• Nikolaos (10/5): Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία και τρομερή ατμόσφαιρα με παρέα και τζάκι. - Τι σπίτι ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να μας περιποιηθεί. Οι χώροι ήταν καθαροί και παρά το κρύο κλίμα δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα με την θέρμανση.

• Kararptsanska Tsvetomira (1/5): Απογοητευτική εμπειρία - Επιλέξαμε αυτό το κατάλυμα για να είμαστε άνετα με τα παιδιά μας. Δυστυχώς, η διαμονή μας για 3 νύχτες μετατράπηκε σε μια πολύ αγχωτική εμπειρία, καθώς ο χώρος ήταν εντελώς ακατάλληλος για οικογένειες και οι ιδιοκτήτες βρίσκονταν συνεχώς εκεί. Το σπίτι είναι γεμάτο με εύθραυστα αντικείμενα, κρύσταλλα και ακριβούς πίνακες ζωγραφικής. Μας ενημέρωσαν ότι ο χώρος είναι μουσειακός και μας ζήτησαν να έχουμε μεγάλη προσοχή ώστε τα παιδιά να μην χαλάσουν ή σπάσουν κάτι. Επίσης, μας είπαν να μην φοράμε παπούτσια στον πάνω όροφο. Αντί να χαλαρώσουμε, περάσαμε τρεις μέρες με διαρκές άγχος μήπως τα παιδιά μας ακουμπήσουν κάτι. Θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται ξεκάθαρα στην περιγραφή ότι το κατάλυμα δεν είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά. Έλλειψη ιδιωτικότητας Η περιγραφή δεν αναφέρει ότι οι ιδιοκτήτες μένουν στον κάτω όροφο, με τον οποίο επικοινωνούν με τον δικό μας χώρο μέσω μιας εσωτερικής σκάλας, στην οποία έχουν τοποθετήσει ένα προστατευτικό κάγκελο. Αυτό μας έδωσε την αίσθηση ότι ήμασταν συνεχώς υπό παρακολούθηση. Καταλάβαμε ότι οι όροφοι επικοινωνούν κανονικά όταν ένα πρωί ξυπνήσαμε με την έντονη μυρωδιά τηγανητού ψαριού που ερχόταν από τον κάτω όροφο και ακουγόταν ο ήχος από το τηγάνισμα. Η πιο δυσάρεστη εμπειρία ήταν όταν αναγκαστήκαμε να κάνουμε ντους με κρύο νερό, λίγο πριν από μια βάπτιση. Αποδείχθηκε ότι ο καυστήρας είχε κλείσει χωρίς καμία προειδοποίηση από τους ιδιοκτήτες. Περιορισμένη πρόσβαση σε αυλή και πάρκινγκ! Η αυλή και το πάρκινγκ που φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες ήταν ουσιαστικά μη προσβάσιμα για εμάς. Οι ιδιοκτήτες βρίσκονταν συνεχώς εκεί και νιώθαμε άβολα να τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε το πάρκινγκ μόνο την πρώτη μέρα, καθώς αντιληφθήκαμε ότι μόλις επιστρέψαμε το βράδυ, ο ιδιοκτήτης βγήκε αμέσως για να κλειδώσει την πόρτα. Αυτό μας έδωσε την αίσθηση ότι περιμένανε να κλειδώσουν, γεγονός που μας έκανε να μην το ξαναχρησιμοποιήσουμε. Δεν το συνιστώ.

An absolute recomme - Beautiful house overall, it was an absolute pleasure to rest there after visiting the area. All rooms are big and spacious with wooden carved furniture. Hosts are very helpful and welcoming making our stay even more pleasant.

• MORAN (10/5): Amazing place and perfect host! - We stayed at Stefanos' villa and had an exceptional experience. The villa is amazing, equipped with everything you need, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful and there is a wonderful garden and terrace. Above all, we enjoyed Stefanos' warm and cordial hospitality. Stefanos is a generous and nice person with a huge heart, he took care of everything we needed and recommended good places in the area. He hosted us as if we were his family. He was available for everything we needed and even when we arrived in the middle of the night he waited for us patiently and with a big smile. We have no doubt that if we return to the Pelion area we will return to this villa. Everything was perfect.
• Chrysostomos (10/5): - Εξαιρετικά όμορφο κατάλυμα με ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα συνδυάζοντας ιστορία, παράδοση και πολιτισμό. Βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ βολική περιοχή. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι, αρκετά φροντισμένοι και καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένοι.
• Boriana (9/5): A lovely serene place to stay if you want to explore the north of Pelion. - The house is very nice with a big living area and a kitchen, and a lovely porch. There is free parking at the property. The location is very convenient if you want to explore Volos and north Pelion, but want to have a quiet and serene place to come back to. The hosts are lovely people. The only thing to bear in mind is that one of the bedrooms is very small and the beds are a bit small too - it is suitable for two small children, but not two adults. The other two bedrooms have double beds.

• Dimitris (5/5): Passable - Very friedly host, nice location, extremely big classic house with many facilities. Despite the listing was stating whole house, it was a shared house which is communicating internally between all floors without doors to separate them........ The owners are living in the same house, so privacy was limited.. This is something that must had been declared in the listing.... Also there was only one big aircondition in the hall between the 3 bedrooms. Even if this was enough to cool all the bedrooms, we must had our doors open. One more time limited privacy. There was only one double bed, instead of 3. (This was not a problem for our case though) Lastly take extra care if you decide to park your car inside the house parking. The parking entrance needs to be repaired, as there is a big possibility to damage your car especially at night (like we did).
