- Cathrina (10/5): Loved Porto, the under covered market was an absolute highlight. - Great location for walking to old city and River area. If walking not your thing train station on your door step. Very comfortable apartment for a two night stay. The handsome young man who greeted us ( had to call at door bell and waited a few moments for him to arrive to assist with entry ) was extremely helpful, gave us a complete run down and provided us with some very useful tips and sightseeing locations. A bottle of complementary wine was waiting for us. We had a hire car and paid for the parking option. Learning quickly that if accommodation places offer the parking option take it. What a nightmare to park in any locations throughout Europe ( space not an issue in Australia but certainly a challenge when in Europe ) Once car parked we did not touch it for the remainder of stay. Porto is a magnificent city. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Modern, well equiped and was great to have a washing machine after days of travel and dirty clothes. No dryer but 2 days our clothes dried hanging. Access to car park. Information we did not know in advance. Space was extremely tight getting in and out. Took us 1 full hour to navigate the situation. Only resolve was to drive all the way back up to Main Street, turn and reverse all way back down street and access park space by reversing in. That was a big disappointment initially but once parked and we started exploring it was probably worth the effort. We were compensated by host for difficult process. Thankyou.

As the hot tub was cleaned and filled for our arrival, it was unfortunately not warm on the first night, but was getting warmer by the second night. Otherwise, everything else was great.

On top of this we had a fantastic Apartment representative in Tarcisio - ever smiling - ever helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with him. The equal half open & half glass partition of the bathroom which allowed the water spilling outside the bath area during a shower making the floor towel & the other areas of the bathroom wet. A broader glass partition May prevent the water spilling outside the bath area. Otherwise everything was fine in the Apartment.

La chambre est un petit appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Accueil à l'arrivée bien organisé. Appartement très mal insonorisé. Par ailleurs les avis parlaient d'un petit déjeuner fabuleux, mais qui en réalité consiste en un petit sac de victuailles déposé le matin devant la porte de l'appartement. Un peu décevant !

Situato in posizione strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo a piedi il centro storico di Porto. Buona e fresca colazione consegnata al mattino presto. Abbiano avuto qualche difficoltà a raggiungere la casa perché posizionata su strada con accesso limitato. Comunque con l'aiuto del proprietario abbiamo capito che si poteva comunque accedere e lasciare l'auto nel garage adeguato per auto non troppo grandi. La casa è priva di ascensore per cui sconsigliata a chi ha problemi a salire le scale..

Nos dieron, además, el apartamento que da a la calle principal, con lo cual el ruido es muy molesto, tanto de la gente que pasa por la calle, que es mucha porque hay un metro cerca, como el ruido de los coches, e incluso el ruido del metro. Las fotos de la web con jacuzzi, SOLO es de un apartamento, Tienen servicio de consigna, pero se lo preguntamos al anfitrión por la mañana, y no nos contestó, con lo cual lo tuvimos que dejar las maletas en la consigna del metro, con el consiguiente coste, No recomiendo este apartamento, por lo menos, el entresuelo que da a la calle.

- Deize (5/5): Não voltarei e nem recomendo. - Ele é bem localizado! O funcionário que me auxiliou por ligação foi super atencioso e educado, agora não consigo lembrar o nome dele, mais foi um homem. Não tem local para estacionar, a rua é sem saída, são duas camas de solteira e um sofá cama não tão confortável. Para me que passei três noite deu para aguentar, se fosse mais tempo não ficaria. “O café da manhã” é servido a porta, em bolsa de papel, não existe um local para irmos. Por último e não menos importante MESMO!!!! Estávamos no quarto e por duas vezes, uma no primeiro dia e outra no dia em que estávamos para sair do quarto, funcionários abriram a porta por engano, isso mesmo!! Por duas vezes aconteceu e ficamos super desconfortáveis. Para ter pago 226€ , o mínimo de conforto em todos os aspectos era o que eu esperava.

- Grzegorz (1/5): Stay was full of issues – from a wrong door code to uncomfortable beds and no hot water - Great location, right next to the trainstation. We stayed there for only two nights, and too many things went wrong to give it more than a 1-star review. First of all, prior to arriving at PortoSoul, I received around 10 emails asking about details such as arrival time (I suppose to ensure that someone would be there to welcome us). Once we arrived at the location, it turned out that the door code sent to us via email was incorrect, and I was kept on the phone for a few minutes with the landlord to get a new code. We had specifically booked the place for 3 people, yet the beds were prepared only for two. The beds themselves were uncomfortable, and the third person, who had to sleep on the sofa bed, complained of back pain from it. Furthermore, on the first day, the third person ran out of hot water while showering. We thought it was a temporary issue and decided to wait until the next day. When it didn’t improve, we called the landlord in the evening, only to find out that the cleaning lady had turned off the boiler. Heating the water for the apartment then took another hour. To summarize, far too many issues for just a 2-night stay — from the door code hassle right after a long, tiring trip, to uncomfortable beds, to hot water problems. I do not recommend this place.

Very accommodating especially with adding crib to the stay and helping with shuttle service and early check I . Stairs had no handrail on the other side. I slipped as I was going downstairs and ended up falling off the stairs.

Poca iluminación. Tuvimos que trabajar un rato y apenas se veía. La luz es acogedora para ver la tele pero no para leer algo o trabajar en la mesa.

My host, Jorge, was extremely informative and helpful. The hot tub wasn't getting warm enough and he had it fixed in about 10 minutes. Used it twice in one night. Kitchen was well stocked so I could cook a few meals. The space was very large and well decorated. There are a few storage lockers available for 1€ each. Also included clothes washing detergent pods, soap, sponges, and towels. I absolutely loved staying here; one of the best places I've ever stayed and would 100% stay again when in Porto.
- NATHALIE (10/5): Séjour parfait à Porto - Emplacement super pratique à 2 min de la gare centrale Trinidade ( tram direct de l'aeroport environ 30minutes). Accès à l'appartement bien expliqué, logement à 2 min de la gare, mais pas de nuissances quand on est dans l'appartment. Le logement est neuf, et d'une propreté irréprochable,il y a tout les ustentiles pour cuisiner, et manger( +sel, poivre,huile) 2 supermachés à proximité,le logement est bien agencé et il y a une gentille attention à l'intérieur. L'équipe est très réactive( Merci a Jorge pour sa gentillesse) j'ai dejà sejourné a Porto et cette localisation est très pratique pour faire les visites des sites touristiques à pieds entre 10 et 25 min,nous reviendrons. A savoir que le logement donne sur un patio privatif intérieur, donc pas de vue sur l'extérieur,pas génant ça fait cocooning,et cela fait un bon break aprés l'agitation de la ville. Wifi inclus, TV connécté, prêt de parapluie Tout comme à la maison! Allez y les yeux fermés. Tout était parfait
