I was so happy being here. I forgot my ipad during Ha Long Bay Tour on the bas, the reception staff immediately called the driver and managed to have it ship to the hotel right away, also upon leaving, the driver wasn't there then again the reception staff called the travel agency and contacted driver right away. Thank you very much to take care of me. Now I know why this hotel get the best of best on TripAdvisor. I hope to come back in the future and recommend this hotel to anybody considering.

The hotel itself was very clean and has a luxury atmosphere, which made it very good for the price we paid. The only issue we had was that the fridge in our room didn’t work. But this was not a huge issue for us as we were out exploring most of the day. The hotel is in a great location, right next to Train street and only about a 15 minute walk to the old quarter.

Si vous voulez aller marcher le soir il y a pas mal de choses à voir autour de l’hôtel. On y a passé un agréable séjour.

• L. (10/5): Schönes Hotel nahe der Train street - Schönes großes und komfortables Zimmer. Wir kamen spät an und wurden freundlich empfangen, bekamen dann noch einen Gutschein für die Skybar. Das war wunderbar dort oben bei bester Aussicht was zu trinken. Und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

• alanna-emiko (10/5): Incredible, convenient, lovely stay in Hanoi! - An incredible stay in Hanoi! Gorgeous, dark, moody, yet elevated. Very convenient location - easily walkable to all the sights but not in the heart of the old quarter chaos. Breakfast was the highlight of every day - rotating noodle soups and western and Asian buffet options. Faves were the mini bahn mi baguettes, chicken pho, pate sandwiches, and kimbap. And of course at least 2-3 cups of hot Vietnamese coffee. Truly luxurious with comfy seats and soft piano music playing. Service is impeccable at every moment - from a worry free spa and breakfast early check in solution (only $25!) to a delicious welcome drink to private car services from the airport or to neighboring regions (i.e. ninh binh). Everyone was so kind and helpful and proactive with making sure we had a lovely time (without being overbearing) - by the end of our stay we had coffee greeting us when we came to breakfast. Beds were super comfy, the extra rollaway we got was just as nice as the other twins. Spa looked lovely, wish we had a chance to check it out.

Нужно просить персонал включить газовые горелки, когда холодно - сами не догадаются.

• Inspire24258058258 (10/5): Recommended to everyone to stay in Hanoi❤️ - It is our first time in Hanoi. And this is the Hotel that I booked with as this is far from the busy side of Hanoi. The Room is great it is clean and the staff are very helpful and considerate. The breakfast is also good. I definitely recommend this for everyone who are going to stay in Hanoi. Also, they have the Skybar too that you can enjoy having quiet nights in Vietnam. Not far from the local food resto. I would also like to thank Kyra. She is very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with. She told us the schedule of the famous train street even on Google and TikTok it says that schedule was changed but it is not. You can never go wrong asking Kyra about anything in Hanoi. We enjoy Hanoi. Thanks Lasinfonia Citadel❤️
