• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very polite and spoke good English. They also have a caffe with really nice and reasonably priced food. I even got a free coconut on check it :). Would definitely recommend, and within walking distance of Bangtao and 7/11's.

The family that run it is lovely and the food is delicious and cheap. Not sure if it’s for every room but the pictures for the property/booking did not match what i got. I feel the price was a bit much for what i actually received.

• Christian (8/5): Great / amazing budget stay - chill land house is a great bang for your buck! everything that you need and ideal location if your training at Bangtao MMA of Sutai Muay Thai. best part is the amazing restaurant they have with great dishes and friendly staff a few steps from your room! Highly recommend especially if on a budget don’t expect luxury, its very basic but all you need if your on a budget.

• Rachel (10/5): A wonderful clean room and bathroom, perfect for a first time solo travelers. - The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The room was perfect for solo travelers. There's a restaurant as part of the accommodations which makes it nice so you don't have worry about food. The washing/laundry machines on site are inexpensive and very clean. Water is free when you stay here which is a plus. I would stay here again.

I got a discount and decided to stay one night mire because I liked it so much. They even let me check out super late because my flight was at night!

• Slobodan (10/5): Absolutely amazing - I like absolutely everything with this house: - Location, just a 5-10 mins from the beach - Food: there is a restaurant that is cheap, but portions are huge (no matter what you order) and the food is delicious. Plus fruit is free - The room has everything: very comfortable bed, TV, excellent Wi-Fi, fridge, security deposit box, two windows, very good AC, bathroom with plenty of hot water and a good pressure. When I arrive a fresh coconut was waiting for me on the table :-) - But above everything the family who runs the place. Absolutely lovely family that would help you with anything you need. Be sure to ask them first about transportation, rather than agents around. They booked me taxi to the airport that was excellent and cheaper than anywhere else - I didn't like that I didn't know my stay would be that perfect - I would stay longer if I knew
• Francis (3/5): Poor - The location was very good, and the room was small but o.k for 1 or 2 nights, theres a restaurant next to the rooms and the food was average for Thai food, ordered the beef burger could not eat the beef itself is was so hard. They gave a small discount only because i spoke up and did so very reluctantly, expecting me to pay the full cost having not eaten the beefburger itself. Left with negative feelings having supported there restaurant and had meals there all throughout my stay. As below.

No alcohol , limited menu but that’s understandable.
