Am Pool war sehr ruhig, den hatte man mehr oder weniger fast für sich alleine trotz Hauptsaison. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und auch jeden Tag vier Flaschen frisches Wasser. Freundlich, entspannt und angenehm. Da das nur ein Fenster gibt und der Balkon sowie ein Stück weiter vorne überdacht ist, ist das Zimmer relativ dunkel, aber wirklich gestört hat es auch nicht

- Traveltopia (8/5): - Mother nature let loose meaning the roads around the resort were flooded, while we cannot control the weather, the hotel owners/Managers can control how the resort helps guests. I cannot speak highly enough about the effort they put in to make our stay comfortable and to help us get to places (through flood waters) for dinner and anything else we needed. The resort itself was a little oasis.. comfortable bed, nice pool and breakfast was nice. Sukhothai is a must stay as the people in this town are always smiling through adversity and this resort makes you feel most welcome.

All the staff were very attentive to any request that you have. They're always reafy to help with their beautiful smile. The breakfast was delicious and there was a different menu every day. The place is spotless. The pool is very nice. If you are not looking for a fancy hotel but a clean, decent comfortable and enjoyable, villa Sanpakoi is your hotel ro go to. The location is great. Not in the DT core of Chiang Mai but not too far.

The pool area was really nice and the breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and different dishes offered every day. The staff was really really friendly at this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

It wasn’t too far to walk over to Old Town. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, but not too far down the same street was a place with 2 restaurants and a coffee shop, called Bella Madre Pizza (The best pizza we’ve had in a long time!) and Food4Thought East (The food was delicious and large plates)! There’s also a little laundromat with washers and dryers a couple of doors down. We liked the accommodations so much we kept adding nights! We had our laundry done through the hotel and it was quite expensive, then found a 24hr little place to do it ourselves a couple doors down.

Very efficient and friendly staff, who were very helpful when I needed to print off, sign and return (electronically) a document to the UK. Spacious and clean swimming pool area with beds and chairs. The only criticism I have is that the sunbeds need cushions.

- Waratha (9/5): Like it , consider as thr option for next time visit - The location is not that far from city attractions but it quiet at night Staffs are great , willing to support Rooms is fine value for what you pay as well as various types that suite to either couple or family needs
- Angela (10/5): Happy to stay there - It's on a quiet street with good restaurants nearby. There is a local Thai restaurant opposite the road. We ate there 3 times. 3-5 mins walk to a brand new good pizza place. Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly , pool is clean (even we didn't use it during our stay in December, it was a bit cold) . Breakfast is good. It's not too far from night market, Central Mall etc. we have a car so getting to Nimman area was not an issue. We also took grab car there once, and it was only 125 bhat during non peak hour and 240 bhat for peak hour. We have enjoyable stay . Highly recommend! A vending machine in the hotel or able to buy snacks or drinks from the reception would be a good idea.

- Richard (10/5): Clean, cozy, comfy little get away in Chiang Mai. - After searching for a decent hotel with so many options, we decided on Villa Sanpakoi and we are happy with the decision. Clean, comfy and the staff was super friendly. The beds were a bit firm but clean. The water pressure lacking and at times the hot water would turn off but in the Thailand summer, it was not an issue. The breakfast wasn't spectacular but it was sufficient and yummy. Everyone in our group was pleased. The pool was great. The neighborhood was quiet. Not many restaurant options near by but there were 3 or 4 and a coin laundry near by too.

- Andrew (7/5): Nice new hotel - Very comfortable rooms and quiet location, but still convenient to get around Breakfast is the only thing that lets this place down. It is very poor selection, and even the food for Chinese was not been eaten.
- Robert (10/5): This hotel experience made a long trip to see our kids a pleasure. - My wife enjoyed the traditional Thai breakfasts and selections. I have a more sensitive stomach, when traveling, and enjoyed the eggs, ham, toast and juice breakfast. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. When I tried to rake a shower, all I had was cool water. I told the staff at the front desk, and within a few minutes a worker showed up and had the issue repaired within a short time. We have no complaints.

