Aurora (4/5): Troppo costoso e troppo apparentemente ben presentato rispetto alla realtà - apparentemente confortevole con tutte le necessità La vasca era già riempita, poi ha smesso di funzionare la stufetta e il condizionatore nel salone non funzionava, c’era troppo freddo la vasca non si riscaldava nemmeno e internet non prendeva, la tv del salone non funzionava a causa internet scadente e gli infissi delle finestre facevano trapelare tutto il gelo
Marika (10/5): Esperienza fantastica!! - Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo fin da subito ci ha procurato il prosecco e la colazione. Macchinetta del caffè funzionante e buono. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la jacuzzi, il proprietario nonostante la tarda ora si è precipitato per risolvere.. infine ci ha cambiato la stanza altrettanto stupenda con location super rilassante. Ho dato il massimo!! Super contenta!! Nulla.

Arturas (5/5): Beautiful but lacking a little - We were pretty disapointed, for the price we expected a bit more. The reason we booked for 2 nights was for the hot tub and sadly on the first night we couldnt use it at all. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue also. Location was okay close to the centre but at night time did not feel like a safe area. The room itself was beautiful just a little disapointing that we couldnt use the facilaties

דרור (8/5): A reasonable stay at a central location - The location was close to Via Etnea, restaurants and main attractions. The bed was comfortable The apartment was spacious The breakast consisted of pastries in a plastic bag, not fresh Italian breakfast as described. The room was somehow different then seen at booking.com. Overall, it looked like a room for a one night stand, which made my wife and me feell a bit uncomfortable. There were blinking lights above the bed and all over the place. Instead of the sofa there was a jacouzzi & a sauna, which some guests may appreciate, but we we did not. The Wifi did not work at the bedroom, just at the living room. The host sent me at the night of arrival "to pay today no later than..." and not upon departure as usual.
