El staff es sumamente amable y las instalaciones son cálidas, limpias y están bien distribuidas. El restaurante, anexo al hotel, sirve platos muy deliciosos; además, el bar es agradable. Por último, el traslado incluido (del aeropuerto al hotel) fue excelente. Nada en realidad; es un gran lugar. Tal vez lo único que me incomodó un poco fue el sonido del piso (madera) pues estaba hospedado en un segundo piso.

The room I stayed in was clean and the bed comfortable. Air con in all the rooms, and the all staffs were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast, what can I say, it was lovely and healthy. More then enough to eat, eat as much as you want. I can’t fault anything.

Hace mas de 7 años que vamos y el restaurante se caracteriza por ser el mejor de Tarapoto y muy familiar. Desde que lo han modernizando, la comida mal y el servicio peor. Volveré al hotel pero al restaurante nunca más.

Food was very good both at Patatashca restaurant and Suchiche Cafe. It was very noisy at night time because of the close by nightclubs and pubs. I was told before making my reservation they had parking, but once I got there I was told they didn’t, this was very inconvenient.

El personal es muy amable y atento con los huéspedes. Incluye desayuno buffet. El hotel es rústico y eso es parte de su encanto, aunque algunas cosas ya requieren mantenimiento/renovación.