- Hang (10/5): - I must say. This place was amazing! Rooms are super clean. Staff always tried to help us get around because it is outside of the main tourist area. You will need to get their grab app to make life easier. We got our SIM card at the mall. It is close-ish to the night bazaar but we much prefer their weekend night market, food and souvenir are a lot cheaper. This area is very quiet and serene. There is a Thai restaurant right next door or you can take a 5-10 min walk to the main road where you can find local foods and 7eleven for bugs spray and pop. They have free bikes as well for use.
- Nicole (10/5): Excellent service! - We had arranged to leave our bags at reception as we areived before check out but when we arrived they let us check in early which was fantastic. During our stay we made use of the free bicycles everyday, this is a great way to get around Chiang Mai (the bikes are quite old so it hard work) and we rented a scooter from the hotel (300 thb per day and 3000thb deposit (as far as i could see they only have one for rent) for bigger excursions. The staff were friendly and very, very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location os good, its quiet but also a long trek into the main part of Chiang Mai. There is a nice pool which is nice for a cool off after a day out.

We had to check out extremely early on our last day due to catching a flight and they provided a breakfast bag lunch for us without us making any request. Excellent all around!

Al llegar hicimos el check in rapidisimo y si bien llegamos antes del horario, nos dieron uno de los dos cuartos. Todo muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones. El desayuno excelente y el personal muy amable. Te prestan bicis con las que podes recorrer los alrrededores. Esta muy bien ubicado.

Sparkling clean rooms and areas, quieter at nighttime. 155 restaraunts and cafes within easy access, and walkability across the river by bridge is no problem! Lower levels of demand for Bolt/Grab rides drives down the transportation costs significantly.

- Thomas_hettich (8/5): Clean, friendly, quiet, nice. - Spacious room. Breakfast is simple and sufficient - my daughter loved the small yoghurt. My wife enjoyed hearing the rooster in the early morning hours. Always some mosquitos in the room. My daughter got several bites during the night. With our 8 year old daughter, we didn't want to bike, nor use the scooter and getting to the city center is always 10-15 minutes away by foot.

- Peter (9/5): A hidden little gem - The hotel came as a surprise because was not expecting such a nice place for the price. The room was a good size, with a small balcony directly onto the pool, which was also very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, assisting with a car to go to the bazaar at night and providing help when our rental car had to be replaced. The breakfast was also quite good value. The huge gold and white koi in the fountain were beautiful. Parking was provided, but as the hotel was so popular we had to park on the street. Only a small inconvenience really.

- Wendy (9/5): Lovely peaceful stay - The property was peaceful and spotlessly clean. True that it is a little out of town but it only takes approx 20-25mins to get toT Tha phae gate , I enjoyed the walk there and back everyday. it would be too much of a jaunt if you have mobility issues. Some Tuk Tuk drivers did not know the location of the Villa (suppose this is due to it being a relatively new complex) but if you pick up a card from reception most of the drivers will ring the hotel to ask how to get you back to the Villa. Pool area was really nice, water cold but in my books what you’d expect after being in a hot climate, was really refreshing. The fridge/freezer was great as most hotels only seem to have minibars. I was carrying 5 months worth of diabetes medication which had to be kept at a certain temperature so I was really impressed as I had no worries with storing & freezing my ice packs for the onward journey. The Domestic staff were really lovely especially the man who brings the box of toiletries and linen in the morning, sorry I did not get his name but he was always very polite. The room & shower size was great and good air conditioning. Free bicycles to get around on. The bed was a little hard (but large) Breakfast could have been a bit better if there was a bit more choice. There was the usual eggs, ham & sausage but would have been nice if there were some tomatoes and or beans. If you ask they will cook you a nice little omelette. We wanted to extend our stay at the property as we enjoyed it but we could only get another 2 nights as they were closing for maintenance (which is good that they are looking after the property although everything was spotless) Not a criticism we were just disappointed that we could not stop there any longer.

- L (8/5): Lovely hotel, quiet area - Lovely rooms, very clean Quiet area Breakfast was good, lots of choice and attentive staff. Lovely pool, for an active swimmer the cold water was fine. Comfortable bed You need to drive or take a grab taxi to get most places. Restaurant is not currently open for evening meals and not much choice in the immediate area. The pool water is very cold, if you want to sit in the pool and not swim, you might find it a bit chilly
