• Joanna (9/5): - Byliśmy w pokoju pirackim - czysto, dość przestronnie jak na 4 os pokój, elementy Lego dodawały uroku :) łazienka ok. Sam ośrodek już mocno wiekowy, niektóre elementy nieodnowione i bardzo stare, ale ogólnie ok. Lokalizacja super.

• Ben (9/5): A great family stay near Legoland and Lego House at a hotel that exceeded our expectations - On arrival the staff were great in welcoming us and getting us to our room. The room was really well themed and the kids loved it. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the make your own pancakes! There was a complication each morning as the hotel didn't have us down as having breakfast included in our room rate and so we had to show our booking.com email confirmation each day.
• Laurens (8/5): Zeer kindvriendelijk verblijf op loopafstand van eigenlijk alles. - Het complex ligt direct naast de luchthaven van Billund (5 min met taxi of iets langer met de bus), op 10 min lopen van Legoland en iets minder van Lalandia. Ook het centrum van Billund is op loopafstand (20/25 min). Wij zaten in een "pirates" kamer met een stapelbed voor de kinderen en een tweepersoonsbed en badkamer. Compex is zeer kindvriendelijk met alles in de stijl van lego, en veel speeltuintjes. Zelfs in de kamer legoblokjes en figuren in legostijl. Supermarktje op het complex aanwezig of anders is er eentje in Lalandia. Ontbijt is prima in buffetvorm met zowel koude als warme gerechten. Prima gratis wifi verbinding. Tegen bijbetaling konden wij de kamer tot 14:00u aanhouden. Incheck pas vanaf 15:00u (wij werden wel per mail/SMS geinformeerd dat kamer eerder klaar was). Uitcheck al om 11:00u. Verwacht geen luxe. Tweepersoonbed is ietwat klein. Ook geen waterkoker of koelkastje op de kamer. Handdoeken en linnen is niet altijd inbegrepen maar blijkbaar was dat bij ons wel het geval. Kamers worden niet schoongemaakt tijdens verblijf. Bij weinig gasten wordt het ontbijt geserveerd in het Castle Hotel op 10 min lopen. Hier waren wij niet over geinformeerd.
• Janina (6/5): - Der super freundliche Umgang vom Personal hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die vielen Möglichkeiten für die Kinder in jedem alter einfach klasse. Die idee der Schatzsuche und dem Bau Wettbewerb sind auch mega für die Kids. Also für den Preis sind die Zimmer doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Badezimmer hätten wir uns einen Abzieher für die Dusche gewünscht, da das halbe Bad nach dem Duschen unter wasser stand.

• Yaiza (10/5): - Las habitaciones están decoradas e incluso nos dejaron un cofre con legos par que los niños jugarán, las instalaciones están muy bien, en la zona de comidas tienen una sala Nintendo para que los niños juegues y 2 mini zonas para que jueguen con legos, tanto niños pequeños como otros más mayores. Tienen varios parques donde jugar los niños y colchonetas, también disponen de brasero. Muy completo todo. La ubicación también es ideal para visitar los parques, se puede llegar a todos caminando. Lo que menos nos gustó es que tienes que hacerte tú la cama y deshacerla cuando te vas y llevar la ropa sucia a la recepción, con el precio que se paga deberían de hacerlo ellos. Si van con reserva de booking con desayuno seguramente tendrás problemas en el desayuno porque no les aparece que lo tengan contratado, algo que deberían de mejorar también

La chambre, les lits était trop petit alors que nous avions réserver pour 3 adulte un des adulte avait les pieds qui dépassais du lit, la propreté du logement est à revoir, sale, la table collais on ne pouvais pas ce poser dessus, et les photo proposer par booking son très loin d’être la réalité !!

La chambre avait une bonne taille et le petit déjeuner était assez varié. On n’a pas aimé le fait que chaque personne doive faire son lit (après avoir récupéré les draps et les serviettes à la réception de l’hôtel). Le prix du petit déjeuner était aussi assez élevé.

