No hairdryer provided too. Nearby attractions are the night market which is the plus point of staying in this hotel

Very comfortable.. very clean.. less than 10 minutes walking distance to Greenway market.. about 15 minutes walking to Asean night market.. and for muslim guest.. they got halal certificate for serving halal food (breakfast).

- Ping (10/5): 床和被子真的非常舒服！ - 床和被子真的太舒服了，是我在所有泰国酒店住的最舒服的一晚，连丽贝岛上的田园概念酒店的床和被子都比不上这家，也住过很多高级酒店，这家的被子真的太舒服，印象深刻，住宿环境也非常现代，隔音也好，酒店外不远就是7-11，街对面就是一个海鲜夜市。很方便！

- Chandrasegaran (2/5): Terrible - It's really terrible to stay and me and my family really disappointed on the overall stay here. We have booked 4 rooms for 4 Nights. The shower does not have hot water and the water is very slow. Furthermore the water stagnant whenever you shower. Everytime we need to call the front desk for this. There is a day when we back to the room at night the room does not been cleaned for the day. Called front desk and they claims housekeeping went back. Have to walk personally to the housekeeping trolley and take the towels. The manager don't care to explain on this and even mentioned through the front desk staff 'if the water issue is not able to be sorted out just ask the customer to look for another hotel'. What a management staff. The front desk staff are very helpful and professional. They really need to see how to revamp the customer services at the management level. Their attitude will chase the customers away. I will not go back to this hostel.
- Chandrasegaran (2/5): Worse place with worse management - Avoid this hotel in any cost pls ... place is near to green valley market that’s all... rooms are comfort Washroom - water is very slow, no hot water as the pump always breakdown. Water stagnant. I even been told to go another room to take shower. Thought it’s only happen once but I’ve returned to the hotel again in Dec with more family members after the management staff says all the problem will not reoccur again ... sad to say when retuned in Dec 2018 the issue still there and worse ... the manager can even say without seeing us to get out and find another hotel. Front desk employees are very nice and helpful. Stayed 4days and booked 4rooms. Washroom not cleaned, rooms not cleaned until we need to call them at evening after return. The worse one the management don’t care attitude as no manager wanted to come front and say or explain what happen. They just sit inside the room and ask the front desk to manage. Pity the team at front desk become sandwich in between. If the management does not look into this seriously, within few months the hotel will be a haunted place as no one will stay there. Definitely not recommended and will not return again to this hotel.
- Fatin (10/5): Good experience - I like the room, very modern like design. New hotel. However when i brought my foods, I saw a lot of little ants crawling over. The breakfast is nice
- Meree (10/5): Holiday at Hat Yai - The hotel was excellent and suitable for Muslim travelers. It comes with buffet breakfast and the food is halal. The room is completed with the Muslim prayer's direction and one of the first of hotels that has an additional ablution pipe in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and the manager is well experienced. The location is a about 10 minute slow walk to the Greenway night market and not far from other shopping areas like Asean night market . Highly recommended and will come back again.

Few basic equipments are not provided; i.e. hair dryer, iron and iron board, etc. Other than this, the rest are acceptable. Location is not too bad but not as convenient as you stay within the city centre like around Lee Garden Plaza.

What makes me uncomfortable was the extremely low water pressure of low quality shower set With inconsistent hot water or cold water all the way. The hotel staff did nothing even after feedback to them. The hotel is new and provide ample parking space. Overall this is the best value hotel around Hat Yai city center.
