- Hannah Grace (6/5): - The apartment was nice and big, however the bathroom had black mold in it and the window didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile. My daughter did wet the bed, which they replaced but then charged me ¥2,000 because they don’t usually replace the linens. So I would not recommend this place.

- Faye (10/5): - I love how the property was very spacious and close to the Nakajima Park. The walk to the train station was close by and super convenient. There was a bus that you could take in the mornings that takes you directly to the airport if you have a morning flight. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group. Only downfall is that they have no reception, but we didn’t need one.
- Masato (8/5): - 初めて無人ホテルを利用して見ましたが広さにびっくりしました。アメニティ類も豊富にあり滞在するには快適すぎる施設でした。 一点だけネットでのチェックイン等は分かっていたのですが、集合写真を撮って送る箇所が不透明なのと問い合わせに対し解答の不備が多く施設が良いだけに不満となってしまいました。 改善出来ればもっと利用者も増えると思います
- Minoru (8/5): - 事前に提供されていた情報が理解できてなかったためかも知れませんが、施設の広さや設備、自炊や生活のための備品など、期待以上のものでした。また、利用に関する必要な指示も明確でした。 施設の表示が必ずしもはっきりせず、隣のホテル従業員の方に案内していただいたこと、また、コミュニケーションがExpedia経由の一方的なメールのみであったので、戸惑う側面もありました。

The explanation of the wifi setting and the process of checking out is different between the notes on the table in the room and the information from the web-site . I followed the instruction from the site. One of the best place for the staying around here.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 事前にメールのチェックが必要です - 事前にチェックイン用のメールが届き、事前に宿泊者の登録が必要だったが、メールが一向に届かなかった。 また、ホテルの玄関に入るには暗証番号が必要で事前にメールで届く予定だったが届かなかった。 ホテルの電話番号の記載もなかった為、管理会社を調べて連絡をした後にやっと入る事ができた。
- Hiroyuki (8/5): - 何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。 今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。 加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。
- Yumi (10/5): - 家族5人で泊まり、広いベッドで、全て電化製品も揃ってて、よかったです 歯ブラシや、タオルも口コミ見て持って言ってましたが、揃ってて何にもこまりませんでした、プロジェクターもあり、子供も大変喜んでました 入り方が初めはわかりにくかったけど、フリーダイアルですが対応してもらいたすかりました ビジネスホテルだと、狭くベッドだけだったけど、ほんとここで良かったです 強いていえば、洗濯が、全自動だったら良かったです、でも、洗濯干すやつも揃ってた助かりました ニッカ看板の繁華街も歩いて行けたし 場所もよく、セイコーマートも近所にありよかった

The note inside room explains the process how to check out has wrong information. It makes guests be confused.
- Miho (10/5): - 部屋がとても綺麗で、広く快適に過ごせました。地下鉄の駅が近くにあるので、電車移動がし易かったです。強いていうと、駐車場がついていない部屋に泊まったので、コインパーキングに停めてましたが空いていない場合が多く、離れた場所に停めなければいけないのが難点でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。
- TOSHIYUKI (8/5): - The accommodation was very comfortable with a full range of appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, and amenities like slippers and toothbrushes provided. However, despite staying for several days, only one set of towels was supplied. When I inquired about this, I was advised to wash and reuse the towels in the washing machine, but they did not dry quickly. It would be ideal if the number of towels provided matched the length of the stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 2家族程度の大人数でも全然OK - 場所はホテル街ですが、カーテン閉めれば何にも問題ありません。室内は非常に快適で、家族連れでも大人数でも楽しめるはずです。ただ、お風呂だけは改装が間に合っていない感がありましたので銭湯へ行くことをおススメします。あとチェックイン方法の確認は怠らない方が良いです。 全体としては大満足です。

- CHIEN HENG (10/5): 舒適寬敞的整層空間 - 此次入住六位，包含有客廳、小廚房以及一個小餐桌可供使用，空間很大，總共有四張雙人床，整體乾淨舒適。 小缺點為衛浴是1.5套，只有一個馬桶以及一個淋浴間，若是入住人數太多可能會略顯不足。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 記入した割には結構気に入っています。 - 二段ベッドを利用したことのない子供達はとても楽しんでいたので良かったかなと思います。ﾎﾃﾙと言うよりはﾏﾝｼｮﾝの一室だったので、ある意味ﾘﾗｯｸｽは出来ましたが、ご飯を食べる場所が近くにないのとあっても閉まるのが早かったので、自炊をして楽しみました。ただ、設備等に関しては所々英語表記だけだったりで子供達では理解できない箇所があったのが残念です。 あと、専用の駐車場が無かったため近場のﾊﾟｰｷﾝｸﾞが満車でかなり離れたﾊﾟｰｷﾝｸﾞを延々探してやっと停めﾎﾃﾙ迄かなり歩かなければいけず、出かけた後の駐車場確保が精神的にも肉体的にも辛かった事と、周辺の治安が子供達にはあまりよくない場所だと後で知りました。
- Richard (8/5): Ruby World Cup experience - Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - เป็นระบบ self check in ซึ่งสะดวกดีมาก แต่ต้องอย่าลืมติดต่อกับเจ้าของห้องก่อนเข้าพักเพื่อรับรหัสผ่าน เจ้าของห้องติดต่อได้รวดเร็ว ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร ตัวห้องดีใช้ได้ ไม่มีที่จอดรถฟรี แต่มีที่จอดรถเสียเงินไม่ไกลมากจากที่พัก และต้องเดินประมาณหนึ่งกว่าจะถึงสถานีรถไฟ ซึ่งคิดว่าจุดนี้ไม่ค่อยโอเท่าไหร่ แต่นั่งแท๊กซี่มาจากแถวๆ Sapporo station ก็800-900¥ ก็โอเคถ้านั่ง 4 คน โดยรวมก็ดี แต่เทียบกับ location ก็คิดว่าราคาแพงไปหน่อย
