- marcelo claudio (9/5): - La ubicación, zona muy linda cerca de estaciones de tren y bus. Tiene Parking. El departamento es muy cómodo, nuevo , con cocina bien equipada, camas muy cómodas, buenos baños y duchas. Es premium y todo funcionó bien. Nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más en el departamento en el check Out y se agradece. El check in. Sobre todo llegando a Málaga en auto. Las indicaciones no son claras ni ágiles para alguien que viene viajando . No me gustan, a pesar de ser la tendencia actual, los check in sin una persona que te reciba. Aquí a su vez hay que ir a retirar las llaves a una dirección diferente, esa calle es angostisima, no se puede aparcar el auto y hay que bajarse a marcar el código numérico y retirar la misma. Menos mal que aún estaban en la oficina y uno de los chicos me ayudó. A pie no queda lejos pero donde dejar el auto? Quién sabe cuando llega por primera vez a la ciudad? La entrada al garage es a la vuelta, no entendí las indicaciones que lo ubicaban y cuál era el sentido de esa calle. Disculpen no cuesta nada para lo que uno paga , que te espere una persona como se debe y entres a la vivienda tranquilo y sin stress.
Ojo volvería totalmente al lugar, lo recomiendo, pero busquen la manera de mejorar eso , es necesario.

- Noda (10/5): Comunidad, facilidades y muy acogedor. - La ubicación fue fantástica, y al tener plaza de garaje facilito mucho el uso del vehículo noda en especial.

- Sujata (5/5): Reasonable apartment - The apartment was a good size and there was very little noise from other residents. We used the balcony a lot. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen is well equipped but shabby in places.
The area was pleasant and it took us only 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Málaga.
The location is very handy for the railway station The apartment wasn't fully clean. There were crumbs under the tables when we arrived and dirt on the floors came off onto our feet. The cupboard doors and other furniture had stains and the fridge and freezer had food residues.
The kettle and kitchen bin were broken and the bin was dirty. Sunset Malaga Apartments replaced both of these promptly after I raised this with them but this should have been noticed and dealt with by their team before we arrived.
Some furniture in the apartment is worn and needs replacing - sofa, kitchen stools, balcony furniture.
There is wear on the kitchen worktop and a general lack of maintenance
The directions to the parking garage were very vague - we were told that the road to find the garage entrance was in a parallel road (it isn't) and we spent 20 minutes driving round before we spotted the road shown in the photo. The photos and directions once inside the garage were good.
I raised these issues with Sunset Malaga Apartments again after we returned. They offered 10% off our next booking but no compensation for this one.
- Yolanda (9/5): Tranquilo y espacioso - Me gustó la distribución de las habitaciones y el espacio de estar. No es céntrico, pero está a poco más de cinco minutos de la estación de Metro, tren y autobús. Al casco histórico se llega en unos 20 minutos caminando por un paseo agradable.
El apartamento estaba limpio, es muy silencioso. Cuenta con ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias. La cocina es completa. Tiene bastantes electrodomésticos y menaje, aunque no los utilizamos. Aunque se dice, es muy engorroso tener que ir a buscar las llaves a otra dirección que está a más de diez minutos caminando con el equipaje. Aunque se específica y la devolución es automática, me sorprendió que me bloquearan 150€ de fianza por si se rompía algo.
Encontramos el baño cerrado por dentro y lo tuvimos que abrir. Lo lógico es que estuviera abierto. La manguera de la ducha perdía mucha agua, lo reclamé en el WhatsApp y como no respondieron tuve que personarme en la oficina para que lo arreglaran. La ventana de la habitación principal no se podía abrir, salvo la batiente. Lo comenté también, pero no hicieron nada al respecto.
En la cocina no hay nada de cortesía, salvo el estropajo, bayetas y un poquito de lavaplatos. No nos hizo falta, pero para que futuros viajeros lo tengan en cuenta.
- RJ (10/5): Uitstekend , even wennen aan de zelfredzaamheid die van je verwacht wordt in een Spaans appartement . - Prima appartement - zwembad was gesloten, maar waarom ? Het was buiten 25 - 27 graden Het zwembad was gewoon gevuld, en het water circuleerde (werd gefilterd)
- sleutel ophalen 600 meter verderop ? Hoezo dan ?
- beide geleverde sleutels functioneren zeer slecht op de hal deur , weinig medewerking van de medewerkers 600 meter verderop.
- één grote en één kleine handdoek voor 6 dagen per persoon (5 overnachtingen) met overleg hebben we een extra setje 600 meter verderop mogen ophalen. Sorry maak ik ben niet meer gewend om zo lang met twee handdoeken mij te drogen na een douche en later op de dag na het zwemmen in de nabij gelegen zee, en dat 6 dagen (detail er waren dus geen handdoeken voor in de keuken of badkamer ) en de suggestie om de wasmachine te gebruiken voor één handdoek is absurd.
-op locatie moest er € 150,- euro “borg” worden afgetikt, was mij onbekend , geen idee of ik die ooit nog terug zie.

