• Marina Maria (8/5): Bellissima vista mare, buona struttura e mare cristallino. - Struttura con vista spettacolare e accesso diretto sul mare. Peccato che l’altro affaccio della camera dava sulla strada principale, purtroppo piuttosto trafficata e un po’ rumorosa.

• Ákos (10/5): Perfect place if you want to chill during the day, but still try the greek cousine. - The location is perfect. We were looking for a hotel, where we are still able to go out to try many restaurants for dinner in the village, yet it has a good view and beach. This was our second year when we were choosing this hotel, since there were many good and traditional restaurants in Argassi. The beach of the hotel is also very good. You can have a good service of the hotel's bar even if you are chilling in the sunbeds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was our second visit here, everything matched our expectations.

• Katerina (9/5): Argassi - The hotel is located at the end of Argassi so its quiet. There are supermarkets and restaurants a short walk away. The room was nice, ground floor with a balcony, spacious and very clean, with a stove, fridge, toaster and electric kettle. The hotel doesnt have a beach as per se, its a garden with sunbeds and umbrellas, very pleasant but the access to the sea was a little bit run down

• Ingo (8/5): Kleines Frühstückshotel mit viel Sonne - Das kleine Familienhotel hat eine top Lage. In die Stadt 10 Minuten und zu schönen Stränden vielleicht 20. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer da. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Urlaub zum fallen lassen. Familie mit sehr guten Sportkenntnissen. Alles gut, Frühstück.....da geht noch was nach oben.
• Hanna (9/5): Perfect place for a relaxing vacation - Location of the hotel is perfect. Sea is literally 10 meters away, you have a feeling that the sea belongs only to you when swimming, as there are almost no people around. Our room was on ground floor, we were 3 adults. Room was very spacious, both the bedroom with 3 proper-sized single beds, and the bathroom. Towels were regularly changed, as well as bed sheets (once in 2 days). The balcony was spacious and comfortable too. There was also a little kitchen in the corner of the room, equipped with all necessary tools, so it was possible to make yourself a grilled toast, hot drinks etc. The breakfast zone located on 2nd floor with an amazing sea view! Breakfasts were good, delicious Greek yogurt, coffee, croissants, buns, you can make oatmeal or muesli, as well as toasts. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful! There were only boiled eggs during breakfasts, though the omelette would be very nice as an alternative choice.

• Alla (8/5): Дуже гарне і тихе місце для невибагливого відпочинку. - Розташування чудове. Прямо на березі моря. До центру 10 хвилин пішки. Тихо, немає гучних діскотек поблизу. Для входу в море обьовязково потрібні спеціальні капці. Сніданок дуже простий, чічого теплого. Навіть не витримавши проміжок чемності по часу у 15 хвилин, дзвонить у номер об 11:04 і казати, що негайно виходьте з номеру.

• GIANNA (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia 10 giorni ad Agosto presso questa struttura e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! Ottima posizione per raggiungere le varie mete, personale gentilissimo pronto a dare preziosi consigli, struttura pulitissima...l'affaccio sul mare e la spiaggetta a disposizione davvero il top! Se dovessimo tornare a Zante sapremmo sicuramente dove soggiornare!

Persone gentili e super disponibili Camera molto ampia e pulita alla perfezione Spiaggia privata ( consiglio di noleggiare un mezzo e visitare anche le spiagge vicine ) e in posizione strategica per visitare tutta la costa sud ( molto bella ) Supermercati / taverne / ATM e autonoleggi a 2 minuti È stato un vero piacere alloggiare da voi .

Ho trovato le stesse macchie nella doccia e nel lavabo per giorni! Colazione poco varia...ogni giorno identica!

