The linens smell heavenly and fresh and you can hear the spund of cows mooing. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh options. The host is so friendly and considerate. You dont want skip this one.♡

- Mark (10/5): Perfect Place To Stay With Breakfast Included. - If you're looking for a nice place to stay only a short drive from Stratford-Upon-Avon this is it. The host was friendly and helpful. The (Cream) room was very clean with it's own on bathroom suite with a nice hot powerful shower. Lovely views, room was quiet, comfortable bed, lots of extra tea, Coffee and milk. Has to be the best value place we've stayed in for a long time. Breakfast was very generous and good quality it was left outside the room for us and other guests to enjoy. We will be back and recommend to our friends. Lovely stay.
- Rae (10/5): - It was a lovely furnished room in a traditional farm house. The location was quiet. Wish we could've stayed longer.
- Catherine (10/5): - Calm oasis in the middle of beautiful English countryside. Comfortable bed and full size bathtub was all I needed and this beautiful farmhouse provided. Breakfast was generous and more than substantial

- Andrew (10/5): - We loved it , beautiful setting in the countryside on a working farm. Elizabeth is a real blessing , she really looked after us, upgraded our room for free and went out of the way to provide a lovely spread for breakfast. The bed was comfy and bedroom spacious with everything you need for a midweek break. Stratford just over 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommended and value for money.
- Fiona (8/5): - Was lovely staying in a rural position, very quiet & a great base to visit other places, had a comfortable stay, owners friendly & very pleasant, choice of breakfast.
- Jen (6/5): - We arrived and our host was very busy. Would have liked more information re farm & getting to local pub in writing.
On the bright side - good sleep and good breakfast
- John (10/5): Excellent Stay - Excellent experience through out stayed for one night and could not fault the BB.
- Rachel (10/5): - Farmhouse in the middle of the Cotswolds surrounded by fields, very tranquil and lovely setting.
- gemma (10/5): Fantastic accommodation - An amazing weekend away. Really comfortable homeley rooms in a beautiful building. Lovely views of the farm. Breakfast was fantastic - choice of hot and cold breakfast - both delicious and fresh. Breakfast was served on the landing to eat in the comfort of you room which was a really nice touch. The bedroom was really comfortable.. we had the pink room which had a bath, fresh towels, sofa, dining area, tea/coffee facilities and plenty of storage for clothes. Heaters and fans as well as a couple of blankets if needed but we were lovy and warm. Elizabeth was extremely welcoming and couldnt do enough to make sure we had what we need. As a working farm we enjoyed the noise of the sheep and the comings and goings was fine for us. Plenty to sit and watch. Nice garden area to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee too. We are booking again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely B&B - Lovely B&B situated in a beautiful setting, overlooking fields of sheep! Easy access to Stratford Upon Avon. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and the fresh fruit was delicious. Check in details were sent 24 hours before arrival so everything went smoothly and Elizabeth is the perfect host. We will be back, many thanks
- Michael (10/5): - We loved our stay and really enjoyed the breakfast. Would definitely recommend
- Jan (10/5): - Great find . Cute farmhouse . Room looking over fields . Great breakfast included .
- Denise (10/5): - This is a lovely property in a rural area outside of Stratford-Upon-Avon. My window had a perfectly picturesque view of sheep in the field. The host was friendly and attentive to guests needs.
- Elaine (10/5): Our stay - Lovely stay overall
- Martyn (10/5): Short Stay - An excellent short stay in a picturesque setting. Lovely old farm house with comfortable, clean rooms. All the facilities one requires for an overnight stay. Elizabeth was especially helpful in providing an early morning breakfast tray as we left early each day.
- Karen (10/5): Great choice - Delightful place to stay for a country break or to visit Shakespeare's country. This is an elegant and peaceful period property with up to date amenities. It seems a little odd to have breakfast in the room, but it works very well, with a nicely laid table and an extensive array of quality breakfast foods laid out on the landing (shared by all 4 rooms) each morning. A bonus is a large fridge on the landing which allows guests to store their own food (or wine/beers!), and a good supply of fresh milk. The rooms are well arranged so that you can't hear the other guests and the only sounds you hear from outside are the animals. With a friendly host and outside seating, this is a really lovely place to stay.
