• Carolina (8/5): - La habitación es muy cómoda y tiene un área aparte para personas con familia y otras para las que no. Es un poco incómodo moverse dentro del hotel, de las habitaciones a donde se toma el desayuno
• Kathia (7/5): Tolerable - Cómodo buena comida Inicialmente nos habían colocado en una habitación bien lejos del comedor, según dijeron son más cómodas, era cerca de la piscina y eran las 8 pm y tenían una fiesta en la piscina con volumen muy alto de música, me pareció total falta de consideración el hotel no impresionabas estar lleno( habían bastantes estacionamientos) alojarnos en una área lejos y con escándalo Afortunadamente un señor de recepción vio nuestra molestia y nos colocó en otra habitación lejos del ruido y cerca del comedor

• ruben (8/5): Galeria un Hotel Centrico - LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL PENDIENTES DE CUALQUIER NECESIDAD QUE SE TENGA, TIENEN DESAYUNO INCLUIDO BUENO Y LA ATENCION DE LAS JOVENES DEL RESTAURANTE BASTANTE BUENA. Lo que se puede mejorar es que las camas tenian polvo como de aserrin como que se trabajo en la habitacion y no se limpio la cama. El aire acondicionado demoro horas para que enfriara. Por lo demas todo bien.

En el desayuno que estaba incluido dentro de la tarifa del hotel, increiblemente se quedaron sin huevos y teniendo como resolver la situación ya que por ejemplo al lado del hotel esta El Machetazo que es una supermercado que tiene de todo y más, no puderon remediar la situación teniendo la solución a la mano.

• Elisabeth (5/5): Functional but dated stopover hotel. - We had a room far away from the road, so it was quiet. The nearby Mâcon restaurant was the best thing about the stay. The room was old and dark, and there is a very strong, harsh chemical smell in the air. The bathroom fan is extremely loud and sounds like a helicopter taking off. However, the room was clean and functional, making it acceptable for a one-night stopover on the way to Panama City.

Había personas a más de media noche haciendo mucho ruido en los pasillos y no dejaban descansar, me imagino que eso no es de todos los días, sin embargo daña la experiencia de las demás personas

• Orlando (4/5): Mala experiencia con el desayuno - La habitación, la ubicación, el estacionamiento, la mayoría del personal El domingo temprano fuimos a desayunar y el joven de la recepciín nos envió al salón de eventos porque el restaurante estaba cerrado, las mesas estaban sucias, el desayuno frio porque las bandejas no tenían mecheros para mantener la comida caliente. Ni siquiera habían quitado el proyector y los cables del piso de alguna reunión que se hizo allí. Había una sola chica que servía la comida y hacía todo. Desayuno escaso y simple para el precio que cobran. Los huespedes estaban molestos, no cabía mas gente y tuvieron que abrir el restaurante.

• Gary (9/5): Good value for the price. - The room was clean and comfortable. It is conviently located on the highway, so easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant was good. Meals were very affordable, but food was average. Not easy to drive into the front parking area due to heavy traffic on the highway and no left turn lane into the hotel. Our room was next to the pool, so noisy at night.

• Ian (8/5): Cheap and convenient place for stopover. Even with the couple of issues still a gods value $ - This is a second independent facility of the main property. Most rooms have an exterior entrance. The on site restaurant has great local food and provides a limited free breakfast, however you may order more if you please. The pool is small but adequate and right outside our unit door. The price for this property was cheap. The part of the property we were booked in was around the back, down a little side street. Parking was limited and fortunately the property was not full. There was a noticeable Oder in the room,(303) like a strong bleach or chemical smell

Cuándo entramos a la habitación, había un intenso olor a naftalina y en cuanto al desayuno incluido, es un desayuno diferente al menú pagado. Si a mí me dicen que algo está incluido no debería haber distinción. Es mejor que no pongan el desayuno y que uno lo pague y que me den las cosas como son.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from a shooping Mall with a spectaculary cheap supermarket. The staff were neutral or disinterested. The breakfast was spartan. The coffee was reduced to a cup. The room was part of the older section of the hotel.

• Luis (9/5): La comida fue lo mejor y no solo el desayuno incluido - El desayuno incluido estaba delicioso y muy acorde según costo y sabor Tuve que pagar 20 dolares de late checkout por salir a las 14:35 horas y no fue por mi culpa ya que estaba listo para salir desde las 14:00 horas y cuando me trate de comunicar con el lobby el teléfono no funcionaba ya que no me escuchaban en recepción tuve que salir a preguntar a una chica de aseo para confirmar la hora de salida, entiendo que debía saberlo pero el teléfono en la habitación debería funcionar para evitar estos contratiempos

• Laura (7/5): Decent price for an overnight. - This was an overnight for us between Santa Catalina and Panama airport. We had a nice room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was huge and was a choice of protein, bread, and drink. Restaurant for dinner was good too. Cheap and large portions. Unfortunately, our room was near an event salon, and every time the door opened, the music blared into the hallway, and inevitably partygoers came out loudly laughing and talking. We were staying in the ‘new’ building too, but it had the event hall in the same complex and on the same level.