• Gilles (1/5): Très décevant, on ne reviendra pas - Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel et notre avis reste très mitigé. Points positifs : le personnel dans l’ensemble était correct et la vue sur la mer est agréable. En revanche, beaucoup de points négatifs : le petit-déjeuner ferme à 10h30 et, arrivé à 10h32, on m’a refusé simplement un café, ce que j’ai trouvé très limite. Le petit-déjeuner en lui-même n’était déjà pas terrible. La literie était inconfortable, les lits ne sont pas faits par le service de chambre (il faut les refaire soi-même chaque jour), et il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois du savon sans jamais en obtenir. Le plus choquant reste que nous avons été accusés à tort d’avoir volé des serviettes, avec menace d’appeler la police pour fouiller nos valises et notre voiture. Le lendemain, l’hôtel a retrouvé les serviettes… mais sans même présenter d’excuses. C’est dommage, car le cadre et la vue sont agréables, mais toutes ces mauvaises expériences ont vraiment gâché notre séjour.
• Ελιζα (10/5): Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό - Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Πολύ ήσυχο μέρος κοντά στη χώρα. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και πολύ καθαρά . Στο σύνολο το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο όπως και όλοι οι εξωτερικοί χώροι .
• Salvofrix (9/5): Bellissimo soggiorno e bellissime persone - Padroni gentilissimi e accoglienti. Balcone della stanza che da sul mare che da solo vale tutto il soggiorno. Posizione dell'hotel non distante dal centro e da diversi localini molto carini e dove si mangia veramente bene. Peccato che i primi 3 giorni il mare era mosso, il che ci ha portato a pensare che fosse brutto, ma gli ultimi due giorni abbiamo cambiato idea. Il mare era calmo e limpidissimo. È stato veramente bello farsi un bagno. Ottimo anche l'avere la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto agevolmente, o di fronte o giu nel giardino dell'hotel. Non c'erano tantissimi posti ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi nel parcheggiare. Colazione magari da arricchire un po, ma magari è solo perche da Italiani siamo abituati a vedere dei mega buffet. Forse tornando indietro non l'avrei acquistata. Altra piccola pecca, ma non c'entra l'hotel, è che per un piccolo tratto verso il centro la strada non è dotata di marciapiedi.

Sa situation en périphérie directe d’Argassi lui épargne le tohu-bohu touristique. Parking sur place ce qui est un vrai avantage. Le jardin de l’hôtel permet un accès à la mer, littéralement les pieds sans l’eau, et les baignades du matin et du soir, en partant ou rentrant de balades sont un régal. Bon petit-déjeuner. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée ont une vue imprenable sur les transats occupés par les clients de l’hôtel, plutôt que sur la mer. Mais la vue dans la salle du petit-déjeuner est incomparable.

Impeccably clean, friendly and helpful staff and an ideal location in front of the sea. Some days we would wake up and go for a morning swim in the very calm sea before breakfast. It made our experience in Zakynthos even better. I would highly recommend this accomodation. None
• Simona (9/5): - Lo staff è stato molto gentile,abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con un taxi che non accettava pagamenti con carta e la struttura si è prontamente adoperata per risolvere il problema. Personale gentile e ospitale in ogni momento del giorno e della sera. La struttura si presenta pulita e confortevole con una vista mare pazzesca. La possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente dei lettini e ombrello e l’accesso diretto al mare è stato un plus. Unica pecca è la strada poco sicura per arrivare nei locali a piedi
• Kseniia (9/5): - Quality of the place in comparison to price was really good, the view is indeed astonishing, the place has also outdoor shower to clean yourself after the swimming. Workers were extremely nice and polite. Water in the sea was one of the cleanest (we tried out around 10 or more different beaches). There is no partying around so it is calm and peaceful, but if you do want to party you can walk around 7 minutes and find yourself in the more busy part of the town with tones of restaurants, live music, clubs and bars I took away 1 star only because the breakfast was pretty limited. Only cooked option you can have there was boiled eggs, everything else were cold dishes like 2 types of ham and 1 type of cheese, tomatoes, yoghurt, jams and some bread and pastries probably from the supermarket. But your room has everything to cook or warm up your own food/leftovers from the other restaurants

• Margarete (10/5): Perfekter ruhiger Urlaub auf Zakynthos! - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut klimatisiert und liegt perfekt nordseitig, somit kann man den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon sitzen! Der Strand ist so ruhig und nur sehr wenig Leute auch in der Hauptsaison, jedoch Liegeplätze gibt es nur im wunderbaren Garten, nicht direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist perfekt, man geht wirklich nur wenige Minuten ins Ortszentrum, perfektes Hotel um in Ruhe zu urlauben! Es war einfach nur herrlich, gerne wieder!