La proximité de Lalandia, super centre aquadôme pour un après midi pluvieux (patinoire, piscine, espace jeux, restaurants...) Le restaurant Pirates dans l'hôtel n'était pas ouvert sauf en take away
• Florea (6/5): Disappointing stay close to Legoland - The staff is very kind and helpful, but would not go around their way to help you or anything. The design of the surroundings is superb and very enjoyable for the children. The breakfast is good, though not many choices. It is super close to Legoland, so at least that’s a plus. My kid also appreciated the bunk beds. The beds are uncomfortable and you have to make your own bed (you get the sheets in bags, but it’s DIY from there). Most surprisingly, you also have to gather the sheets and towels and get them to the reception at check out - we had to do this at 6 am, so it was not pleasant. The amenities were close to zero - nothing besides toilet paper and an all purpose soap/shower gel/shampoo.

• HJG (1/5): Verschrikkelijk slecht. - Locatie, 5 min vanaf Lalandia. 15 min vanaf LEGOLAND Heel erg slecht. Bedden zijn oud en doorgezakt. Wij hebben geen oog dicht gedaan. Alles oud en gedateerd. Bij de receptie erkennen ze dit probleem. Letterlijke woorden. “We eten dat al onze bedden slecht zijn”. Maar konden niks voor ons betekenen. 2 dagen vakantie, 2 dagen geen oog dicht gedaan. Echt verschrikkelijk.

The personal from the reception was very nice, helped us with an early check in, with the breakfast even in the day we have arrived, engaging our kid in a nice treasure hunt around the place. The rooms are nice decorated. The breakfast was good compared with other themed parks that we have stayed in. The superior bunk bed was a little bit tricky and unsecure in my opinion for a kid average 4-5 yeara old. The room was dark. I don’t know if is something that is specific to imitate a pirate cabine or just a bad lighting system. Overall we can recommend the place.

• Jenny (6/5): Great location and staff, unloved shabby rooms - The staff were friendly and it was in a great spot. There were a number of kids playgrounds on the site. The room was very shabby. One of the lights was about to fall off the wall and the window wouldn't fully open. Overall the room felt un loved and in need of a makeover. We also got a pack of sheets and had to make our own beds.

• Jonne (4/5): Not worth the money... - The lego theme of the room was very fun. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help with anything if necessary. The room was very clean, as were the tables in the restaurant (at breakfast). The breakfast they offered was good, there were plenty of choices for everyone to be contented. No empty plates that weren't filled in time or anything, staff was on top of that and of the cleaning of the tables. The staff certainly made up a little for the amenities! They were amazing. The room was very clean, but that was about the only thing that could recommend it. The room was small, but that wasn't really a problem as we were outdoors all day. The room was sadly very stuffy and badly ventilated, we had the 2 windows in the room completely open for 2 days and the air quality was still pretty poor. The showers were one big joke. There was a timer on there for 30 seconds (we timed it) like you see in some swimming pools. For over 200 euros a night you'd expect to at least be able to take a shower. Because of the timer things like washing your hair took about 4x as long and I think more water was wasted because of it. As for the shower head, when put into the 'handle' it turned completely sideways and was aimed at the wall. So you had to hold the shower head while showering while simultaneously pushing the button every 30 seconds (actually more frequently because water pressure disappeared after about 20/25 seconds.) These points were not something the fun theme of the room could make up for. Absolutely not worth the very steep price of the room.

Patogi lokacija, nes 11 min.pėstute iki Legolando, visai šalia Lalandia. Nemokamas autobusas iš į oro uostą ir į visus pagrindinius lankytinus objektus.

• Karin (7/5): Goed en verzorg verblijf op loopafstand van Legoworld - Licht zeer centraal mbt Lego world. Heel goed ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijke personeel en schone kamers met goede bedden. De ijzeren trap, als daar iemand op loopt hoor je dat ontzettend in de kamers op de eerste verdieping. Er mag meer duidelijkheid komen bij boeken over de gratis shuttle vanaf het vliegveld, waar vertrekt deze. Deze informatie wordt niet verschaft.

