- Francesco (8/5): Ordine, pulizia e gentilezza - La struttura è un bell’edificio sul lungomare di Schiavonea, non distantissimo dal centro della marina. Ordinato, pulito, con possibilità di parcheggio libero sul fronte; un ingresso con giardino e dehor. Sala accoglienza e area colazione/bar arredate con dignitosissima semplicità. Estrema pulizia. Camere comode, spaziose, dotate di arredi semplici e moderni; presenza del condizionatore. Bagno spazioso, con tutti i sanitari e una doccia comoda. Ci è stato fornito il kit per la doccia e una serie completa di asciugamani a testa. Abbiamo apprezzato l’ordine e la pulizia, come pure la gentilezza di Luciano, che ha sopportato il nostro ritardo e ci ha offerto una colazione italiana completa e abbondante. Ottimo soggiorno. - S.G. (9/5): - La cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff ma soprattutto l'eccellente pulizia ed il riassetto giornaliero della camera sono da evidenziare. Essendo la struttura situata fronte mare, si attraversa la strada e si può scegliere tra spiaggia libera ed i numerosi lidi attrezzati. Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi locali anche raggiungibili con 10 minuti di passeggiata sull'esteso lungomare. Poi in 5 min. con l'auto, sempre seguendo il lungomare, si arriva nel centro di Schiavonea pieno di locali ed attività ricreative.

- Squeglia (6/5): - Posizione ottima per chi va in vacanza,in pratica basta attraversare la strada e si arriva alla spiaggia libera o al lido. Le camere sono pulitissime e la colazione ottima! La camera è troppo piccola, considerando che abbiamo preso una quadrupla,non avevamo lo spazio per muoverci (due adulti e due bambini),c era solo una finestra vista terra e nel bagno un piccolo finestrino. Mi sono trovata abbastanza bene,ma se tornassi indietro eviterei di prendere quella soluzione, anche perché il prezzo è un po' troppo alto per la tipologia di camera.

Would stay again! - Location was right on the beach and easy to find The shower head was a little dodgy and wouldn’t hold up, no hand soap and when the building had a small water issue, they told us about it but not when it was fixed (I had to go reception and ask). Reserved parking would have been nice near the property but it was pretty much park where you find
- Frederik (9/5): The best stay I had in Southern Italy - From the outside the place does not look like much but inside it is new and fresh and very pretty. We were also very happy with staff and even though we were the only guests in whole building at that time, the whole staff came the next morning to prepare breakfast, so our stay was not missing anything. The beach is just across the road. Breakfast is "Southern Italian" style, meaning a coffee and some small sweets with it, e.g. croissants. Do not expect international breakfast or anything similar. Also the location is more on the edge of the beach/center. So if you want to visit city center often, you will walk for a while or drive.
