- V1595WGanl (2/5): Noisy room - We booked an ocean front room and requested for a higher floor but the staff gave us a lower floor (initially 4th floor and later after multiple follow ups changed to 9 floor). The hotel has more than 22 floors. The hotel in a very noisy part of the street with a lot of loud music and vendor and traffic noises ; however, the hotel room windows/doors are not very sound proof/ resistant so we could hear everything on the streets at 1 and 2am in the morning! We have stayed at other hotels in Vietnam that are also on busy streets in city center and the soundproof quality of their hotel windows is much better than the ones at TMS. Would have helped if they placed us on a higher floor as we requested as the ocean view rooms received the most noises since they face the traffic. Meal service was also problematic; fried eggs were undercooked and when asked to rectify, the hotel staff simply took the same eggs and then overcooked it, instead of giving you properly cooked eggs. Additionally, the hotel room has no basic amenities like iron and iron board unless specifically requested. Overall not a pleasant experience. The staffs are friendly and the room does have a nice view of the ocean however.

- RRSheth (8/5): Spacious Rooms, Great Breakfast, and Amazing Beach Location - We recently stayed at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach and overall had a pleasant experience. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the spacious rooms and the beautiful beach views. Waking up to the ocean each morning was absolutely lovely, and the rooms were large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring Da Nang. The buffet breakfast each morning was very good, with lots of variety and options for everyone. We especially enjoyed the egg station where the staff made eggs fresh to our preferences, and the fresh-cut mangoes were a daily treat. The location was excellent, very close to the beach and surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafes, and places to explore. We would definitely recommend staying here for the convenience and vibrant atmosphere of the area. There were, however, a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The bathroom setup was a bit awkward, as the shower was inside a very high bathtub that required a small pedestal or step to get in comfortably. In addition, despite using the shower curtain properly, water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time, which became frustrating. Another challenge was the street noise. The traffic outside was quite loud throughout the night, with constant cars, trucks, and honking, which made it difficult at times to get a quiet night’s sleep. The hotel is also quite large and busy, with many rooms and guests, so it did not have a more boutique or quiet feel. That said, the hotel staff were pleasant, and the spacious rooms, beach views, breakfast, and location were definite positives. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to travelers looking to be close to the beach and restaurants in Da Nang.

Location was incredible, next to the beach and around the corner from all the incredible shops and restaurants. They didnt have any hash browns for breakfast. This is such a small issue as breakfast was great.

We saw the Lady Buddha and the Dragon bridge frim our room as well. The location was great, the beach with the swimming area was just next to the hotel and you get beach towels and have a shower for legs that is important. Hospitality was great, used the laundry service that worth the money if you stay here, it is very fast. The breakfast in the restaurant was just amazing, good variety of international and asian food. Pool is refreshing with its reastaurant that serves delicious food - it is slightly expensive. Hospitality great, we were able to stay for a few hours more after check out, use pool and services, change clothes, our staff in luggage room There are no hangers or space for drying wet swimsuits, and it is not recommend to dry them on the balcony according to hotel rules even if there is enough space for it there or in the bathroom.

Clean, light and very spacious rooms, a gym with a view to die for, infinity roof top pool with outstanding cocktails and staff attentiveness. - Zsolt (10/5): This was one of the best accommodations we have stayed at and I highly recommend it. - This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room and the bed were both spacious, clean and bright. The ocean-view terrace was fantastic, and the rooftop pool was just as great. The only downside for me was the dinner included in the half-board option. During the first few days, we weren’t aware that it was also possible to order à la carte, so we thought we had to choose from the two set menus every time. The main issue with this was that the chef was not flexible at all, even the smallest modification requests were declined. That said, the food itself was very delicious. Apart from this, the hotel was truly wonderful, and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

- Danny (10/5): What a superb hotel for an absolutely fair price. - The breakfast buffet was great. Daily the menu had some slight changes, which made breakfast fun. The taste was super and the staff, especially Vi and Anh were super friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean and we had a partial view of the beach and ocean. The Infinity pool was clean and the water had just the right temperature. The beach was right on the other side of the road in front of the hotel. Nothing really.
- Paul (9/5): Excellent location, service and a wonderful experience. - Breakfast was very good, with a massive variety, although I personally found the coffee to be a tad bitter and therefore preferred tea. The amenities were superb with a brilliant view of the beach from the top deck. And the view of DaNang from the top floor restaurant was amazing. The staff could not be more helpful. Any request or explanation was responded with a very helpful response and a smile. 😃 I found the bed a little on the hard side. The lounge beds next to the pool are almost at the edge of the pool which made it a bit delicate to walk along to access those lounge beds.

- Carole (10/5): Superbe hôtel de qualité décoration très moderne chambre magnifique et très bien équipée confortable et propre le buffet - Tout !!!! Cet hôtel est vraiment magnifique Nous avons eu une attention spéciale à l’occasion de nos 20 ans de mariage c’était magnifique encore un grand merci !!! Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement délicieux et le choix est incroyable Ps: nous avions une chambre vue mer au 7ème étage le bruit incessant de la rue est insupportable nous avons très peu dormis cela ne d’arrêt jamais c’est très bruyant jusqu’à très tard dans là nuit et des l’aurore le matin ( voiture klaxonne music travaux…on a eu droit à un semi marathon le dimanche matin réveillé à 5h avec le ravitaillement sous notre fenêtre cela hurlais …) ceci étant l’hôtel n’y est pour rien donc nous ne tenons pas rigueur A l’établissement pour la note Nous avons été très très bien accueille personne est exceptionnel tant à la réception si vous avez besoin d’aide que au service du petit déjeuner ou ils sont tous au petit soin

Location was fantastic with beach right opposite and bars and restaurants at the rear of building. Incredible staff who made us so welcome and large clean comfortable rooms. Definitely worth the money and will be going back. Avoid busy breakfast time but still didn’t have to wait too long.

- hui shi vannesa (1/5): Not a great stay in TMS - Spa was fabulous, Breakfast was alright. I stayed in an Ocean view room (5012), however I couldn't enjoy it when sliding door was opened. Due to the noise, there's no such thing as hearing the waves. It's quite a huge disappointment to be staying in TMS Hotel. Since we booked online, we won't be able to know which level we be allocated, as the staff was saying, they could change the room to higher floor.. This. Don't make sense. Everyone paid the same amount. Anyways, it's just bad if it's a lone retreat wishing to listen to waves from your balcony.

- Annika (9/5): Would come back, it was a beautiful hotel! - Loved this hotel, it was beautiful and in such a great spot. The rooftop infinity pool and restaurant were amazing. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with every option you could possibly think of. We had a 2 bedroom family room with ocean view and it was stunning. The only downside is I didn’t sleep that well due to the bed being extremely hard (only the king bed in the main room, the queen bed in the second room was much softer and more comfortable) as well as the external noise. There doesn’t seem to be much soundproofing and there was a fair bit of traffic noise as well as music from the beach club across the road throughout the night until the early hours of the morning.
