• איתי (2/5): חווית האירוח הגרועה ביותר שחוויתי - המיקום של הצימר נחמד כי מאפשר מרחק קצר של נסיעה למגוון מקומות. קודם כל תיאור החדר (ובהתאם התשלום עליו..) לא תאם את החדר בפועל. אין שום נוף ממנו, וגם לא מחוצה לו. הגענו עד לשם כדי להיות ליד הכינרת, ומשום מקום במתחם לא הצלחנו לראות אותה. הצפנו את החשש עם ההגעה ביום הראשון, את האכזבה כשראינו את המתחם באור ביום השני. פנינו למנהלת שסיננה את ההודעה, וזו תגובתה אחרי ההודעה השנייה ״הבנתי ! ישנה טעות זה עדין לא כתוב ברייש גליי. הכל הסדר איש לא התלונן מעולם. מצאת מקום שכצוב בטעות סופר ..״

В нашем номере плохо работал кондиционер и нас без проблем перевели в улучшеный номер другой гостиницы (этой же сети) Мы остались очень довольны. На кухне есть все необходимое. По приезду дают молоко для вкусного кофе на природе

• Daniel (8/5): - ארוחת הבוקר היתה כישלון. לא הגיעה בשעה 09.00 כפי שהוזמנה. ולאחר שהתקשרנו לאחר חצי שעה, הובטח שתגיעה תוך זמן קצר. מאחר שהארוחה לא הגיעה עד השעה 10.30 ובשעה 11.00 הוזמן לנו עיסוי התקשרנו לבטל את הארוחה. התפתח וויכוח מכוער עם ברוריה שהסתיים עם טריקת הטלפון מצידה של ברוריה. חבל על החוויה שקיבלה את השהות במקום. ברור שכל הכתוב היה צריך להיות מתחת לכותרת " מה לא אהבתם"

• תמי (6/5): מאכזב - מיקום נגיש למקומות בילוי, אטרקציות ומסעדות החדר היה מאוד נקי, המרפסות פחות לא מקיים את הבטחת התיאור, בית אבן ולא בקתה כפי שכתוב. החדר היה מאוד חשוך, מקלחת פיצית ברמה מוגזמת. בכל רגע נתון חתולים וכלבים מתיישבים בכני ה לחדר, ממש מטרד. המרפסת משותפת לחדר ליד ואין באמת פרטיות. באופן כללי המחיר מאוד יקר ביחס לתמורה ויש לנו הרבה מקורות להשוואה חבל.

• Sophie (9/5): Lovely stay in the Galilee - Cute property with lots of plants, making it lovely to sit outside. Loved the barbecue. The hut is well equipped and cosy I prefer thin pillows to big fluffy ones (neck pain)

• William (10/5): Clean and excellent service. - The attention they gave us was excellent and above all, the cleaning was very good. Very good hosts, with timely response at all times. Just one detail, this room is designed for a couple and to prepare food or bring the bed. They don't have restaurant service, but that was clear from the beginning. They gave us the option of contacting a person who brought us breakfast but in our case, we preferred to buy the things and prepare it ourselves. But the place is very nice, excellent service, definitely highly recommended. We will definitely return there!

• Francoise (5/5): if you want a proper view go elsewhere - comfy bed location of the village close to a hiking trail where we saw a striped hyena , jackal , hyrax , kingfishers and an owl effectively no view of the Sea Of Galilee ( see photo) , Very limited kitchen facilities and tired decor . Would have liked a dustpan and brush to be available. many of the faculties stated were simply not available .
• Magdalina (5/5): Passable - It’s kind of fine, but the pool is really small and not deep at all. It was a lot of cats and dogs which made impossible using mangal. And it’s only one mangal so if you book only one room, I guess you have to manage it with other people. it’s not the worse,but it was definitely not worth 400$ for one night.

• Sd (8/5): Great place, AMAZING service, but very bad breakfast experience with Broria - Top notch service! The asset manager was phenomenal, very responsive and accommodating. We came with our baby and were given a pack & play with a comfy mattress per request. The location in Livnim is great, very close to hiking areas (like Nahal Amud), 10 mins from the beach (Sea of Galilee/Kineret) and less than 30 mins from Tiberias. I recommend hiking in the area and visit Ginosar kibbutz that is about 10-15 mins away, there's a nice beach and you can rent a boat for an hour to hang out on the Kineret. The place was clean and well equipped with a hot plate and utensils, Nespresso machine, mini fridge and microwave. They allow dogs which is a big yay! The breakfast lady that was recommended by the cabin owners was rude and her negative attitude ruined a lot of our stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING BREAKFAST FROM BRORIA, it is overpriced and you better go get something in a nearby restaurant and have servers with nice attitude rather than interacting with a rude, impatient person. We booked breakfast with her a week in advance for 4 days and were were not happy with her service. The morning of, I sent her a message with our room number, and she did not remember we had ordered from her and instead of apologizing for forgetting she was mad at us for not remind her the day before! She said she will "try to provide breakfast at 9am" (she came around 9:20am). On the 2nd day, she came at 8:45am instead of 9am, we were out hiking still, so she yelled at us for not being in our cabin (even though we scheduled 9am). When we finished eating and I texted her she can pick up the tray, she did not come until the next day, because she "wasn't available" and expected us to just sit and wait in our cabin until she is ready to pick up the food (we are on vacation and had activities planned....) so we had to keep the leftovers and dirty dishes in the cabin until the next day. This happened again in the 3rd day, so I politely asked her to cancel the last day of breakfast, which she refused to do and said she will not pay us back the money (we were nice and paid her cash in advance for all 4 days)... At this point I texted the cabin asset manager and he talked to her, she still did not let us cancel and won't give us back the money, so we kept the breakfast. Breakfast itself was ok, way overpriced (160ILS for basic eggs, juice and cheese). Other things to consider- no shade in the yard or the pool, pool isn't heated, not stroller-friendly.

• William (10/5): Romantic and Quiet Chalet, Excellent Service - We really enjoyed our one night stay at Agama. We were welcomed very warmly by a nice lady that also gave us a small bottle of wine and fresh mint that she picked for us. The hot tub inside the room was very big and clean, they also have a pool and an outdoor hot tub. There is no check-in desk so you need to call them beforehand to let them know what time you'll be arriving. The chalet also has a nice little patio area and a hammock outside. Shampoo,conditioner,vanity kit were all provided and the bathroom was very clean. The kitchen area has basic cooking gear and also a coffee machine. The bed was very big and comfortable. Overall we highly recommend this place and would like to stay here again.
