Soap etc in bath was impossible for older person to squeeze hard enough to use. Bed was made so that one had to hunt for the top sheet; it had not been turned down. Hard for a weary traveler.

This time around the first room that was given had a roof leak in the bathroom had to move out 3 hours after settling in they DID move us immediately however the second room had a REALLY bad BO the room had an old human smell and pillows had a bad sweaty dirty odor to them I feel like the bedding was never changed!

- Shannon (6/5): Usually great, latest stay was awful - I've stayed here many times over the years driving between family in California and my home in Colorado. It's really great for allergies (typically) because there is no carpet in the rooms. The rooms are always clean, it is easy to get filtered water and ice, water pressure is always great, their pet policy is exceptional. The beds used to be comfortable, but the new mattresses are too firm for me to sleep well. Recently during our latest stay in late June they began resealing the pool early in the morning. I woke up with severe allergies and a monster headache from the fumes. When we tried to leave a maintenance worker had the door leading to the back parking lot next to the pool proper open making the lobby smell like sealant. Also, their front driveway was blocked off for some reason. If hotels plan to do this type of work, I think they should let the guests know ahead of time so they don't end up sick. My lungs hurt for 3 days.

She recommended Tru. I told her I could get a cheaper room and she stated that I needed to be safe and to stay at Tru. She was right!

- Camilla (10/5): Game room and lobby area make this hotel a win - Loved this hotel! Our first time here but it won’t be the last! The rooms are clean but pretty basic. The lobby area is why I would come back. It was awesome with kids to be able to go down and play pool or games in the lobby. There is plenty of seating for breakfast and for entertaining in the off times or in the evening. This was huge for us after soccer games so my daughter could play with friends from her team! The water station with the ice machine and water right next to it was amazing for the tournaments that were going on. We had a great stay!

Second issue the breakfast in the morning was sub par. The pancake machine was down broken. The other food was empty and it was about 15 minutes for them to refill. Options were cold cereal or oatmeal if you didn’t want to wait for eggs and sausage.

Bed had hair in it and so did a hand towel in the bathroom. Headboard had something splashed on it as well. The rest of the room looked clean and tidy. Staff at front desk for evening check was ok. Was on th computer so I stood there for a while waiting for him to greet me. Clerk Should have greeted right away and then asked me to wait for a moment if he needed time to complete task on the computer. Morning clerk was friendly and kind. Was good in a pinch but would not choose to stay again. Cost was a definite good value
- Kristy (10/5): St. George stay. - The staff was amazing. The bed was not comfortable. Pool and spa were nice. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample. I wasn’t aware that so many dogs would be in the hotel. But it was clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Super thin walls and large gap under room door. - The walls are super thin! We could hear the neighbors dog barking a lot! The gap under the door of our room was about 1-2inches which made outside noise super loud (hard to sleep). We placed a towel under the door gap. The gap was so large that the towel was going outside of our room.

- Samir (4/5): - everything was just fine till kids went into bed, after removing blankets they spotted many hairs over bedsheets, they just jumped from bed and wife was already at sleep, she woke up and start wiping the bed sheets. we were so tired that we had no time and patience for house keeping to change the bed sheet, it was obvious that cleaner didn't change bed sheets. I woke up at night thinking about why I didn't call home keeping for bed sheets change.. I was not expecting from Hilton for such practice for cost savings.. anyway it seems it will be hard for us to come back to Hilton going forward.

I could hear snoring from the other room, which I hated. Otherwise super clean, bed was ok not bad! Liked the set up. I was there a full week. Staff were nice!