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely b&b in countryside location. - A really good peaceful countryside setting. Breakfast incredible selection. Host was great. Will definately be back.
- Sunil (10/5): - Splendid stay, great breakfast & spotlessly clean rooms. Great host Elizabeth !! Would visit again & again & again!!!
- Sarah (10/5): Comfortable and homely - The room was large and very comfortable. Elizabeth accommodated our requests and the cooked breakfast was delicious although the included breakfast was much more extensive than we expected so you may want to just stick with that! Parking is limited at the accommodation but it is fine if people park on the diagonal (you can then fit around 4-5 cars in) but if people park straight on it makes things a bit awkward. The accommodation is in a remote area so realistically you need to drive to get to the loxal pubs etc (just something to be aware of when booking) but it also meant it was lovely and quiet. The bus tour around Stratford was very good and the commentary was very interesting. Thespians indian restaurant is also worth a visit for an evening meal.
- Wang (8/5): - Excellent setting. Good breakfast. Only blemish was staff messed up on room assignment. Ended up waiting for two hours until we got a hold of them.
- Marlys (10/5): - We liked the experience of staying on a working farm. It was a bit out of the way, but we liked the peace and quiet. The food was amazing, homemade, fresh, and plentiful. The hosts were helpful with ideas of restaurants and local activities.
- John (8/5): Warm welcome - We enjoyed our stay at this lovely guesthouse. There was a warm welcome and the breakfast was superb. The bedroom was small but met our needs.
- Angelina (10/5): - The main hours was amazing. So pretty the views were incredible and watching the little lambs from the bedroom was amazing.
Everthing was wonderful thank you so much Elizabeth and Emma.
- Valerie (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Our stay was extremely comfortable. Our room was spacious with a king sized bed, sofa and chair facing a TV. There was an area with a kettle, coffee and tea making and a toaster for breakfast in the morning. A small table and chairs completed the room. Plenty of space.
Breakfast was buffet style laid out on the landing for all the rooms. Lots of choice. Eat in bedroom.
Elizabeth, the hostess, was friendly and efficient.
We had a very peaceful stay.
- Ian (10/5): King of the castle - Lord of the manor experience, beautiful country mansion set in 500 acres. Amazing room, great shower and a warm clean comfortable stay. Fantastic breakfast the next morning. Everything you could possibly want, and or need. Friendly host and very helpful.
- P (10/5): - Elizabeth was a brilliant host. Location fantastic and continental breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend
- Neil (10/5): - Very quiet beautiful farm.
- Carol (10/5): Quiet, clean and friendly - Easy no contact check in. Lovely clean and comfy room plus delicious continental style breakfast which you eat in your room. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay away.
- David (10/5): Amazing place - Amazing place to stay! Friendly people and lovely setting. If I’m back in the area I will stay again!! 20/10 Experience!
- Theresa (10/5): - We were greeted by our host who was very friendly. It is a lovey old farmhouse and our room was a good size. There is a separate sitting room available for guests which is very good. The breakfast was also very good with a choice of both continental or full English. We would stay again if we are in the area and would recommend this b&b
- Dewi (10/5): Nice Farm house b&b - Elizabeth was a very nice friendly host
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely stay ! - Lovely stay at b&b very comfortable & welcoming perfect for visiting the Cotswolds area
- ANTHONY (10/5): - Lovely location, charming period building and comfortable accommodation. The host was very helpful, cheerful and accessible.
I will definitely return when my job requires to be in Stratford again- hopefully on the near future.
- Steve (8/5): - Easy check in and check out. Lovely quiet rural location. Friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great experience. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. I will definitely go again next time.
