• Dennis (6/5): - This is an old property that the current owners recently acquired. They are very nice and quite accomodating. It is obvious they are working hard to upgrade it. It is very clean, and a bit worn. Just fine for a place to rest for the night.

• Annette (8/5): - Dighton Inn has been there a long while... I remember it as a child. The current owners have remodeled several of the rooms. The room was clean, beds comfortable and good air conditioner system. The bathroom is small yet served it's purpose. We were thankful for the convenience of being able to stay here as we were in Dighton for my mother's burial services.

Excellent communication, cute little town, friendly woman at the café a stone’s throw away. The people who run this place are family and you can tell they put a lot of pride and care into the place. Most rooms are dog friendly, and they are very accommodating in that regard as well, even giving treats. Five stars!

• Amethyst (10/5): - This was a fantastic stay for us. We had the queen suite and absolutely loved it! It was comfortable, cozy, definitely had bed and breakfast level of comfort. We got a basket of snacks, which was a huge plus since we were starving after a day of hiking. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I love that it's a family owned place rather than a big chain. We are already planning out next trip to the area and will definitely stay again!

When there no holet ,called found out was 25miles away an ended up it was (real old 60-70 yo)block building very small Not worth close to what we paid. Should of never been listed. Got shafted by expedia this time. Second time by Expedia now. One more time will be done. Will have to try else where....Been Expedia customer along time. • Voldane (10/5): - Amazing owners and staff. Old world charm with the feeling of being welcomed and appreciated. Rooms decide and amenities show the care and appreciation that the owners have put together not their inn and it is worth a detour to stay here.
• Rhonda (10/5): - I had made a mistake booking this room. Was in a completely different town I needed to be in…59 miles away. I went ahead and drove and so glad I did. The owner was so sweet. She upgraded my room for the hassle of me having to drive back and forth 2 days. The room was adorable and the bed was fantastically comfortable. The sheets and blankets smelt so good. I will stay again on my next work trip.
• Alan (8/5): - Traveling across southern Kansas we were not expecting grand and fancy. This was like a little oasis though. The property owners were very friendly and helpful and they offer extra services like some laundry and food. The building was older, but everything was in working order and they obviously did a lot of work decorating and providing amenities. Because this is a very small town surrounded by very small towns there was not much to choose from in terms of restaurants. But the owners offer some limited food at quite reasonable prices that you can heat up in the microwave in the room. I'll stay with them anytime I'm passing through.

A spacious bathroom, with normal, non-hotel towels and a real bath mat. The complimentary water bottles in the fridge and candy was a nice touch after a long drive.

• Aaron (6/5): - Its a quaint older motel, there have been a few updates, including flat screen tvs, microwaves, refrigerators and newer flooring, although the building shows its age, for the price (65) per night it slept ok. It is a quiet area until the work train arrives, but that isnt the motels fault.

• April (8/5): Family trip - The room was cozy. The beds were comfortable. I wasn’t expecting a five star resort. The main complaint I have is the shower layout. The head of the shower was really low and it was really hard to get up underneath it and the placement of the showerhead is very awkward. It’s also very dark in the shower so it’s hard to see what you’re doing in there, there was a light That was motion censored that kept going out. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would stay there again. There’s not many options in that area, but it was a nice day and they let me have my dog and no complaints there. I will definitely be back.

• Ann (10/5): Small town Motel, which was what I needed - This place is a typical small town motel. The room is kind of what you would expect clean quiet and fairly comfortable. The staff is pleasant. The area is nice and I felt very safe. This is the second time that I have stayed here And would stay here again. Small town Pleasant and recommend for an easy place to stay previous review from someone certainly did not fit this motel.
• Traci (2/5): - Booked on line when got there no one was in office doors locked and dark had 2 phone numbers on door called both no answer and no answer machine. The parking lot was full of drug dealers and prostitutes. Got in car and left room that never got is non refundable would not recommend that motel even if someone paid me a million dollars to stay there. Pass that motel up and continue on to a respectable on down the road

• Stephen R (8/5): Hunting trip - I went to do some prairie dog hunting. The hotel was clean the room was nice. It is a small town hotel. It seemed like the property was kept up as a whole. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I will be back.

• noelaW5346PW (2/5): WONT STAY HERE ANYMORE - HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY! ROOMS ARE SMALL...NO COFFEE MACHINES AND HOUSEKEEPER NEVER DID HER JOB RIGHT! You want cheap you get what you Pais for. Company paid for everyone to stay and one night the shower head came off and flooded the room. It wasn't our fault. They refused to give half our crew a refund.
• Mohammed (8/5): - There are areas of improvement in terms of cleanliness. We arrived late at night. The staff were nice enough to leave an envelope with my name and key for quick checkin. We checkout at 10:45am. Met the staff-they are courteous and nice. Rate: 4/5. Like they don’t take deposit and pricing is good.
• Commercialtourist (2/5): Bed bugs!!!! - This motel looks clean however during the night I was bitten repeatedly by bugs. I kept getting up with new welts on my rear and arms and finally used my phone’s flashlight to check the bed. Blood fattened Bed bugs were crawling towards the head of the bed in their way home after they had feasted on me! I crushed one with some toilet paper leaving a big blood spot on the sheet. That was it! I checked my bags, clothes and took a very hot shower wading myself repeatedly until I was sure there could be no bugs on me. Then I left the room at 5am. Bed bugs! Do not stay here! That’s all I can say.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Only purpose is to provide a roof... - We were driving through Kansas at night, when a bad storm hit and visibility became dangerous. We decided we needed to stop for the night. Dighton Inn was the only spot that came up near where we were. Though the front desk lady was pleasant and accommodating, the room left A LOT to be desired. The room was small, old and run down. The bed had springs sticking out and the room just felt dirty, though it may not have been. We slept above the covers, didn't use the shower or towels and left as soon as daybreak. A/C worked but was extremely loud and kicked on and off all night. I cannot with good conscience encourage anyone to stay here. It's only saving grace was shelter from the storm. (sorry)

I chose Dighton Inn because it was clean and well maintained.. - Upon arriving, the manager/owner was very hospitable and friendly. This was in June, 2019. The room I stayed in, # 13 was very clean and my stay there was very accommodating and pleasant. This was a business trip. In August 2019, I was again back there on a work assignment with my wife and we stayed about six weeks whish again was great and it worked out very well. I recommend anyone on business or personal travel to stay here. Rates are very reasonable. . .
• Verified traveler (10/5): - As a property from the 1960s you can tell that it was older. Everything worked and there was nice rustic wooden furniture. A modern television with all the channels, a porch light that you can shut off. Front and back windows you could open for a nice cross through Breeze. Lindsay was great, made sure I had everything I needed. Management made it possible for me to get into my room in the middle of the night with no problems. Perfect, it was halfway between Albuquerque and my Des Moines Iowa State Fair vacation. Thank you!

• douge208 (8/5): Whole family in one room - In town for a family reunion that is just across the Street for the motel. Nice enough place to stay for a small town. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. This is a budget hotel in small town. We had the family suite 4 beds in one room. Said it was queen size but I think it was full size. It is a clean place the beds are firm mattress and box springs on a Hollywood frame. Kinda low and squeaky. When we arrived to check in had to call the desk clerk on the phone. He arrived quickly. The desk is not staffed full time. Hope you have enough toilet paper.
