- Adriana (8/5): Bien, puede mejorar - EL cuidado del lugar, tiene muy buen mantenimiento, la jardinería es muy intencionada y bien cuidada, la ambientación en la noche con luces es muy invitante a disfrutar y el desayuno en la mañana está muy bien acomodado. La comida es de mediana calidad, no es muy rica. Tienen animales de granja, el pony está muy expuesto al sol, sin sombra y no se ve muy bien atendido, se ve enfermo, tanto el pony como demás los animales no tienen mucho espacio para habitar, creo que no se tiene mucha conciencia del cuidado.
- Lorena (9/5): - El hotel es muy bonito, la decoración, la alberca, camas cómodas etc. el desayuno estuvo muy rico. Hay caballos muy lindos y el jardín y sus plantas están impecables. Probablemente estuvo lleno este fin de semana, y tenían mucho trabajo, por lo que algunas de las personas que atienden se les notaba estresadas por lo que la atención no fue excelente. Algunas cosas de la carta no nos encantaron.

El desayuno y comida en el restaurante son muy ricos. La cama grande que me tocó el colchón estaba un poco duro y incómodo. A comparación de la cama chica el colchón estaba más cómodo.

- KARLA (10/5): El Rincón Sagrado para descansar ❤️ - Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, superó mis expectativas de las fotos que había visto. Es muy cómodo y cada una de sus áreas están impecables. Las habitaciones son divinas, la decoración y cada uno de los detalles maravillosos. El servicio es excelente, son súper amables y el mesero que nos atendió es realmente MUY amable y agradable. Tuvimos un Temazcal que fue divino y una sesión de masaje relajante que también fue maravillosa. Festejé unos días ahí por mi cumpleaños y todos fueron divinos, ¡una gran experiencia que volveré a repetir! En general me encantó, podría solo anotar aquí que ojalá el agua de la alberca fuera calientita, la instalación es muy linda pero en época de frío con el agua fría no se antoja. Y sugeriría que siempre enciendan la iluminación, por ser época navideña estaba todo muy lindo pero la noche que llegamos estaba todo apagado, entiendo que eramos los únicos huéspedes pero al día siguiente que hubo fiesta si estaba todo iluminado y realmente se veía muy bonito.

Íbamos con una persona con escasa movilidad, tal vez estaría bien adecuar una ducha con regadera de teléfono y barra de seguridad. Así como una rampa de acceso.

The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

- Joanne (9/5): Lovely stay in a peaceful and relaxing hotel - My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

- Claire (3/5): As long as the neighbours aren't partying, it's a lovely place! - The lobby, restaurant and outdoor spaces were delightfully decorated and the pool area was very pretty and relaxing. I loved that the room was rustic but super comfy. I wish we could have had a good sleep. One minor complaint is that I was told we couldn't have a bar of soap for the basin as well as the shower so we had to keep moving the soap from one place to the other. Also, the batteries were out in the bedside candles. My MAJOR complaint is that the neighbours had a raging party that went on until 2:30am. The speakers were blaring banda, karaoke and all other kinds of music. As we only booked for one night and specifically thought being away from the centre would allow us to have a good night's sleep for our road trip, it ruined our stay completely. I could understand if it was NYE but this was the night BEFORE the big party. I spoke with the front desk staff and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do.

- Andrea (10/5): Perfect place. - The breakfast was good and really big. Clean, beautiful, good ambience. You can spend time out of your room just admiring the hotel. Would be nicer if ti was a little bit closer to the center, but if you have a car and where to park in the center you can use it and the distance wouldnt be a problem then.

- Carlos (8/5): Very good - The food was good and affordable, the room was good and the staff was very helpful. The weather was nice and there was a fan in the room. They didn't have screen on the windows, the pool is small. They have horses but they need to insulate them, we didn't like the smell. I think the Hotel should be Adults only.

- Heide (10/5): Friendly staff, beautiful property. Would return and highly recommend it! - Since the moment we drove into the property, I was impressed. The property is in a residential area, but you wouldn't know it once you're inside. It's like you're transported to a different place. The welcome/reception staff person was friendly, she helped us with parking and walked us to our room. She later provided additional information and assistance we needed. The spa was warm and the shared grass/courtyard area was beautifully kept and even decorated for the season. Hope we can return in the future. I highly recommend Rincon Sagrado for your future stay! Not being able to stay longer.
