• Gilkison (9/5): Very Clean place, friendly staff, 2 blocks from tram and a quick ride to central station. - The staff was excellent. Willing to help and really took care of us. The bed was a little hard for our liking.
• Denise (8/5): - Les petits-déjeuners étaient vraiment très très bien. Une belle diversité de produits et un service très attentionné. On pouvait même se faire servir des petits desserts maison ou encore se faire faire une omelette. Vraiment très bien. Merci aux dames pour leurs charmantes attentions. Le quartier, un peu sinistre. Il faut dire que nous étions en banlieue de Palerme. Toutefois, mentionnons qu'il était facile de se stationner dans la rue et que le tram était ultra efficace pour se rendre au coeur de la ville.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere of the place was warm and relaxing. Rosaria was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. You can really feel how much care is put into making guests feel comfortable and taken care of. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches and recommendations. Palermo was amazing and this stay made our trip even more special. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again. Thank you for everything ❤

• Josip (10/5): Odmoreno i opušteno - Čistoća, urednost, bogat izbor doručka, mirnoća kvarta, blizina svih sadržaja (kafići, restorani, trgovine, tramvajska stanica), klima uređaj. Svakome preporučujem ovaj objekt, isplati se za pošten novac biti u ovom objektu. Nema kritike za ovaj objekt.

• Ellen (8/5): Praktisch en goed bereikbaar adres in Palermo - Fijne douche, prima bedden, bereikbaarheid lokatie, nabijheid metro Weinig ruimte in de kleine kamer, bv voor koffer. Ontbijt: veel keuze, maar uitsluitend kant en klare supermarktproducten, niets vers (wel yoghurt, gekookt ei, fruit). Voor de stranden aan het einde van de straat hoef je hier niet naar toe, wel mooi uitzicht, maar strand en water zijn vies.

• Janice (8/5): A taste of local Sicilian neighbourhood living with clean room and a very responsive owner. - The owner was very quick to respond and also early check in was made possible. Breakfast was varied and laid out the night before. Secure parking with a small fee is also available as neighbourhood is quite local. Late nights are quite but evening around 7-9pm can be quite heavy with traffic. The metal blinds help to shut both noise and light which is condusive for sleeping. The room is located in an apartment with an old school lift that works. The room is not that technologically advanced, the Amazon does not work and you will need to log into your google account to watch Netflix as the tv app does not work. Room is abit small but we’re not big so it’s fine. Area is short drive from the Palermo old town but it is very Sicilian local style. For sounds, expect apartment style tolerance.

Es hat alles super geklappt, die Vermieter hatten mit mir Kontakt über WhatsApp aufgenommen. Wir haben alle Codes erhalten. Das Frühstück ist im Self Service, recht reichlich im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber
• Nicole (7/5): Ok - Ok Lage doch recht weit außerhalb vom Zentrum, die öffentlichen Busse fuhren nicht im Takt und es dauerte 50 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Straßenbahn geht schneller. Wir wurden über WhatsApp mit Informationen überflutet. 10 wesentliche Textzeilen wären angenehmer gewesen. (Zugangsdaten zum Zimmer, Kurtaxe und Frühstückszeiten)

• Sophie (9/5): Bon emplacement /Palerme - L emplacement( quelques stations de tramway ligne 1 au bout de la rue pour se rendre dans le centre de Palerme), possibilité de garer la voiture, propreté, près de notre départ le lendemain pour Taormine. Petit-déjeuner copieux Avons eu la chance d avoir eu des voisins silencieux car immeuble mal isolé. Pas de Problème de codes mais l angoisse avec le badge de pouvoir ouvrir notre chambre avec les valises à l intérieur.

• Mark (9/5): Lovely apartment and a great host - The host Rosario was lovely and communication was very good. The flat was lovely, very comfortable with a great shower. We found free parking right outside the apartment which was good arriving on a rainy Sunday night.

Spacieuse et dotée d'une télé multimédia ! L'ouverture avec une carte où il fallait s'y prendre à a plusieurs fois pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre. Toujours angoissant de ne pas réussir a ouvrir car il n'y a pas d'hôtelier sur place.

• Läufle (8/5): - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da um Palermo anzuschauen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück sehr lecker es war alles da was man braucht. Mit der Straßenbahn war man in ca. 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Unser Mietauto konnten wir problemlos unten an der Straße kostenlos parken. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall sehr gerne weiter.
• Mohammad (8/5): Ticke all the boxes - This is an outstanding set up and an excellent value for money accommodation. Basically, they tick all the boxes. There is no reception or personal service but it is all put in place with a very self sufficient system of check in and check out. All this is backed up with a very responsive owner with phone and Whatsapp communications in almost real time. The room is not huge but it has all the necessary amenities. The location is not central but the Line 1 tram is in the next street for few minutes ride into the city centre and main railway station. The area is bit run down but that is what most of the outer Palermo like. The breakfast is also a self service and although there are no hot items the continental breakfast has a very good variety - Eggs, cheese, cereals, juice, yogurts, cake, biscuit and pastries along with hot beverages. There are some shops nearby including a supermarket in the next street. Overall, I recommend this property and will stay here if I am back in the town. The memory foam bed was not my type but that is personal thing - some people might love it. Overall there is very little that someone can criticise and I think the owner has put in considerable work in their setup.

• Svetlana (10/5): - The room was excellent, conveniently located—about 3 km from the city center, but it was convenient for us since we were traveling by car and there was free parking right outside. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had everything we needed: shower gel, soap, shampoo, and soft towels. Breakfast was self-service, but there was a wide selection. I highly recommend it for a city break.
• Angie (6/5): Nice room, but be cautious of the area. - The breakfast was good - lots of options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is not the best. We walked to dinner near the water. It was dark and we couldn't see the beach or water to comment on it, but the area was not great. I wouldn't have felt comfortable walking alone, without my husband. Parking was minimal, but we found a space. The traffic in front of the building was backed up during both the evening and morning rush hours.

