• 宜靜 (10/5): 有先預約嬰兒澡盆、小椅子，一入房就放在浴室了，停車位子方便走路到夜市大概十分鐘，床、枕頭都乾淨嬰兒床也很乾淨，可能在大路邊還是會有一點聲響，不影響可接受，櫃檯人員親切友善 -

• Mei Chuh (6/5): 花蓮4天親子遊 - 附近好停車，位置很好，到達各個景點可以走路。但以這個價位，沒有每天主動更換毛巾與鋪床以及主動收垃圾，都要額外提出要求。因為我們是連住四天，我覺得要針對長時間住宿旅客主動提供打掃。 住宿空間大 ，但是地板偏髒，小朋友襪子只在市內走不到1個小時走來走去都黑了。

• Chen-Pang (10/5): 非常推薦的花蓮飯店 - 整體而言，這次入住讓人感到快樂，房間的隔音很好，孩子們也都很高興，離東大門夜市也不遠，步行8分鐘就可到，旁邊的自由街就有路邊的停車場，還算方便，真的要挑剔的話，就是每層只有一間家庭房，我們這次是訂兩間家庭房，上下交流有些不便，除外，非常適合入住的飯店。

• Cedric (10/5): Great hotel - I had a great stay in the hotel. Location is quite centralized and walking distance to the night market. Room is great and clean. The only issue I've is the lack of beverages in the room. I've to get the tea and coffee sachets from the lounge in basement, after asking the staff; I wasn't told that beverages could be obtained from the basement. Will be good if beverage sachets be provided in the room instead.

• MASASHI (10/5): スタッフのフレンドリーかつ丁寧な対応がすばらしい - 机が無いので、部屋での作業（パソコンでの作業など）は困難です。それ以外、部屋に気になるところはありません。そうした欠点をカバーしているのがスタッフの対応の良さです。コンパクトなホテルならではの、親身な対応がありがたいです。

• TSAI-HUI (10/5): 非常乾淨整潔舒適的飯店 - 地點非常好，採買伴手禮方便，到東大門夜市走路可到。飯店房間很乾淨且舒適整潔，感覺是新的飯店，服務人員親切，ㄧ切都很好。 沒附早餐，可以在飯店出來斜對角的傳統早餐店買，蛋餅好吃，是自製漿餅皮。下次到花蓮，是我會入住的飯店名單。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 住宿環境乾淨舒適，無附設停車場，但飯店旁邊就有公有停車場，建議避開晚餐時段抵達比較好找停車位，到附近用餐及伴手禮店皆可步行。雖然沒有附早餐，但可藉此體驗當地早餐也很棒！附近的戴記扁食跟怡味餐店都很好吃！之後若要再住宿花蓮市區會考慮

• MINGTA (10/5): 非常值得推薦 - 櫃檯人員的態度親切且會提供很多當地好吃好玩的建議，在大廳等待時聽到有人打電話來問住宿，櫃檯人員主動告知有振興方案可以選能省下一點費用。飯店內外清潔度都非常好，地點便利性沒話說，走路就到海埔蚵仔煎跟東大門夜市，附近是主要道路，該有的店都有。房間很貼心的在冷氣出風口裝有擋板避免直接吹到頭部。洗髮精跟沐浴乳的品牌看得出來用心程度。
