• nicola (7/5): eccellente quasi tutto tranne letti e pulizia da migliorare - Ottima posizione. L’appartamento, per dimensioni, arredi e disposizione degli spazi, risulta comodo e funzionale. L’abitazione, al nostro arrivo, non risultava adeguatamente pulita, aspetto che ha inciso negativamente sulla prima impressione del soggiorno. Tuttavia, la criticità principale – e a nostro avviso non trascurabile – riguarda i letti: i materassi sono estremamente usurati, troppo morbidi e deformati. Si dorme letteralmente in sagome già scavate, con evidente disagio durante la notte.

• Ralitsa (7/5): Very good location but the hygiene was low. - It is spacious and has good location - very close to transport stations and also on walking distance to Oceanographic museum and the whole complex of museums. It was very dirty. We needed to vacuum before we put our stuff because it was extremely dirty on the ground despite that the check-in was at 3 PM and they did not allow us to enter earlier due to cleaning of the flat that was taking place.

• Susan (8/5): Great modern apartment in a central location - Spacious and comfortable apartment . Perfect for a family of 5. The sofa bed was not very comfortable

• ivan (8/5): Valencia a due passi da tutto - Appartamento parzialmente rinnovato, aria condizionata e terrazzino, ottima posizione prendi tram 10 e sei in centro in 15 minuti, oppure vai in 5 vai all'oceanografico, in 3 minuti vai al centro commerciale dove trovi tutto Ottimo per 4 persone, divano scomodo per dormire e si sente la mancanza di un secondo bagno

• Kim (4/5): NO POOL ACCESS in compound! - The appartment was very nice and located in a nice area next to a metro station, which made it easy to reach attractions. There is lots of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The pool looked nice too but no tourist allowed. We were not allowed to use the pool and facilities at the compound as the compound have decided that only owners can use these. No tourist was allowed to use the pool. Thus we were out of pool for a few days. Travelhabitat made access to another pool at a different compound 10 minutes walk away. However we had to pretend we lived in this other compound. This meant that we did not use the pool as much as we had wanted to and it had a negative impact on the overall experience.

• Irene (7/5): Convenient location. Urban views - Location was good . The apartment was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children but it would not be with a larger group. Close to Museum of Science and Arts and the Turia Park, along with many nice restaurants. It felt safe and secure. Supermarket was close by. The balcony had a very high wall and views were of busy roads and bins ! It is on the 10th floor and surrounded by similar high rise buildings. It is in a residential area and the walls are so thin you could hear conversations and television . Pool was closed for our stay. However it was a clean and secure property.

One of my requests was a pool, the complex had one but it was only open funny hours and we as booking.com guests were told we didn’t get use with our room, only for residents.

Great restaurants nearby. Very spacious, well equipped space, very secure building. Staff greeted us promptly to let deliver keys and introduce property. Nothing.

Something out of owners control I suppose, the neighbours upstairs weren't there for the weekend and it was great, but when they came back they were quite noisy until late hours, waking up our toddler. Other than that nothing :)

• Jennifer (10/5): Take the bus to the center or the beach and stay in a reasonably priced residential neighborhood. - Beautiful kitchen, bathroom includes bathtub, air conditioning in each room. Close to the Aquarium, Science Museum, a large mall with cinema and supermarket, lots of stores and restaurants/bars nearby. Very safe community with bar/restaurant downstairs. The street is a little noisy, and you can hear the neighbors through the walls (no parties or loud activities, however).
