Tungsten Miller (10/5): Great place! Would highly recommend! - The hotel is in a great location and was very clean. Breakfast options were good and the staff was friendly. The swimming pool, though busy, was clean and had plenty of towels ready for use. If I have to complain, we had to stand very far away from the shower head due to the layout of the shower. This made us run the temperature all the way hot. While this wasn't an issue for me (being taller), my wife and kids said it was a cold shower.

Bartholomew (1/5): Awful! No sleep plus you’ll get scammed for extra charges after you leave. - The room was nice. The walls and ceiling are paper thin so you can hear everything going on around you. No continuous fan setting to drown out the noise. Then they charged me a “parking fee” after I checked out and said “it’s on their website” and that “everyone is doing it now. Such a shady, scammy thing to do. Will never stay with them again.

Cleanliness: the shelves in the kitchen cabinets were full of dust, the pillows and mattress were not comfortable. Parking fee of $15 per night is a rip off, you're located in a place full of spaces. $75 cleaning fee one time fee for pets is a rip off as room should be cleaned after checking out regardless if there's a pet or not.

spO2951LO (6/5): Completely Average Stay (is that good?) - Hello, as the title to my review states my last stay here was completely average. Unremarkable in every way and I’ve stayed here many times and as I stay around 75 nights a year at Marriotts. Is average the best they can do? It’s not a cheap hotel by any means. The breakfast was average Marriott prison food on paper plates and plastic silverware all going in the garbage yet they claim to be so environmentally friendly with the towels and housekeeping the irony. The last of the toiletries (lotion) has vanished from it seems Residence Inn’s, I stayed at two separate hotels and both no longer have it. Can’t wait to see what’s next to go? Laundry bag? Conditioner? Guests cannot open the windows at this hotel which is a shame because Bend is all about fresh air. The fan on the HVAC also will not run all night if you like that white noise or for circulation it shuts off after it gets to that desired temp so no circulated air. Unfortunately this also means you hear the people above you stomp around and you follow there footsteps on the ceiling. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel on a great location but could use some customer care. Good luck!

Christine (7/5): Frustrated w extra pet fee. I really like the hotel chain but the pet fee is outrageous and it’s hidden until the checko - Great chain. We love staying here. Never again will I book at one while traveling w our small dog. I knew we would pay a pet fee…20$/night but then there was a pet cleaning fee of 75$/night…. Ridiculous!! I have multiple reservations at Marriott Residence during our trip. If I had known I was going to get charged an extra $100/night to have a small <20lb dog I NEVER would have booked w them. The extra “pet cleaning fee” was a surprise at checkout!!! Very upset at the ridiculous charge for a small docile clean pet.

colormeelmo (10/5): Great stay, nice area. - We stayed here one night and the only thing that I could think to complain about was the young man on the front desk wasn't the least bit friendly or welcoming. We did our laundry at another hotel but when we saw the one at this hotel, we wish we had waited and done it here. We have stayed in a number of Residence Inn's, and this one was lovely, new looking and spotless, although the room was a bit smaller than the one's we have had in the past. We had some trouble with the lock on our door working properly and the breakfast, although very nice, ended at 9am, earlier than any hotel on our trip. They had a great pool and hot tub area. There are two elevators and of a good size which is so much better when everyone is checking out in the morning. The hotel looks to be in a very good, safe area. We would certainly stay here again.

Thomas (10/5): Great location, facilities and staff! - Walking distance to the amphitheater, easy to get to from around town, and great layout in the king suite! We loved the room!
Robert (9/5): Great location for Old Mill District and Concert Series - Location, friendliness of staff. Our first night was rough due to the fire alarm churping all night. We didn't call front desk after we got back from concert as it was late and didn't want anyone coming to the room to try and fix it. We told front desk the next morning and they were quick to respond
John (10/5): Great stay - We liked the easy check-in, we were allowed to check in a little early when we arrived and staff was friendly and welcoming - the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings we were there and the lady helping out in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.
Jamie (10/5): - Within walking distance to Hayden Homes Amplitheatre, which is a huge selling point for me. Family enjoyed the breakfast, something for everyone. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms clean and beds felt so soft after a day of traveling! This was the second time staying here, and we plan on staying again for future events.
Alicia (4/5): - Great location, great stay, but paid parking? Really?? Make it way more clear when booking if you are going to do that. It’s not a nice surprise at check in
Erica_EME14 (10/5): Great stay in Bend! - Awesome service. Front desk staff were very attentive. Breakfast daily was consistent, well stocked despite being very busy. Room attendants did a great job keeping rooms cleaned and equipped. Generally speaking this was one of the top residence inns I’ve stayed in over the last 10 years. Highly recommend!
Michelle (9/5): Superb - The location was great. Absolutely did NOT like having to pay 15.00 a day for parking at the hotel when we already paid so much just for our room. This was not told to us ahead of time per booking. We expected the breakfast to be better with it being such a nice hotel.
