- Josette (10/5): A very comfortable stay-truly a home away from home. - Sanne, the Assistant Front Office Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable . She is very patient giving us instructions of how to properly use the kitchen appliances. We really enjoyed our stay not only because of the nice location, proximity to various main attractions but the apartment is properly maintained and very roomy. After a few days stay, it feels like home away from home. Had a little bit of adjustment learning to use the microwave and oven but not a big deal once you figure it out.

Great for people travelling with babies as they were able to provide not just a cot but also a baby bath Neighbours were noisy on Saturday night. A strange smell in the shower. Only one chair on the balcony. No gym. Otherwise great. Not much to complain about.

Uzun süreli konakladığımız için haftada 1 temizlik için gelindi. Temizlik hizmeti biraz daha iyi olabilir. Masaların altında tozlar olduğu gibi duruyordu.

The hotel is extremely family-friendly, comfortable, and very well managed. The reception team deserves special appreciation — they were always warm, polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Their professional attitude and positive nature made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel is excellent as well, with very convenient access to the city while still maintaining a calm and pleasant atmosphere. What stood out the most was the overall culture and way of working of the entire staff. Everyone was courteous, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. It is rare to find such a combination of professionalism, hospitality, and kindness together. A big thank you to the whole team at THE FLAG Oskar M. for making our family trip so comfortable and memorable. We would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Frankfurt. NA

- Nataša (10/5): You want regret choosing this hotel. - I loved everything. Location was perfect, just next to the river and river park. So close, but far enough from city center, walkable, but not in middle of crowd. Staff was lovely, cleaning as agreed, and restaurant downstairs was amazing with staff and food. You must try Lugano wine and pizza, for beginning. Pillow can me better, as the ones provided were soft like cotton pads.

The location is very safe even late at night and public transport is easily available. The location is perfect and only a few mins walk to the Kaiserdom and Romerberg.