• Rino (9/5): A very good stay in Palermo - The location is great, near the beach, many good restaurants nearby. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is delicious. Public transport is nearby.

Ik vond het erg fijn dat ik m’n auto gratis voor de deur kon parkeren. De beschrijving / aanwijzing om het appartement binnen te komen is duidelijk. Het ontbijt is uniek: met veel zorg samengesteld en overvloedig. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een paar dagen in Palermo wil verblijven. Geen opmerkingen

• Rieder (8/5): - B&B war absolut gut, Klima, Ausstattung, alles einwandfrei. Das Personal war super nett, hilfsbereit. Das Einchecken, Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und einfach. Meine Bewertung basiert nur auf meinen Wünschen für diesen Tripp, ich möchte hier nicht vom B&B abraten. Die Lage hat doch nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist aber explizit meine Fehler bei der Wahl. Ich wollte ein Kombi Stadt und Strand. Der Strand bei der Unterkunft kann man nicht nutzen, er ist einfach nur dreckig und ekelhaft. Ich bin jeden Tag nach Mondello mit Taxi gefahren, was auf Sizilien sehr teuer ist. Für 13 km bezahlt man ca. 90€ am Tag, mit dem Bus etc hätte alles zu lange gedauert. Ich hatte nur 4 Tage, wollte nicht die Zeit verlieren. Die Verbindung nach Palermo Centralle war gut, allerdings kann man abends nicht unbedingt gemütlich zurück spazieren, weil es einfach dunkel in der Gegend ist, man läuft die Gefahr in die Mienen zu treten. Wer ein Kombi machen möchte, würde ich doch das Hotel in Mondello oder direkt in Palermo empfehlen. Die Fahrt nach Mondello dauert ca 1 Std von Palermo mit dem Bus. Wenn man in Mondello wohnt hat man die Taxikosten nicht in der Höhe, die kann man für ein richtiges Hotel einplanen. Es ist aber ein rein persönlicher Punkt, wer was so einem Art des Tipps erwartet.

It's worth mentioning that the aunt who prepared breakfast was very warm and friendly. The landlord was also very considerate and bound the invoices and receipts I needed before giving them to me. I'm very satisfied with this stay.

• Rita (10/5): Der Aufenthalt wurde von Rosaria so angenehm wie nur möglich für ihre Gäste gestaltet. - Zimmer sehr sauber. Bett war sehr komfortabel. Sanitäre Anlagen sehr sauber und modern. Nutzung des Balkons. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Konnten auch Auskunft und Tipps geben über Ausflugsziele und ÖV. Infos zumnself-checking wurden bereits im Vorfeld, sehr gut kommuniziert. Inhaberin Rosaria sehr nett, sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Grazie mille Rosaria :-) Ausblick auf die umliegenden Hochhäuser etwas deprimierend, da diese oft in die Jahre gekommen sind und selten renoviert werden. Dies trifft jedoch auf die meisten Grossstädte zu.

• Christine (9/5): - Tolle Lage, 5min zu Fuss zum Kies/Sandstrand und 10min mit dem Auto ins Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück auf dem grossen Balkon mit Teilblick aufs Meer. Zimmer hell gut klimatisiert mit komfortablen Betten (Kissen).Sehr nettes Personal, flexibel wir konnten spontan 1h früher einchecken. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit wieder.

• Clint (9/5): Great value for the price, would recommend. - Very clean and modern, good connection to the city center (tram or bus in 10 minutes). We found free street parking around the corner. Overall good stay! Noise form the street at night. If you’re a light sleeper like me - it was a bit of a struggle to fall asleep.
• buse (10/5): - The staff was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The room was perfectly clean everyday. Also there was delicious breakfast with authentic foods every morning. Location was not the center of city but it was Fine because city center was 10min with tram and easy to go. Also, there were many authentic restaurants near (one of them was making the most delicious parmesan pizza i have ever tasted, Ristorante Pizzeria Civoleva) All in all, it was a great experience to stay there and if i go to Palermo again, i would definitely stay at Ciccio again. • Janine (10/5): Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. - Sehr nette Gastgeberin, freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer, werden täglich gereinigt. Tolle Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet, Angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, Auf individuelle Wünsche und Anliegen wurde stets eingegangen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. An der Unterkunft hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen, bis auf die Lage, denn da haben wir uns am Abend manchmal unwohl gefühlt. Leider ist der Strand in der Nähe sehr schmutzig und wenig einladend. Deshalb sind wir meistens mind. 1 Stunde an schönere Strände gefahren.

Das Frühstück war besonders üppig regional und auch sonst für jeden Geschmack etwas Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortable ausgestattet ein Kühlschrank auch Inhalt ist vorhanden, wer sich daraus bedient zahlt keinen übertriebenen aber einen normalen Preis. Die Gasgeberin informiert ausgiebig über transfer Möglichkeiten und möglichen Aktivitäten.

• Blanca (4/5): I think there should be a honest description of the location so people will book this place before t - Inside the apartment was cleaned, had good air conditioning. There was not nobody waiting for you, just message for what’s up with owner, the codes to get to the apartment, the beach close to the apartment has trash everywhere, there is piles of trash on the streets around the apartment. We had to buy airplanes tickets and leave the place. I was so excited for Sicily but I got a new perspective after this experience.

Breakfast and service is superb! We parked car in the front of the house. There wasn’t any problems to find a spot. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Totally worth the price!
