Howard (4/5): Awful location, don’t stay here - The location of the “apartment” is poor - set in an old style council block of flats. The kitchen equipment and cooking job are filthy. The gas supply is on a “pay-as-you-go” meter that has run out of credit, so yesterday I had no heating, no hot water and cannot use the shower. I had to boil a kettle to wash. Completely unacceptable.
