- April m (8/5): - We had a lovely stay at the property. Everything was cozy and charming and really well maintained. Very clean. And the extra touches and attention to detail were lovely. The owner that checked us in was also wonderful. Everything was peretty much perfect. The only thing that wasn’t up to par with the rest of the experience was the mattress. It was very hard and you could feel the springs coming through. I know mattresses can be a pricey upgrade, but our only advice to make the stay a 5 star rating would be to replace the mattress with a more comfortable one.

- Stuart (10/5): - Lovely place to stay, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Oban. No traffic noise and a comfy bed means a good night's sleep. Friendly welcome and departure. No dining, but only two mins walk to local cafe/bar for an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
- BB (10/5): A good stay - A very informative welcome. A high standard of decor and generally in the property. A silent Fridge in the room with fresh milk a brilliant addition for us. On our last day very kindly allowed us to leave our car in the car park whilst we did a small bit of sightseeing and had breakfast out before we left. Breakfast is not provided at this property.

- ROS (8/5): GREAT FIND IN OBAN - Fabulous place to stay. Bedroom and bathroom well presented and everywhere was spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has gone into what people need when they are away from home and the extra touches make all the difference. Huge bonus having a decent sized fridge in the room for water, wine and beer.

The room was a great size, very clean and had a fridge which was handy. The bathroom was modern with a large walk-in shower. Would happily stay again when we visit the area.

Very welcoming, gave a complete rundown of all the places to eat, where to go see things, instructions for our stay. Our room was fabulous. Big, clean, comfortable, super updated bathroom, great bed. We wished we had booked 2 nights instead of one. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Best sleep we had in a long time. Very nice bathroom and shower. Just a couple blocks off the main drag. Easy walk into town.

- Sarah (10/5): - Lovely home in a quiet part of town but within walking distance of area attractions. Owner discretely changed our room to the ground floor when he recognized my elderly mother was struggling with hills and stairs. Very comfortable bed. Easy breakfast. No complaints!
- Marion (10/5): Comfortable and enjoyable stay. - We were warmly welcomed and given a well marked map of the area and lots of tips. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable and the ensuite was terrific. Breakfast was not available but we were given muffins, yoghurts and fruit to start off the day which was very thoughtful. It was only a short walk down to the restaurants, shops and the pier. A very enjoyable stay. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay and would definitely return.

- Tracey K. (8/5): Oban - The location of the property was fantastic. It was an easy walk to main part of town. The room was as described and it was clean. My only recommendation to the proprietors would be to improve communication. We did not receive messaging with an address or how to check-in. We called the day before to ask and we’re told we would be sent an email right away but never received an email. We drove to the vicinity of where we thought the room was located and it was nicely marked and easily found but I would have preferred better communication.
