• Jonathan (6/5): - location and hygene The place is advertised with kitchenette but then you have no table or chairs to eat in, especially being a family with kids, this was a bit frustrating (no plates or cutlery :( ) . Moreover, TV is not smart, its quite old, it needs an update. Furthermore, since we had a long stay, the property could have informed us that tax rates were increased a week before we arrived and that it only accept cash for the latter. This was also to our surprise, more surprising as other places accepted card payment for such tax.

Przy dość ruchliwej ulicy niedaleko szpitala - bywało głośno. Mało miejsca do przechowywania, trochę brakowało nam naczyń kuchennych (talerzy, misek etc).

• YUKO (10/5): - ２回目の利用。このホテルはかなり良いですが、大通りに面しているので、深夜でも車の音がうるさいのがネックだったのですかわ、今回は客室が1階で、窓が大通りの逆向きでした。結果、とても静かで更に良かったです。

The only nit-picks I have are that the bed could be more comfortable for me personally and the two pillows that could be softer. Also the sheets were quite loud.

• Midori (8/5): 便利な立地で機能的なステイ - 京都大学に用事があったのでとても便利な立地でした。キッチンや独立バスルームはとてもありがたく、部屋も清潔で備品も過不足なく、スタッフの方もとても感じの良い対応でした。宿泊費が高騰する中でこの価格帯でとても満足のいくステイができて感謝です。 口コミにもありましたが通りに面した一階のお部屋だったため、深夜の車の音はかなりうるさかったです。普段から幹線道路沿いの2階に住んでいるので交通音には慣れているのですが、今時あまり聞かないような物凄い音のバイクなどが時折通ります。 コンビニがやや遠いので雨の日などはウーバーなどがよいかもしれません。付近にたくさん素敵な飲食店がありますが朝の時間帯はどこもあいていないので前日にスーパーなどで買って用意しておくのがベターです。

• brian (2/5): - Location was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Maybe I just got unlucky but my room was not good. It had a very strong musky smell, similar to a men's locker room. They had an air freshening spray in the room but the bad smell overpowered it making it difficult to sleep. The worst part though, was that my bed was positioned right below the air conditioning unit, and the air quality was so bad that I got a sinus infection from sleeping there for only one night. I have to sit on a plane for 13 hours now with a sinus infection. Not fun.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, great bathrooms. :-) A lot of courteous gestures such as some umbrellas readily available to borrow and such. We had a nice balcony in our room, too. And a great price! Would definitely recommend. Thanks a lot! It would have been very helpful if they had some kind of service to enable us a Hands Free luggage delivery service to the airport and not just between hotels (the receptionist told us they only offered the latter). A great experience, though; this is just a suggestion.

• kristof (7/5): nice spacious room/apartment, but not dark enough to sleep - spacious room with entrance also being a kitchenette (fridge, freezer, 2 cooking plates, sink, cooking pots, plates cuttlery, ...) Spacious room with 2 separate beds, sufficient plugs, small table and 2 chairs, everything was very clean. Very friendly staff, certainly the man who helped me getting a taxi when I left. Luggage storage is available (prior to check in and after check out till 9 pm). Bus stop within 20m of the hotel. All rooms are facing the street side which is noisy (for me) and the curtains are not black out. So, I woke up around 5 am (beginning of April) due to the light.

The staff were helpful when using their luggage transfer service from the office to the room. The noise from the street was very loud. Especially during the night, you could hear every car driving on the street. On top of that, some street construction work was done every night.

The staff were very helpful as we tried to arrange luggage storage and transfer. Very comfortable bed and pillows and loved having a washing machine.
