• Bernardo Martins (1/5): - Na gostei de nada, pelas fotos parece um sítio organizado mas chegando lá, é pior, sótão bem pequeno, pia da casa de banho entupido, e a tv não funcionava, sem internet e atendimento péssimo e ainda cobram muito caro Desorganizado

• SILVIA (1/5): Une horreur - Rien Pas d internet - pas de wifi- des plumes d oiseaux sur le lit qui tombe depuis le faux plafond- porte de douche inexistante -évier bouché - contact avec l hôte qui a rien vouliez faire et ne réponds pas - ne mérite pas être sur booking- fait une réclamation
• Daniela (6/5): Disappointed to find the selling points weren’t working - Looked like picture WiFi did not work, iron was broken, TV didn’t work, shower didn’t work
• Sand (4/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement et la vue depuis la chambre. Il manquait une porte de la paroi de la douche (donc de l'eau partout à chaque douche faite!). Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Le micro onde est compliqué a faire fonctionner (pas de notice disponible). Quelques couverts manquants comme des bols et la poignée de casserole est branlante. Il manque aussi un manche pour les balais présents donc obligé de balayer avec une balayette. Pas de tête de lit donc ça tombe dans le vide. Le bruit dehors en pleine nuit parfois...La wifi sans internet, une télévision sans notice donc pas moyen de la faire fonctionner. Tous pleins de détails qui font que notre séjour était très moyen.

• ZIVIE (3/5): - L'appartement se situe à côté d'une place. La nuit pendant toute la nuit et Toutes les nuits il y a des personnes qui se réunissent pour chanter, faire de la musique et crier. Je suis épuisée
• Milica (3/5): Poor - Location maybe. It is not like in photos, it seems bigger and it is smaller, it is on top of the roof. We didn’t had wifi, response was slow and bad. A lot of noises, a little bit felt unsafe, even the people from the neighbourhood said the same

• Adelin (6/5): Verry disappointed by the location but impressed by the city - Good position of the property 1. The room is located into the attic of the building and you have to go up using old narrow stairs. The smell inside the buiding is really bad. 2. We stayed 5 nights and they never changed our towels 3. The bathroom is really narrow and if you are taller than 175 cm you will have problems. Also the showe is really narrow. 4. The location looks more like a favela with a lot of garbage on the streets and loud people that will keep you awake until morning 5. The cleaning can be improved for sure 6. The room is smaller than what looks into the pictures. More like a small hotel room.
• Mencía (1/5): Horrible stay, rude staff, dirty, uncomfortable and noisy - location it was dirty and smelled horrible, the pictures have nothing to do with the real place, the staff was rude, the apartment had many damages and imperfections and it was very noisy.
• Carlos (1/5): After picking up the keys I was left to my destiny. To get to the apartment is like going to hell. - Alfama area great that should make Lisbon very proud. Restaurants good , people in the area good. The service from Homing was so bad that I can not discuss it here, I feel embarrassed. To get in and out of the apartment it was like going to hell. How can Lisbon allow these companies to treat people like that?? Please follow my review and don`t use them at all...very bad.
• Bianca (7/5): Good - Fair price considering that is is very well located on the center of Alfama. Its is an small studio that has enough for a short stay. The bed was ok considering that it is actually a foldable bed The bathroom has a terrible smell, so we had to leave either the windows open or the ventilation in the toilet itself which was quite noisy
• Annalisa (8/5): Very good - Was very great location, and easy to get transport from there The room wasn't that clean. I don't believe the bed sheets were changed, once I removed the first sheet the second one was clearly dirty... And that's not nice at all. The bathroom had no lights working so taking a shower late was not that comfortable without light. No point to call them to fix it cause they already made me wait 4 h to get the keys of the apartment ( apparently u go collect it to the office but no one told me where the office was and the phone number I had no one was picking up)...

• Jes (6/5): Read details before booking. - Very good location in Alfama. Difficult to get to, since you must pick up key several miles from the place. This is not clearly noticed, as well as an extra fee af 30 EU plus tax is only written under details, not included in the price shown as the price you see in the first place. The apartment itself is a little hard to find, and no good instruction, fx a map of how to get there is given. Keys work barely. You climb up narrow steps to third floor and the room itself is smaller than it looks at the foto. Tiny bathroom. Mind your head not to bang it into low sealing. In case of fire you won’t have much chance to get out. Beside that the bed and the rest is ok, new Ikea furniture and clean, just fairly overpriced and the actual conditions are not clearly communicated. So you choose this place because you really want to be in Alfama, close to Fado museum and a lot of fado restaurants. Nice area.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was clean but so tiny. It’s close to the square so the it was noisy at the night. The guy asked me to pay for a cleaning fee which was 34 Euro. It wasn’t included in the staying fee. Also I need to pay late check in after 22:00 which was 30 Euro.
