Thank you to all ❤️ The room nice but smell like pee pee in the room just thinking smell might go way but it wasn’t till check out .We would like to changed the room in that time but we so tired also l don’t like stay in the back room ( if it possible )

• Rachel Faith (10/5): Lovely stay - Facilities and service Honestly the hotel in itself is very nice and the staff are so helpful! However if you haven’t visited Bangkok before it can be hard to decipher the distance from the city. Navamin is very far, at least 45 min by car and you go through 2 tolls to get there. So location wise we only chose it because it’s a fair ride to the airport where we were going few hours after arrival.

• DeeDee4848 (10/5): Superb !! - Superb hotel situated in the Thai district of Bangkok lots to visit in the local area shopping mall and markets are close by , staff are kind and very attentive , the rooms are great very comfortable bed, probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in ! Everywhere is immaculately clean , breakfast is great , I will definitely be staying here again

I only stayed one night as this location is very near to my supplier’s shop. Overall it is good value for money. The occasional mosquito that flew into the room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was big and spacious, the pool was lovely and quiet and although small, the gym had enough equipment. There’s not many restaurants around, it’s not much of a tourist place but it’s a good location for a night or 2 before a flight

The woman who worked at the reception was friendly and spoke good English. It was a good check-in experience. The room itself was clean and felt nice to be in. There were no funny or moldy smells in the room and it all smelled clean. The bed was firm, the way I like it. The cleaning staff and food room service staff were all professional and friendly. They were all on time and very timely. The property is not very far from Grand Station Fashion Island mall. The breakfast buffet was not that extensive and could include more items. Also, breakfast buffet is closed at 9:30 AM. It would be nice if it was open later for those who like to sleep in a bit longer in the morning. Also, there is no iron board or iron in the room. When I asked for one to be delivered to the room they said they do not have any. Rather, you have to pay extra to have your clothes ironed. The TV seemed limited in channels.

• Werner (6/5): Bangkok suburb Hotel - It looks like a standard city/local hotel, not catering to overseas tourists. Limited service/customer skills. The most friendly staff was the porter. No iron board and iron is available in the room or on demand. The restaurant looked like a staff canteen, but Thai food was acceptable. Out of 3 beer choices, only one was available. The walls and doors are very thin and a lot of noise is coming from the corridor and rooms above. Room size and bathroom were good.

• Nikita (8/5): Very good - Friendly and service-minded staff. The room was very large just for me - double bed, but lots of floor space. Tv and a fine little bathroom. I didn't use any of the facilities. The location is far from the town, but was perfect for me, as I had to go to the airport early in the morning. The location is not great if you are coming here to be a tourist and stay for longer, as it takes a long time to get to where it happens, but if it's like me, where I wanted to get to the airport easily, then it's perfect.

The property gives you a 5 star level experience. 2. ⁠Breakfast is lavish with wide spread and timing is also good 3. ⁠Swimming pool is very good 4. ⁠Rooms are spacious and luxurious 5. Excellent guest service Just one minus point 1. Little away from city center which means some extra spend on local transport to and fro (still this property is worth it).
