• Ľuboš (8/5): Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time in Rome. Everything was good and the host was very helpful and - -Clean and prepared apartment upon arrival -Clean towels and bed sheets -Good communication with the host -Early check-in possibility -Two sets of keys were very convenient -Great location close to the Vatican -The shower head sprayed partially outside the shower -The door hinges were very squeaky -Only one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay was not enough -Some street noise during the evening

• muhammed (5/5): It was not a good experience. - Location There was no microwave, poor utensils( only one tea spoon found in the property. Out of four only one gas burner was working. Very poor Wi-Fi signal. There was a 24" inch old tv with only five local channel no internet connectivity in the tv.

• 240485 (8/5): - El barrio, la cercanía al Vaticano y a los medios de transporte publico. Las camas muy cómodas sábanas y toallas muy limpias, los pisos un poco sucios. La calefacción es central, a la noche estaba frío y se notaba. Para bañarños los 4 nos quedábamos sin agua caliente porque el calefón es termotanque. La cocina comedor es más pequeña de lo que muestra la publicación. Pero los demás lugares de la casa cumplen con todo lo publicado.

• Sunil (5/5): The property urgently needs redecorating. The location is good, but I would not book again. - I had to wait outside on the street for 35 minutes to get the keys. After making several phone calls with no answer, I sent a text, and only then did someone reply saying they would come soon. They finally arrived 35 minutes after the agreed time. Cleanliness was unacceptable. There was mould all over the shower room, which is a serious health concern. The shower cubicle was blocked and leaking. I reported this to the host. also send the photos to the Host. The accommodation overall needs redecorating, and even the bathroom door was dirty on the inside. This is not value for money unless the property is properly renovated.

We did have a problem with the shower in one of the units and he never answered us. We did also struggle a lot trying to book a cab to go to the airport and even though he offered his help, suddenly and few hours before the departure, he just said sorry, but the transfer got canceled.

• Tina (9/5): A cute roomy flat. The location was great for our main purpose of this trip. - Location. Great bedroom and bathroom size. Plenty of space in entry way for luggage. Walk-in closet to hang jackets. Fully equipped kitchen. Bars and restaurants in the main street, which was very accessible on foot. Great internet speed! There was no sofa to sit on, so we had to use our beds or the kitchen. I wasn't sure of the recycling system. Perhaps a laminated picture with instructions would be helpful. We needed more pillows and blankets, and had to ask. We requested rubbish bags, to help with the recycling. That was quickly brought over to us. Very little parking. You need to park in a garage nearby. All streets are packed with cars.

• Letícia (7/5): Casa boa, está fácil de melhorarem a estadia - O apartamento fica bem localizado e é confortável, tem máquina de lavar louças e de lavar roupas, as camas são confortáveis e tem 2 quartos Nos cobraram uma taxa por chegar às 20:30, disponibilizaram pouquíssimo papel higiênico, quando chegamos o chuveiro estava com água fria pois estava desligado e tivemos que esperar em torno de 3 horas pra conseguir tomar banho

• Rubiales Martínez (7/5): muy bien situado - el apartamento es muy espacioso, nos falto como una pequeña sala de estar con sofá y tele, solo estaba la de la habitación. Pero es super amplio y esta genial situado que no hubiera un lugar de sala de estar con tele, el jabón de la ducha era champú y en sobre de papel que personalmente no me gusta ese formato
• Pedro (7/5): - O apartamento tem uma excelente localização, perto do Vaticano. Nos arredores, há supermercado, restaurantes e paragens de autocarro. A cozinha está muito bem equipada. O anfitrião é simpático. A limpeza do apartamento poderia ser melhorada, sobretudo nos períodos entre cada utilização, por forma a que os novos hóspedes não encontrem cabelos no ralo da banheira. Apesar de o apartamento dispor de wi-f, o mesmo não funcionava.

A causa della sporcizia ho contratto un herpes all occhio con febbre alta. Se affittate non usate ventilatori ne condizionatori o rischiate di ammalarvi a causa della eccessiva polvere. I condizionatori sono pieni di terra e funghi. Nocivo per la salute
• SERENA (8/5): Appartamento vicino Piazza San Pietro - Buona posizione, silenzioso, market vicino, autobus, stazione treni vicina Appartamento bisognoso di semplici manutenzioni (tenda staccata, doccia da fissare, struttura del letto rotta). Necessari panno per piccole pulizie (il mocio presente non è utilizzabile), canovaccio in cucina, qualche sacchetto per i rifiuti. Chiesto se il piano cottura fosse a gas o induzione per portarmi accessori, risposto a gas, invece è a induzione.

