- Verified traveler (6/5): It was okay - I had problems finding the property and using device to get in.
- E.R (6/5): - I like that it was gated and had a security person. Descent AC in all the bedrooms but none in the living room. I didn’t like that I was given the wrong address of the property so it was very difficult to find it. After a few hours of driving to try to find the address for the property I tried to contact the owners to find out if I had the correct address they didn’t even know who I was and kept hanging up on me. I also couldn’t connect to the internet or watch tv. Also one of the doors(glass) in main bedroom’s bathroom was cracked. We didn’t shower in that bathroom.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Pagamos por 3 dormitorios y solo habían 2, uno de los dormitorios estaba cerrado. Solamente teníamos acceso a una sola ducha. El lugar esta infectado de cucarachas, debíamos dejar las luces encendidas para que no salgan. El aire acondicionado de un dormitorio no sirvió. El apartamento si es bien amplio! Muy moderno y de buen gusto. Muy bien ubicado y con parqueo seguro. Muy buena comunicacion con la encargada
- John (8/5): Rental in San Francisco de Macorís, Dominican Repu - The apartment was very nice and the price was great. I have a couple of suggestions for a better experience. 1- Make the apartment easier to find. The information I received from hotels.com didn't include the name of the residence or the address. After we found someone that could speak English & Spanish they called the phone number listed and they were able to direct us to an approximate location. We kept asking people if they knew where SFM Verdana was and no one could help us. That's because the residence was not called Verdana. Finally the security guard at the residence figured it out. 2- the place supposedly had WiFi, but there was no information provided as to what the password was so we were unable to connect.