• Hanna (9/5): Great views - Nice quite place. The room was clean, the view was amazing - especially at the sunset. The see is shallow - so it’s great for those who are not comfortable with the depth or for the kids. The location is great - short walk away from the Argassi village and its noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was great - worth the price. However, the breakfasts are rather basic.

• Marco (10/5): Difficile andare via da questa struttura, un sogno! - Altro che due stelle..abbiamo soggiornato nella camera vista mare primo piano..un sogno! Camera grande e pulita, balconcino sul mare (da cui godere di tramonto e alba), spiaggia gratuita e sempre disponibile e a portata di mano! Incluso il posto auto! Posizione ottima, supermercati e ristoranti vicino, anche le spiagge (anche se è duro lasciare quella della struttura :) Potrebbero migliorare i materassi, troppo morbidi

• Claudio (9/5): Bellissima esperienza - Struttura offre camere confortevoli e pulite, un giardino con sdraio e ombrelloni...una discesa verso il mare. C'è il servizio bar. Bella la sala per colazione e leggero pranzo. Il personale di accoglienza è gentilissimo e molto accogliente.

Lovely outlook right on the sea, peaceful and quiet, but just a 10 minute walk from main resort with many bars and restaurants That I couldn't stay longer!

Liebevoll gestaltete Tische Liegewiese direkt am Hotel mit Zugang zum Wasser Schlechte Parkmöglichkeit an sehr belebter Straße , Zu Fuß Richtung Zentrum fast lebensgefährlich - Fußwege sind teilweise nicht vorhanden und wenn 30-40 cm . Langweiliges Frühstück, 3 Tage gleiche abgepackte Wurst , Kaffee aus einem Kaffeeautomaten - das ist immer Geschmacksache , meiner war es definitiv nicht . Der dafür gängige und beliebte griechische Kaffee wurde gern frisch gemacht - 4,50€ für jeden Kaffee das finde ich schon sehr heftig . Aber jeder muss sein Geld verdienen . Im Hotel gab es mehr Verbote als Gastfreundschaft Handtücher Wechseln außer der Reihe 15 € für ein großes Handtuch ….. also ich finde die Bewertungen nicht wirklich entsprechend …
• Cornelia (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Urlaub 🤩 - Das Hotel wird von der Familie mit Herz und hohem Einsatz geführt, damit sich die Gäste wohl und wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft und die Lage ist perfekt. Schön ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen super Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Alles war super 😁

• Susanne (9/5): wunderschön zum Entspannen - sehr nett und familär! Zimmer groß und sauber, mit Blick aufs Meer! Liegewiese wunderschön! Frühstück auf der Terrasse! Prinzipiell hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen, nur leider war die Straße sehr, sehr viel befahren. Im Zimmer hört man sich nicht, jedoch beim Spaziergang in die Stadt stören die unzähligen Autos, Quads,....
• Ákos (10/5): - The breakfast was correct, but the view made it much better. The prices were a bit higher than expected, but we still thought it was worth it. The beach of the hotel was really good. You could easily walk into the water from the sunbeds. We really loved it. First we wanted to rent a car or something to make a round trip, but in the end, we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. :)

Ci sono sempre ombrelloni disponibili con prato inglese curatissimo. Nessun rumore esterno solo quello del mare. Che dire tutto molto molto bello!

