- Elizabeth (9/5): - Excellent location - very short walk to railway station, bus station and convenience store and walking distance to the old town. Right next to a park with lots of history. Apartment was large, comfortable and with high ceilings and all mod cons including fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, washing machine and drying rack - very useful when travelling for a while. Instructions for check in worked well. We were advised there was no lift when we booked and offerrred free cancellation if we couldn't manage the steps with heavy luggage. It was a struggle to the 2nd floor but we coped.

- STEPHANE (10/5): Nous recommandons l'adresse. - Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la gare et la situation géographique du studio par rapport au centre ville. Nous sommes agréablement ravis de la propreté des lieux et du confort. Nous conservons l'adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Cracovie.
- Viera (10/5): Perfect little place - Clean, lovely and well equipped apartment. We didn't expect this sort of standard for our money, we were pleasantly surprised. It was the first time we used "letting ourselves in " without reception or staff, however it was easy and no problems at all. Will stay here again, brilliant location. Definitely recommend this place even for people who are fussy. Few stains on the kitchen cupboards and greasy splatter on the cooker hood, but that was the only imperfection.

Perfect communication with the owner, perfect instruction on how to get the key. We liked everything and find this apertment pefrect for a short stay.

- Ivan (8/5): Good option for a short stay with family - Good appartments and location near bus/train station. Easy to find. Enough space for a family. We enjoyed our stay overall, but there was one detail that caused some discomfort. The bed was placed directly under the window, so cold air was blowing over our heads while we slept. To feel more comfortable, we had to move the pillows to the other side and sleep the other way around. It would be great if the hotel could adjust the bed placement or improve the window insulation.

- Justyna (3/5): A good stay overall, unfortunately spoiled by a very unpleasant check-out experience. - The apartment is in a great location, very close to the main train station and only a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, which was really convenient. It’s also a very nice old building with a lot of character, though it’s worth keeping in mind that there is no lift. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at check-out. The check-out time was 11:00 and at 11:03, while we were still closing our suitcases and preparing to leave, a cleaning lady knocked on the door. I apologised and explained that we were just about to go. Despite this, she became very rude and started shouting at me. Even after we left the apartment, she continued shouting while we were already on the stairs. I travel often and have never experienced anything like this before. It was only a few minutes over the check-out time, and I had already said sorry. I left feeling quite shaken, and unfortunately this experience completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a good stay.
- Miroslav (10/5): - Very clean, cozy and spacious apartment. Nice garden. Al you need for a short or long stay, very close to the bus and train station and in a walk distance from the downtown. Fully recommended. Absence of elevators in case you have big suitcase and sometimes bad smell from the toilet.

- Zhanna (9/5): Рекомендую - Помешкання в чудовому будинку ,відремонтованому ,чистому .Красивий внутрішній дворик . Все на відмінно ,єдина незручність,що в будинку немає ліфта .Другий поверх - це третій по українським міркам .Якщо валіза важка ,то це проблемно . Все інше -на відмінно!
- Aleksandra (9/5): Polecam przyjazd do tego obiektu. - Apartament jest nie wielki, dzięki czemu w zimowy wyjazd nie było problemu z ogrzaniem. Było ciepło. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, pościel czysta. Kamienica, w której się znajduje wygląda ładnie, jest zadbana. Bardzo dobrze usytuowany ze względu na dworzec PKP za rogiem, dla osób podróżujących samochodem również nie powinno być problemu z zaparkowaniem.

- Sarah (9/5): Nice place with a great location - The location of this apartment is super convenient - an easy walk, even with luggage, to the train station. Getting into the apartment was easy - great instructions from the host on getting into the building and then obtaining the keys to the apartment. My stay there was very short - less than 12 hours - so I can't comment on much, but the bed and the shower were great. :-)

- Barbara (7/5): Miejsce czyste. Blisko sklepów restauracji PKP . Wszystko pod ręką. - Apartament czysty, do dyspozycji wszystko co może być potrzebne. Opis smsa wejścia do pokoju. Dostajesz smsa z treścią „czarna skrzynka” , wpisujesz kod -klucza brak - za drzwiami słyszysz głosy. Hmm to nie ten pokój. Próbujesz wejść do pokoju naprzeciwko ….udaje się ale strzykna jest „ szaro czarno „ . No dobra ! Szczegół! Słodko śpisz , godzina około 1: 00 w nocy a do twojego pokoju próbują się dostać ludzie. Stoją dobre 15 minut dobijając się do skrzynki i drzwi! Wstać nie chcesz bo pokój nie jest odgrodzony drzwiami a w pokoju masz dziecko które musi się wyspać bo rano ma operację . Do rana śpisz na bombie .
- Mario (8/5): Buen sitio, pero... no a ese precio - Completo apartamento, con una cocina bastante completa incluyendo nevera pequeña, cama cómoda, baño amplio, localización inmejorable. Tercer piso sin ascensor, tras turistear no tienes ganas de afrontar 60 escalones. Se escucha a todo el mundo subiendo dichas escaleras. Almohadas incómodas.

- Ivana (10/5): - Útulné ,čisté apartmány. K dispozícii káva,čaj , aj v kúpeľni dostatok toaletného papiera ,sprchový gél,mydlo,uteráky. Super lokalita , blízko vlakovej stanice, blízko Galérie Krakow , do centra 15-20minút prechádzka. Zaparkovať sme tiež nemali problém , len sa všade platí. Škoda ,že budova nemá výťah, pre niekoho by mohol byť problém vyjsť zhruba 60schodov. A inak ja by som uvítala dva paplóny na manželskej posteli a nie jeden veľký a dala by som do sprchového kúta poličku. Ale to sú maličkosti ,ktoré nám pobyt určite nepokazili :)