- Eva (9/5): - Die Lage war optimal. Nahe dem Stadtzentrum und dem Strand. Einkaufszentrum waren in greifbarer Nähe. Ebenso Gastronomie Angebote. Die Küchen Ausstattung war eher dürftig. Wenig Geschirr, Töpfe mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Keine Filter oder Kapsel

- Carlos (7/5): Bien, pero se podría mejorar con muy poco. - La ubicación es muy recomendable, a 10 minutos caminando del centro y a 300 mts de supermercados y centros comerciales.
Esta junto a un mercado.
Muy adecuado que tenga 2 baños.
Que tenga parkin es muy ventajoso. El agua de la piscina super helada, de hecho nadie se bañaba en la piscina.
Algunas cosas en el departamente necesitarían mantenimiento como el boton de una cisterna, picaporte de una puerta, los telefonos de la ducha, porque pierden en la unión.
La recepción es en otro lado, luego no tenían la llaves, y tampoco fueron correctas las indicaciones sobre el parking, auqnue al final pude uarlo y estaba muy bien.

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!!
Perfekter Städte-Urlaub!! Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Aber zwei Hinweise/Tipps möchte ich geben: Genau gegenüber des Hauseingang wo sich die Wohnung befindet kann man seine Koffer in dem Shop abgeben (Lockerservice). Das ist einfacher als diese zu dem vom Vermieter empfohlenen Locker zu bringen.
Dann sollte vielleicht die Waschmaschine überprüft werden, sie hing etwas seltsam schief. Vielleicht ist das aber auch ok, wir haben sie nicht genutzt- von daher kann ich es nicht beurteilen.

Parking was amazing! The floors were very dirty. Our baby was crawling everywhere, and all her clothes were dirty 😔
Also, there were no dishwasher tablets provided, no washing liquid for washing machine. The small bottle with liquid for hand washing dishes was quickly gone. There was no coffee, no tea, no salt, no oil…The water boiler was broken. In general, a few supplies would have made stay more pleasant.

- Jacki (7/5): Great apartment in super location. - Secure building in great location, good amount of space in the apartment, extremely quiet with fantastic blackout blinds and effective ceiling fans. Really enjoyed our stay there. There were a couple of small niggles like the broken bin lid and a toaster that didn't work, and it could have been a bit more clean possibly. WIFI was also very slow. But these are just small things in an otherwise great find.

Quite place close to railway station More or a change in towels. For English speaking tourists, the tv could do with two or three English channels.
- Michelle (6/5): Happy with Malaga but a bit disappointed with the property - 2 bathrooms No ‘city view’! Looked out to a quadrangle of flats. Poorly equipped kitchen. Need to take dw tablets, t towels, more loo paper. NOTHING in kitchen like salt/pepper left. Disappointing but the bed was comfortable! Slightly misleading re distance from old town and beach, but was quiet with easy entry. Bit of a walk for family with kids to get to the property from picking up keys (dragging luggage). Convenient for mainline station and buses

- Francesco (10/5): A very good experience - Quality flat, modern clean and nothing missing. A place where to live. I would mention only one weak spot, the collection of the property keys at a different address. For a person like me arriving from a 10 hour airplane trip, tired and on a taxi, is not a comfortable way to start your stay.
Nevertheless, the flat remains a great one.

- Linda (9/5): Malaga is a great destination with excellent facilities on your doorstep & super efficient high speed train connecti - The apartment was spacious, well maintained,with a terrace & well equipped kitchen. I liked having two bathrooms, especially one with a bathtub. There were plenty shops & restaurants nearby. It would be great to have been supplied with towels for the pool area & access to a seated area at the pool.

- N (8/5): The reception staff were really helpful & we really enjoyed the flat - so modern and spacious. - Convenient location but bit far from beaches. Disappointed that no kitchen provisions provided - eg, Oil, Salt, sugar etc also cleaning tablets for dishwasher and w/machine. Also no cleaning / sink cloths. And no spare rubbish bags.
It was a shame. Most other places I have stayed provide all of these and even more provisions - often left by previous guests - and these are welcome and useful.
It's su ch a lovely flat it seemed rather mean not to have them there when we arrived.
We left some water,oil and olives plus cleaning cloths when we left. I hope these have been left for future guests.
One other thing which I raised with reception while staying. There are no English language TV channels. I was told it is difficult as it is provided by cable - but other places have cable and include some English news channels - eg BBC world, CNN, Euronews etc so it cannot be so dfficult to do.
A few small maintenance points:
- The lamp in the lounge did not work. Is it the plug`?
- A cupboard under the TV has a front leg damaged - it. is pushed out of place and needs checking.
- The sink in the second bathroom drains very slowly - it may be partially blocked.
- The door to the terrace didn't seem to close locked properly ... It may need checking.