• Burke (8/5): Really nice place to stay - Very clean, friendly staff,access to the beach The cost of food and drink so more expensive than other restaurants. If the property charged the same price the restaurant/ drinking area would have more customers as residents would stay at the hotel for drinks or food.

• Simonida (2/5): UNPLEASANT EVEN BY LOW-BUDGET STANDARDS - A really nice beachfront grassy area with sun beds, a few steps leading into the sea. Small and private. There is no beach as such, but this is even better. Kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, mini-fridge with freezer and hot sandwich grill. The cleaning ladies do a good job every day. Balconies seaside, always in the shade. A short walk to the shops and restaurants in Argassi, a 15-minute car ride to the airport. You can't have high expectations of a low-budget hotel, and I did not, being primarily interested in swimming. Still, there are many things wrong with this place and the good reviews (mainly Dutch, who only care for cheapness) are deceiving. I belatedly read ALL the reviews and advise you to do the same. Even the good reviews stress the appalling breakfast - always the same dry food of the cheapest variety. It is strictly prohibited to take coffee or anything out of the breakfast room/terrace. The chief manager, named Kula, tries to be nice, but can turn hostile in a second if she suspects you of breaking this rule. She actually called my room to tell me (not ask) to bring back a breakfast plate. I had never had such a conversation in my life: "I didn't take any. - Oh, but we are missing one plate. - And why call me? - We are calling all the rooms. We have cameras and we know that guests make toasted sandwiches and take them to their room. - If you have cameras, you will see I didn't take your plate." 2) These days nobody carries towels to seaside hotels because all of them have towel service. This one does not. The manager's explanation: We have no towel service because we have no swimming pool. Towel service has NOTHING to do with swimming pools. Even if you buy a towel on site, it is going to be dirty in 1-2 days. Guests pay deposits for towels and a few euros to get them replaced by clean ones as needed. This is a serious problem that cannot be solved even by buying a new towel every day. 3) As soon as you arrive, you will be informed by the same lady manager that the hotel does not have a kitchen - not clearly stated in the description; snacks on the "beach" and in rooms must be paid the same day IN CASH. I know from reading other critical reviews that they invariably draw an angry and aggressive response from the lady manager.

• Eszter Lovász (10/5): - Nice hotel with private beach, sometimes you can feel that the whole see belongs to you only 🙂. Staff is very kind rooms are clean. Hotel is like on the pictures. The view from the terrace is beautiful. City center is 10 min walk. Breakfast is basic but for us it was enough. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• Felicia (10/5): - La camera spaziosa con un vista sul mare spettacolare. Se ritornassi a Zante sarebbe ancora la mia scelta. Direi niente, forse un suggerire alla struttura sì, Aggiungere qualche utensili in più:( tegame, pentola e insalatiera) in modo che uno voglia prepararsi un piatto di pasta o un insalata possa farlo avendo ciò che occorre.

• Áron (10/5): Great place for any traveller in Zakynthos - Great place, clean, amazing location with the best staff anywhere in Greece. We had our engagement ceremony in the hotel, the staff was super helpful and kind. Lack of smart TVs in the room, would have liked to watch Netflix but only Greek satellite tv was available.
• Giulia (9/5): - Ho ritrovato l'ospitalità dell'Italia :) Una piacevole sorpresa. Location perfetta sia per pulizia/comfort che per distanza dal mare (inesistente poiché si trova letteralmente di fronte le camere!) La cortesia dello staff è stata davvero unica. Se tornassi a Zante, tornerei sicuramente da loro.

• Hanna Lutsenko (10/5): - Это было не забываемое путешествие! Отличная гостиница, которой смело можно давать 4 звёздочки, если улучшить завтрак. Всё очень чисто и уютно. Отличное месторосположения, рядом рестораны на любой вкус. Редко можно найти такое близкое расположение гостиницы к морю, такой сервис и такой приём за адекватные деньги. Хозяевам этой гостиницы, за их очарование, трудогольство и ежедневный труд - отдельное спасибо!!!
