• Zanette (9/5): - Disponibilità e accoglienza buone. La posizione molto buona per spostarsi all'interno della città a piedi senza problemi. Vicina alle scale mobili per salire / scendere dal parcheggio. Anche se "abbastanza scontato" considerato il tipo di struttura, il fatto di non essere dotata di ascensore può creare disagio alle persone non giovani (come me ) e con bagagli da portare. In ogni caso era scritto e quindi è solo una conferma che ci sono delle rampe di scale da fare.

• Charlotte (8/5): - Spacious room with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was varied and the location was excellent. Check out was stated as 11:00 on Booking.com, but the breakfast lady said we had to leave by 10:30. We also had to pay in cash for the breakfast (whereas the room could be paid by card), which is in principle no problem, but the lady had no change which meant we almost missed our train as it was our responsibility to go and get change. We also heard someone's TV quite loudly starting very early in the morning, so beware light sleepers!

Staff molto gentile e colazione buona e ad un prezzo modico. Assolutamente consigliato Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, direi la comodità non eccelsa del materasso matrimoniale

Personale non presente al momento del check in ma disponibile per tutte del info e le istruzioni; camera pulita e silenziosa, ottima qualità del sonno. Colazione semplice ma buona e prezzo adatto alla struttura e a quanto offre. Due cose migliorabili: illuminazione interna e kit dei prodotti da bagno, quest’ultimo in particolare ridotto veramente al minimo.

It was a perfect location and the owner is so kind and even allowed us to upgrade our room to a kitchen suite. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable! Look out for the step in the bathroom. 😩

Ubicación de 10 No pongo un 10 solo porque al retirarme, cuando fui a buscar mi equipaje le solicite a la chica que estaba limpiando pasar al baño y no me dejo porque ya estaba limpio... Ella estaba aun en la habitación... entiendo que es su trabajo , pero podría haberme dejado pasar al baño....

A very cozy place with beautiful decor. A nice breakfast is served. So many good restaurants in the area. We had the perfect stay!!

Sijainti mahtava erittäin rauhallisessa ja idyllisessä kaupunginosassa, kuin olisi astunut keskiaikaan nykyajan mukavuuksilla. Muutamalla askeleella pääsi kaupunginmuurin reunalle ihailemaan kauneimpia Umbrian maisemia - ja toiseen suuntaan kauneinta umbrialaista keskiaikaista kaupunkikeskustaa. Tällä kertaa ei tainnut olla oikein mitään, mistä en pitänyt, olisimme mielellämme voineet olla vaikka kauemminkin!

• Herman (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een middeleeuws pand bijna midden in Orvieto - We kwamen aan in de regen en waren alle 4 zeikdoornat en ik had per ongeluk de verkeerde aankomsttijd doorgeven, maar ze kwam best snel om ons binnen te laten. We hadden een kamer voor ons vieren maar vanwege onze natheid vroegen we of er nog een kamer over was en die was er, geen probleem! Het ontbijt was ook prima. Een goed plek om Orvieto te leren kennen Wat kleine dingen. Het filter van de airco was nogal smerig. De knop voor voor het doortrekken van de wc werkte niet goed. De kraan lekte en de kit bij de wastafel zou wel eens mogen worden vervangen. Kortom muggenzifterij!

Per scaricare le valigie si può entrare per poi parcheggiare a 5 min a piedi per 12 euro per 24h. Appartamento accogliente, pulito, grande e ben curato dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e di tutti i comfort. Colazione buona. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto benissimo, se proprio devo trovare una pecca è la luce che un po’ entra al mattino nonostante le tende

• Bodo (10/5): - Das Haus ist ca. 600 Jahre alt und luebevoll renoviert und saniert. Wir hatten die Maisonette Ferienwohnung. Die Betten bequem, die Ausstattung für uns völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sehr sauber. Das Frühstück, italienisch und sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

• Zdeněk (10/5): - I was worried about parking and the ZTL zone, but parking was close (approx 300-400 metres from the apartment. It was easy to find. Jasmine was really helpful and kind regarding my wife's food restrictions. The room has a nice, old atmosphere. If I visit this place again, I would choose this accommodation without any doubt. I do not have any significant point against. Only the AC should be quieter. But it was not working the whole night.
• Luz Marina (10/5): - La anfitriona Jazmin, muy atenta y pendiente de lo que necesitaramos. Lubin, la chica que atendìa los desayunos muy atenta, educada. Desayunos abundantes aunque las carnes frìas y el pan no eran del todo frescos. Las escaleras para subir a la habitación. Son bastantes y quien lleve maletas pesadas tendrà que hacer un buen esfuerzo; no apto para personas con movilidad reducida.
