Maybe it will be better if there is a BBQ griller to be used. it was stated in the ads but it was not provided at all. water pressure in the top floor was low.

So air keluar sikit je cos connecttion salur getah bocor in all bathroom.. so mandi tak puas.. Also ada cigarret smells in the house masa masuk.. Maybe tenant b4 this smoke dlm rumah and deodorance spray tak cukup kuat utk hilangkan bau. Apart from this, the rest all are excellent.. Its recommended property kalau nak sewa ..
