• شامي المرحبي (8/5): موقع ممتاز وقريب من جميع الخدمات - موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا مطل على بحيرة اوزنجول والخدمات متوفرة من مطاعم وتسوق وسوبر ماركت كلها حوليك ما راح تحتاج سيارة كذلك موظفي الاستقبال جدا متعاونين الأخ/ ايمن والاخ/ محي الدين قمة في الأخلاق ساعدوني في حمل الحقائب وركن السيارة طيلة فترة حجزي عندهم لهم مني كل الشكر والتقدير كل شي كان جميل لاكن ملاحظة/ الفندق لايوجد به تكييف فقط دفايات يمكن بحكم ان المنطقه بارده طوال المواسم أيضا لا يوجد افطار

• Nedhal (1/5): Stay away from Dunya Residence Uzungol - The only good thing is the location and view I will not talk about the mess and dirtiness of the property, or about the broken items or lack of essentials, but about how they stole my money through booking.com!! They were out of staff, and the receptionist told me that we can leave and they’ll issue a refund for the stay. Then I received a message from booking.com that the property did not accept to issue the refund!! Remember, I paid a five night worth amount to stay only for less than 18 hours! Another thing, I found much better properties in the neighborhood with better prices, so the alternative is already there.
• Aseel (9/5): Superb - The location was amazing on front of the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I hope i can return to this hotel someday the location and the fresh air were wonderful. There is no room service or cleaning service.

• Mfmk (9/5): Short Stay in Uzungol - I like the close proximity of the hotel to everything ( if you are ok to sounds of car and people walking on the streets) Room was huge and bed was comfortable. The balcony gives you great view of the mountains,lake and mosque. Everything can be enjoyed from the comfort of the balcony. Breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Staff was great and always willing to help. Recomended.. Maybe the air freshener they used in the bathroom.You might like it or you might not. .