• Lysianne (6/5): Pleasant - The location is superb, very close to the Vatican. There is no sitting room with a couch er comfortable chair. It wasn’t well maintained; the toilet kept running after flushing, shower head was broken, cupboards were broken, bed end was broken, not enough cutlery.

• Skaidrile (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great, street is peaceful, but it is very close to Vatican, to train, to bus stations. Apartment is spacious. I asked for additional blankets before coming and I got them when we came. The floor was very cold in February, so we wore shoes in the end. All comments on 'booking' are true - the heating is very weak during winter season. It is not possible to get anything extra from the owners (e.g. there were only 3 dishwasher capsules and only 3 rolls of toilet paper for our stay, no trash bags, and after we asked, we did not receive anything). Plus, I would mention cockroaches in the kitchen... and be ready to pay a rather high city tax in cash!

Amenities all worked and included heater and airco's. loads of storage space in the bedroom. Good beds old water heater so you can run out of hot water if you have four people showering. some minor mold in the bathroom and bedroom one of the bedroom drawers was broken
• Tinatini (3/5): Poor - Like location In this hotel I was in November, there was not working Heating and air conditioning, during check in agent said that it will be turn on automatically after 17:00, but it was lie. Weather was rainy and cold, apartment was freezy, we even couldn't dry our wet clothes. I was writing to the service about this problem, On 27th November they promised to refud 30% but now there's no answer about this issue. I recommend that check all these details in advance.

• Valeria (8/5): Very good - The apartment is large with a well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are lovely and large, with two very comfy double beds and air conditioning in both rooms. The apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is lovely and clean, but the hot water ran out quickly - if you stay with only two people it should be fine, but with four people it got a little cold by the fourth shower. The host communicated very well with us. He was punctual to meet us and give us the key and showed us the apartment. He was lovely and answered all our questions and informed us about a support line if we had any issues. Overall the apartment was very comfortable, in lovely apartment block, secure and with free parking.

• Chan (8/5): We enjoyed our stays - The location was convenience, only 10 mins walk to Vatican city - St. Peter's Square. Mins to bus stops, restaurants, and supermarket. The property was very comfortable, it was good value for money. Overall, it was good value for money, the unit was spacious and clean. We are happy with the property.

• Dorota (8/5): Good location, but very loud - Great location, friendly host, spacious apartment. Loud neighbours, sounds of moving furniture and flowing water during the night. The apartment doesn't have equipment making it cosy, causing a lot of echo. Good for a few nights, but I don't recommend it for a long stay.

• Jay (9/5): Superb - The location of the property is really perfect to reach many places on walking bases. The property is quite clean and spacious as per the price. If you plan to go to the Vetican city then it is just a few minutes walk from this place. There is nothing specific to not like about the property. If you are more than 4 people then only one bathroom can be an issue.

• Vladimir (1/5): Too expensive for what it offers - The location is good, hard for public transportation but fairly short walk to the Vatican. We arrived early and they could give us space to leave luggage at 12, but then the person delivering the keys was late so there was lots of waiting. The place was freezing cold but the remotes for AC/heater were not in the unit. They left us 1 out of 3 days in a freezing cold apartment. The place has absolutely no charm and resembles a prison unit with bare essentials. Bed in one of the rooms is lumpy.

• Cosimo (8/5): - Appartamento con due stanze da letto molto comode e grandi ed in generale appartamento con ampi spazi. Apprezzato molto anche macchina del caffe espresso. - Verificare meglio le attrezzature, abbiamo provato ad utilizzare la lavastoviglie ma non siamo riusciti in quanto segnalava con spie rosse il non funzionamento, anche la TV prendeva solo pochi canali RAI (lavatrice non abbiamo neanche provato non saprei dire). Suggerimento: mancanza di un forno microonde sempre utile in appartamento vacanza

• Verified traveler (10/5): - El apartamento es muy adecuado, las habitaciones son amplias y con aire acondicionado, una de ellas con TV, estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario, no hay salón sólo un espacio con una mesa para desayunar o comer anexo a la cocina pero al no estar allí en todo el día era más que suficiente. La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del Vaticano, con un autobús que te lleva al centro y por las zonas más turísticas de la ciudad, el metro pilla algo retirado pero hay una estación de tren cerca. El trato con el dueño fue bueno, como no tuvimos ninguna incidencia sólo le vimos al llegar.
