The best thing about the hotel is the location it is just nearby to the Thamel market just walking 10 mins . I would recommend this hotel for stay in kathmandu .
• O6649FZkatem (2/5): Maintenance issues and poor customer service - Stayed twice during Trip a Deal tour, first time air conditioning, fridge and hot water didn't work in the first room. They moved us to another room and air conditioning barely worked fridge had to be changed as it didn't work, still no hot water. Asked them to call a taxi for short trip and got awesome eye roll "it's only a 10 minute walk" we had been walking all day. At breakfast asked for fried egg, another awesome eye roll and death stare as well. Came back after last day of tour. In this room air conditioning didn't work, fridge didn't work, but at least we had hot water. They sent someone who fixed the air conditioning and changed the fridge. The new one didn't work either. Once again asked them to call a taxi and request seemed to cause confusion. The manager came to talk to us and we told him of the problems with the rooms and repeated our request for a taxi and said we wanted to know the price. He walked away and when he came back said none of the taxis wanted to come for 200 rupees. We had not mentioned any price and just wanted to know how how much because our guide had told us to always ask. We are not complaining about the young staff who were friendly. Management need to attend to problems as it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. More like 2 star.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 新しいホテルです。 - 新しいホテルですので、エレベーター、ネットなど基本的には問題なし。 ただ道からの入り口が迷いました。 博物館の方から入り、警察署の裏です。 朝食が別料金でしたので、わかりずらい。 また、バスタブに栓が無いのが残念。 あと水道やシャワー水が臭ったのはホテルのせいでは無いですが残念でした。