• Stuart (6/5): - The hotel is in an ideal spot for Legoland & Lalandia Waterpark. However the hotel felt more like a hostel with the rooms being very basic and having to make up & strip the bed linen, which we were not expecting, considering the price. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options, especially the pancake making for the kids. It was also great to have fresh bean to cup coffee to set us up for busy days. The buffet dinner was adequate after a long day swimming, but there are better and tastier options in Billund. Overall it was an average hotel, which is saved from a lower rating by its location next to Legoland.
• Boris (6/5): Es war ein Zwei-Tages-Tripp ins Legoland und somit kann man auch mit gewissen „Defiziten“ umgehen. Überzeugt hat uns die - Die Lage und das Personal des Village sind klasse. Es ist etwas funktionaler als erwartet gewesen und das Frühstück war für uns wenig überzeugend, die Atmosphäre recht ungemütlich.

• Anna (6/5): Krótki pobyt z dziećmi i przyjaciółmi. - Dobre śniadanie, fajnie że na terenie ośrodka są place zabaw dla dzieci, pokoje kolorowe, urządzone pod dzieci, możliwość zostawienia bagażu za darmo. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 7 minut piechotą do wejścia do Legolandu. Na stołówce osobna sala do zabaw i gier dla dzieci (można spokojnie wypić kawkę), za recepcją również fajne stoły i tablica z klockami do zabawy. Cena kosmiczna w stosunku do warunków. W pozostałych europejskich krajach za tę cenę za noc otrzymujesz pakiet all inclusive i dobre warunki. Opis niezgodny z rzeczywistością. Było napisane, że jest łóżko piętrowe, łóżko podwójne i jedno łóżko pojedyncze. Po zakwaterowaniu okazało się że brak jest łóżka pojedynczego. Po interwencji przynieśli łóżko polowe z cienkim, brudnym materacem i pojedynczymi sprężynami zupełnie nie nadające się do spania… Wrzucili je do pokoju na środek tak że w pokoju nie było już miejsca żeby się ruszyć i nie dało się go nigdzie indziej umieścić… Do tego wszystkiego pościel w siatkach i trzeba samemu sobie nałożyć poszewki… Śmieszne…

Paid quite a bit for the room so to arrive and start making your bed and stripping our bed when we are on holidays is not something I wish to be doing. the breakfast was nice lots of choice for everyone and location to LegoLand was fantastic only a few minutes walk and the free bus to airport was brilliant. Found the staff very pleasant The room was quite warm and no air con, and having to make the beds and stripping our bed the beds
• Paweł (9/5): Fajny, rodzinny ośrodek w stylu LEGO, ale za zbyt wygórowaną cenę. - Place zabaw, znakomita lokalizacja (kilka minut spacerem do Legolandu), bezproblemowe parkowanie. Całość utrzymana w stylistyce LEGO, więc wielka radocha dla dzieci. Cicho i spokojnie. Monotonne jedzenie niezbyt wysokiej jakości (poza mozliwoscią samodzielnego robienia naleśników, co podobało się dziecom, ale reszta pożywienia raczej słaba). Cena nieadekwatna do jakości.

Le prix est élevé, le même que pour une nuit d'hôtel à Copenhague, mais les prestations sont identiques à celles d'un Danhostel : il faut faire son lit soi-même à l'arrivée, défaire les lits et rapporter soi-même le linge de lit et de toilette...Pas de petite attention Lego pour les enfants comme il peut y avoir visiblement dans les hôtels Lego de + haut standing. Ambiance un peu colonie de vacances au petit déjeuner, il faut débarrasser la table...J'ai réservé via Booking car c'était le seul moyen de ne payer qu'un jour de parc et non 2 comme sur le site Legoland mais je suis vraiment déçue de l'attitude du service client BOOKING qui n'apporte pas réparation quand un problème de tarif est rencontré.
