- Nicolas (6/5): Don't go - The place was not very clean. next door was like a zoo, they had everybtypo of animal making noises all night At the end of the stay they charged us 3 water bottles. Supposedly one is free but because we grabbed the one from the fridge they also charged it. The price for each bottle was more than 3 times the price for the next door shop. Cause we did not want to argue we paid an left.

The water provided from hotel is not free and they didn't inform customer in advance and suddenly asked me for money when I checked out. Very uncomfortable. 2. TV remote controler didn't work properly so I couldn't see the TV. 3. air conditioner doesn't work properly and the room is hot. Not cool. 4. Only security guards are kind. The rest of staffs is not friendly. Tks.

- Laura (8/5): Good Location and Facilities - My husband and I had a quick layover in Ho Chi Minh and used this hotel as our base for the day. Having just rolled into town after taking an overnight bus from Da Lat, this was the perfect accommodation. It was within easy walking distance of the Futa drop off office and they allowed us to check in early, which was extremely nice considering how tired we were from the night before (we don't ever get much sleep on those overnight buses). The room was clean and quiet, both things we were looking for as it allowed us to relax and just enjoy a day recouping and preparing for the next leg of our journey. I'd happily look to book here again next time we're in the area.

At check in we were provided ZERO information. Desk staff were entirely unhelpful. Charged us for water, when it said "Free Water" at booking.

- MYUNGHEE (10/5): 크리스마스에 좋은추억 만들어 갑니다. - 가족여행으로 3박 4일 있었습니다, 호치민에 관광지가 밀집되어있는 Distrit 1지역에 위치하고 있어 도보로 이동이 가능합니다. (벤탄시장 도보 10분) 카운터에 계신 분들이 전부 너무 친절하고 부탁하는 사항은 바로바로 들어주셨구요 호텔주변에 맛사지 및 맛집도 꽤 있었구요. 택시잡기도 그리 어렵지는 않았습니다. 룸이 전부 15개 정도되려나 ? 브랜드 호텔이 아닌 로칼 작은 호텔이기 때문에 사우나, 뷔페등 부대시설은 없습니다..객실에 와이파이 잘 터졌구요. 날마나 방정리 당연히 해주셨고, 작은 금고, 냉장고등 잘 작동되었구요 별하나짜리 호텔이지만 가성빕 최고입니다. 전 다음에도 호치민 갈 일 있으면 이용할 예정입니다;
- salvatore (4/5): Mécontent - Nous avons réservé une chambre avec fenêtre pour 2 nuits une fois arrivé à la chambre je regarde la fenêtre et finalement c'est une fenêtre qui s'ouvre sur le couloir aucune ouverture extérieure pas moyen d'aérer la chambre, obligé de descendre pour voir le temps qu'il fait avant de s'habiller, 1 seule bouteille d'eau par jour et pour 2 personnes nous avons demandé à avoir une chambre avec une vraie fenêtre on nous a réclamé 35€ de plus par nuit une honte. Ce n'est pas un hôtel que je recommanderais
