- Nely (4/5): Un poco decepcionante - El desayuno bueno y bien servido abundante y variedad Cuando usabas el agua caliente de la ducha, se iba la luz y tenías que bañarte a oscuras. El personal llegaba tarde, solo dejaban a una persona para atender todo el hotel, La comida no era buena y no había mucho para elegir, No se podía pagar en dólares, no te los aceptaban.

- Luis (8/5): Bueno, pero esperaba un poquito más. - Las instalaciones y su estilo artesanal, la cercanía a la naturaleza, la calidad de su cocina, lo aislado de la ciudad para desconectar. La simpatía de su personal. Algunos problemas de coordinación y manejo de tiempos en traslados y cocina, pero nada mayor. El wifi podría ser mejor, había zonas del hotel y la habitación sin cobertura. En inicio esperaba instalaciones más amplias, que tenga más áreas verdes como un lodge clásico, cumple con el estar inserto en un ambiente natural aunque en un espacio pequeño.

- Janine (10/5): A welcome respite after an intense retreat! - The quarters were fit for a queen after my retreat in the jungle with very basic living arrangements! With very short notice, about a day, I was able to book a room. The shower was strong and hot! The bed and room were spacious and comfy, with a delightful balcony. The landscaping was gorgeous and well tended. The staff were friendly, courteous, and responsive to my needs. They were able to easily accommodate my special diet. When attempting to communicate with google translator was cumbersome, Brigitte referred me to an administrator who could respond promptly in my language, English. This kind person was able to deliver a printed boarding pass for my flight the following day. The internet was spotty, but sufficient for my needs.
- Marjorie (8/5): Excellent - The best was the location, very peaceful surrounding by nature. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean. Hot water in the shower works perfect, being in the jungle, many places don’t have hot showers, so for those that enjoy a warm shower after a long day, this is a plus. The river is just next to the lodge and it’s clean and lovely to spend some relaxing time! Everything was good, perhaps the pool could be cleaner the second day. The breakfast was ok, bread was still cold and butter had a weird taste, but the juice and eggs were good.

- Fawn (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful place to stay near Tarapoto - Very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Flowers and a hummingbird in the garden. A nice swimming pool. During the night your hear the calming sound of the river flow. The people are also very helpful, arranging a pick up from the airport and a baby bed. We would for sure come back! -
