful I recommend just to get a chance to meet her and experience the warmth of Thai hospitality. The room itself was perfect and everything needed for a proper stay was provided. I stayed in three properties total on koh samui and of the three this was the best. An example of something this place had that others lacked were a mosquito net on the windows and the door,, like a screen door. Golf also starts the stay with a mango smoothie as a welcome drink and offers two waters daily at your door. Everything was really perfect. Don’t hesitate~~

• Allan (9/5): Great owner, quiet location, good value. - Phannerai House is located down a small private lane and away from the noise of the street. At night it is beautifully lit and is attractive in the daytime, especially by the pool that is surrounded by trees, there are a lot of birds and butterflies which makes it feel more remote and relaxing than the location would suggest. Golf, who is the owner is very lovely. She met us on arrival and got us a mango juice. The rooms are compact, but well appointed, hanging rails, mirror, fridge etc that make it easy to unpack and relax. The bed is on a raised platform and the mattress is quite firm - a bit too much so for me!

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - It has been our favourite stay in Thailand so far! Golf the owner is a lovely and hospitable lady who cannot do enough for you. We stayed over new year and she welcomed us into her home with a New Year’s Eve party with delicious food and drinks. We are so grateful for our time at Phannarai house! Location is great and easily accessible to Lamai. Would 100% recommend and would return! Thanks again Golf and family! Nothing
• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - We chose this accommodation due to excellent reviews. Staff was very helpful. We received small gift on Christmas day and before New Year's Eve they prepared for us party with food and drinks. Location is almost quiet not at the main road. Great advantage is approximately 10m long pool where you can relax. Bottled water delivered daily. We really recommend.
• Ján (10/5): Exceptional - Owner of the facility Golf was awesome. Always smiling and very helpful with anything we needed. The room was very clean and very accurate with the photos provided. Everything was clean. There was water bottle every morning waiting for us. Cleaning happened twice a week. Overall 11/10 ☺️ -

• Philmtb (10/5): Exceptional - Golf was an amazing host and provided for our every need. She was always a great source of information regarding scooter hire, taxis, tuk tuk and always kept our room fully stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room great value for money.

• Ivana (10/5): Top Notch! - My stay at Phannarai House was just perfect! I loved everything about it! The room is spotless, spacious, nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and everything you need to feel at home. Although the accommodation is super central and just a minute away from all the restaurants and cafes, it is located in a little side road so that it’s quiet and peaceful. On top of everything Golf is an incredibly lovely and kind host and helps you with everything you need!! Also she welcomed me with the most delicious mango smoothie and there were every morning two new bottles of water waiting for me! I‘m really grateful and highly recommend staying at Phannarai House!
• Jennifer (10/5): Great base to stay. - Lovely host, always quick replies and very friendly. Gave me a good overview of the area when I arrived and was very helpful with booking me a taxi and changing time etc. short walk to the main area of Lamai
• Natasha (9/5): Friendly owner, good location. - Location was a short walk to the beach. The owner was friendly and helpful. The shower was a bit basic but there was always hot water. We didn’t use the swimming pool so can’t comment on that. There’s lots to do on the beach, we had dinner in one of the many restaurants, good value jet skiing. We recommend booking a tour to see the pink dolphins, the owner helped us organise this but it’s worth doing it in advance as they are popular. Shower was basic but we still had hot water.
• Phoebe (10/5): Perfect stay off Lamai beach - The room and bathroom are pristine, and perfectly sized. Really comfortable bed. No noise whatsoever. The host, Golf, really is exceptional. She booked 2 taxis for us from and to the piers. She was so welcoming. The location is amazing. The Lamai beach is nearby, it’s amazing, and there are loads of restaurants around too, plus a night market. Completely recommend this place and I would come back here. No issues at all

• Marist (10/5): Exceptional - Great spot in the heart of Lamai, very convenient to everything! Food market, spas, laundry shops , restaurants — and just a short walk to the beach. The room is a cozy bungalow with a roof terrace. The rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need. We appreciated the two bottles of water left outside my room each morning. The host, Golf, is very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!
• Kathryn (9/5): Superb - Perfect location in the heart of Lamai centre but tucked down a quiet driveway. Short walk to beach and night markets. Lovely restaurants nearby. The room is your own small bungalow with roof terrace, basic rooms but super clean with everything you need. 2 bottles of water placed outside your room every morning was a lovely touch. The host Golf is super friendly and helpful. I originally booked for 3 nights but extended my stay for another 2. Great value for money! Nothing.

• Jason (8/5): Excellent, great value. - Handy location near a number of good restaurants and the fresh market. Units are clean and well maintained. Owner is excellent. Bed was a little firm, but that’s common in Asia it seems. Only one tv channel in English.

• Inma (10/5): Exceptional - Golf is super nice and kind.The place is spotless and smell well.The bed is very comfortable.The AC work very well.She puts 2 small bottles of water every morning in front of your door.Also gave me a mango smoothie as a well come. It is very close to the beach ,restaurants ,day and night market.The swimming pool are was great too. Todo bien.