- Sandra (4/5): - We had a vey comfortable stay. The breakfast which is left outside the rooms is exceptional.
We only found one restaurant/pub in the near vicinity to eat in the evening - The Bell, the other 2 were not serving food.
If you want a quiet peaceful retreat then I recommend.
- Janice (8/5): Lovely spot - A lovely quiet spot. Room was spacious and comfortable. Availability of a guest lounge was appreciated. Only draw back was being woken by guests chatting outside on the landing where breakfast was laid out. Breakast buffet was good but it might be a nice touch to have clean cups available rather than rinse out room cup in the bathroom sink.
Situation just south of Stratford gives the option to explore The Cotswold as well as Stratford-on-Avon.
- Niccolo' (10/5): - Lovely staff and great place. Clean, quiet and excellent breakfast too. Would highly recommend!
- Jeffrey (10/5): - The house was amazing, the bedroom was incredible. The buffet / continental breakfast surpassed my expectations, it being the best ever. A gorgeous rural location. Elizabeth, the host was lovely.
I have no negatives to report.
- Emma (10/5): Beautiful place - Absolutely beautiful place with stunning views. Lovely breakfast, great friendly service. Will definitely return and highly recommend
- Vicky (4/5): Bit disappointed - Big spacious room nice towels. Great view. Quiet and peaceful. Our choice of room was changed day before to a room which, when booking was the 1 of the 4 we disliked most. I felt a phone call rather than email would have been better. I didn’t find the person I spoke to re reason for the change particularly polite on the phone. We expected a cooked breakfast so feel the booking should say it’s continental. The double bed was very uncomfortable, springy and lumpy. Lucky we had the spare one in the end. Behind our bed and the sink was very dirty and dirty tissues. Only two double sockets in the room.
- Sharon (10/5): Very hospitable and generous - Very hospitable and welcoming. Huge bedroom with a sitting area and small breakfast table, as well as the usual refreshments ( kettle, tea coffee etc). Our host Elizabeth provided lots of gluten free food. The cafetiere hadn't been washed since the last guests but this was the only disappointment. A huge variety of food was provided for breakfast, eg berries, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham, bread, pastries, cereal... As a buffet to eat in your own room. Worked very well ☺️. A very quiet location considering it's a working farm.
- Janice (8/5): Lovely stay - A beautifully situated property - close to Stratford upon Avon but set in lovely countryside - very peaceful
- Peter (8/5): - Nice choice of breakfast, lovely building and quiet countryside
- Mrs Brenda (10/5): Outstanding - Outstanding accommodation. Very large rooms, everything you could want, Elizabeth was so helpful, quiet and peaceful. 100% recommend
- melvyn (10/5): - Great Host plenty of food for breakfast. nothing is too much trouble
- Philip (10/5): - Perfect
- Michael Alan (10/5): Fine - Fine; a good overnight.
- Jennifer (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - Whitchurch farm guesthouse is situated in a lovely location. Our room was clean and comfortable, a very friendly host who made us very welcome. This is a fully working farm and so the host was very busy. Check in was contactless, breakfast was a buffet style. We found everything to be very well organised, my daughter and I are both vegans and we were catered for well. We cannot fault it and would love to stay again. Thank you for having us.
- Sharon (10/5): - Everything about staying here was fantastic, from the tranquil setting to the hospitality of the host. The countryside is beautiful and it’s just a stone’s throw from Stratford. It will certainly be part of my next trip to England!
- Wendy (10/5): - Loved that the room was large, very comfortable and the view was amazing. The bathroom was very nice. The choice for breakfast vast. The cooked breakfast (a small extra cost and needs ordering the night before) was worth every penny. The quality of the food was very high. Elizabeth was the perfect hostess.
- Mr J G (10/5): - We enjoyed the whole experience.Elizabeth is a grand hostess and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. She was very busy but managed looking after us wonderfully. She even remembered it was our wedding anniversary and bought us some chocolates! Very kind and considerate.
