• Romina (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - Atención del personal, amables, atentos, brindan indicaciones, incluso nos preparaban un desayuno liviano cuando teniamos que salir antes del horario normal. La ubicacion es perfecta, cerca de la peatonal, dan ganas de salir a caminar todas las noches. Muchas opciones de restaurant cercanas. Recomiendo!! y si vuelvo a Sorrento me alojaré nuevamente.
• jei1986 (10/5): - Muy bien ubicado a poca distancia de la plaza Tasso. Tiene mini nevera en la habitación lo que se agradece para poder tener agua. Nos dejaron también una botella de agua de cortesía. Comunicación muy buena para el tema del check in. El acceso hasta el ascensor se hace a través de un tramo de escaleras.

• Doevendans (7/5): Mooie kamer goed bed, en fijne badkamer. - Rustige wijk, voelde me veilig. Op de site wordt gezegd dat er ontbijt verzorgd wordt. Dat is niet waar en er was ook geen balkon. Met 3 sleutels gebruiken kwamen we op de kamer. De lift was wel oudbollig.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y buen espacio. El baño, sobre todo la ducha espaciosa. En esta época no hay desayuno, pero la persona que nos atendió en el cheking nos indicó un par de cafés, fuimos al Café la Piazzeta que tiene unos desayunos deliciosos.

Or, lorsque j'ai demandé à quelle heure était le petit déjeuner,on m a dit que à cette saison il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner. C'est justement à cette saison qu on a besoin de déjeuner avant de partir dans le froid... anormal d' autant que nous fetions un anniversaire important et que j' avais souhaité que tout soit parfait.

Своїм знайомим передала кортакти цього готелю - Помешкання розташоване близько від центру і дуже близько від зупинки Фліксбуса, яким ми приїхали. Поселення було дуже зручним. Мені захотілося обійняти власника( але я цього не зробила) - такий був теплим прийом. Дуже чисто і затишно. Душова дуже велика. В день виїзду нам дозволили залишити валізи в камері схову- повністю безкоштовно.

Também pode ir a pé para o centro histórico. Quarto muito confortável. Chuveiro excelente. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Tudo perfeito. Super recomendo.

Me and my partner wanted privacy and the staff were not very accommodating towards this, even walking in on her while asleep and while the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly up.

• 容 (2/5): - I stayed at this accommodation in Sorrento and had a very disappointing experience. On the first night, the water supply was completely shut off from 11 PM until 6 AM the next morning, and no one informed us in advance. I only received a reply after repeatedly trying to contact the property, and there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience. This seriously affected my plans the following day. The room itself also had poor drainage—both the sink and the shower accumulated water very easily. In addition, the reception has no fixed operating hours and no staff present most of the time, meaning you cannot check in on your own. I had to wait a long time just to check in. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this place.

• Evelyn (10/5): Wonderful room in Sorrento - Wonderful, cozy, modern renovated room near Sorrento train station and 20 minute walk to the old fishing village. Gabriel the host was SOOO kind and helpful, he welcomed us and demonstrated how everything in the room worked, and he let us leave our luggage at the luggage storage next door. There was a kettle for tea, too. I didn't know that breakfast isn't included in the off season, but there are many places nearby to find breakfast.
