• Kelly (4/5): I checked out as soon as I seen my room. - The location was great, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The hotel really needs updating, I was not impressed, and I requested a refund immediately.
• Victoria (9/5): - Cleanliness. The customer service. Comfortable beds. Kitchen included. Dishes and pots availability. The traffic in that spot is the worst. Trying to enter and exit is terrible especially going out left or turning in from the right. Almost impossible. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Being gluten free and sensitive to eggs especially. My only option was a tiny yogurt.

Pas vraiment de petit-déjeuner mais de quoi avoir un café/thé et de manger un petit quelque chose. Et c'est gratuit donc bon, difficile de critiquer... La télévision fixée en hauteur sur le côté du lit n'est clairement pas pratique du tout, et pas confortable. Le réfrigérateur était bruyant, mais ça ne m'a pas vraiment empêché de dormir.

• Diane (8/5): My stay was good. - The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and loved to talk. The location was difficult to find. I could also hear the 3rd floor room above mine heavy footsteps at 2:30 am when he returned from his night shift.

• Tarte (6/5): See above because nothing short to "sum" it up. - I was able to get through the night. Never been charged for my 6lb toy poodle in the several times I've/we've stayed here while visiting a grandparent that was slowly expiring over the last year. Yet this time upon arrival, we were informed that it has always been the policy to charge for pets. It was an unexpected cost but luckily we had it or else it was an 8 hour drive back to home? Or sleep in our car? Not Extended Stays problem. Just ours. I will choose to stay elsewhere now, as I've made concessions but not complained before for things like broken moldings, a wacky television and even a non working microwave in a previous multi night stay.

• Zeynep Dilay (10/5): We really enjoyed staying here. - The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and kitchen part was great. We mostly used the microwave which saved us from paying extra money on food. The grab and go breakfast which had yogurt, boiled eggs, granola and coffee was enough. Thank you for everything. Weekly housekeeping wasn’t sufficient. We had issues especially when the trash piled up. Maybe this could be improved.

• Award007 (10/5): Great comfort for great price - Moe and Lala were absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating and a joy to be around. The room was comfortable and nice. The price was also worth it. Everything was great, but I wish there was more than a 3 hour grab n go for breakfast. Longer hours and a continental breakfast would have made it perfect.

I paid for the rooms online in full on booking and once I got the location I was forced to pay again even after showing that I paid in full online. And with it begin 11:30 pm at night we was tired and no other rooms available on that road for another hotel..very disappointing and frustrating that was made to pay twice for online one night stay..

• Gwen (1/5): Never stay there! - Nothing Dog in next room barked constantly making sleep and even watching tv difficult and staff excused it as owner had been in facility for 6 months. When called situation to Asst Mgr’s attention, she was rude, talked owner me, had to be asked to look at me when I initially spoke to her as she couldn’t be bothered, and cut me off to speak over me most of the time. Would never stay at that facility again. I taped the conversation which would remove any doubt about her attitude and complete lack of appropriate customer service training.
