• Pauline (8/5): - Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel. Gosto da localização ( em frente ao metrê), tem supermercado, Mc Donaldos e uma doceria próximas, o que facilita muito, além do microondas que é um grande facilitador quando chegamos cansados e queremos comer e dormir. Gosto do bairro, dessa vez caminhamos para o lado de trás para ir ao Carrefour e foi uma grata surpresa ver aquelas casinhas, e descobrimos até uma loja de pães. O recepcionista do dia é uma simpatia e muito educado e prestativo. A limpeza do banheiro é ok, e tem serviço de quarto diário. Para mim o melhor custo benefício de Paris. Se um dia eu voltar, apostarei novamente nessa hospedagem.

• Payten (6/5): - Front desk gentleman was nice but I think he was trying to scam us more money. We booked for two nights. And he was claiming we had to pay property tax of $150. And I have no idea how he got that number. I think he thought because we were tourists that we would fall for it. But after pulling up my Expedia receipt, it said $34 Canadian pay at property. So I genuinely don’t know where he got that number from. The room was OK very basic for what you pay for bathroom and bedding was clean. My biggest fear is bedbugs and I didn’t see anything like that so it felt safe to sleep on. Stiff bed. Because it’s on a wooden frame. And I do think some of the walls either needed to be cleaned or repainted. But for a couple of nights, it was doable. But I would not recommend sleeping there for up to a week just because the bed was stuff and you only get one pillow per person and there was no blow dryer in the washroom. Also, when you go to check out on your last day, don’t leave the room too early because once you leave after 11 am. The room automatically locks you out we were lucky to have all of our stuff out.

J'ai noté un distributeur de café en grains dans le hall.Un tout petit point critiquable (le seul): j'aurais apprécié des fruits, (même en conserve) au petit déjeuner, par ailleurs excellent. Dernier avantage: l'hôtel est juste en face de la station de métro. Le quartier n'est pas des plus riches, mais je n'y ai jamais eu de problèmes depuis toutes les années que je le fréquente.

La habitación es muy pequeña al igual que el baño, solo esta lo básico para pasar la noche, punto a favor la insonorizacion y la limpieza diaria . El desayuno es muy costoso para lo que ofrece. Hay un Mac Donald a 200 mts, y un supermercado a 100 mts ( 7 am a 10pm)

• jean louis (10/5): Bon petit hotel - Comme toujours à chacune de mes visites, je suis toujours très satisfait de descendre à cet hotel. Le personnel est sympa, à l'écoute.
• Kenza (8/5): - Impossible de se garer au alentours de l’hôtel si ce n’est dans le sous sol de l’hôtel pour 15€ par jour, route très très délabrée pour le parking en dehors et pas sécurisé du tout, compliqué d’accès.
• Abir (2/5): - Seitdem ich im Hotel war sind meine AirPods weg, ich habe sie nirgends mitgenommen und die einzigsten die Zutritt hatten, waren die Reinigungskräfte… Außerdem war das Zimmer am Anfang und auch sonst immer nicht gestaubsaugt, ein Handtuch war dreckig und im Zimmer wurde nur der Müll entleert das war’s. Ansonsten ist eine Metro direkt gegenüber.

Pensant que le couple arrêterait de se battre et crier rien ne s’est passé … Mais mon conjoint a dû intervenir Pour les empêcher de se battre J’en ai parlé à la réception à notre départ mais aucun geste n’a été fait du tout au sujet de se désagrément. C’est honteux.

• Soufyane (4/5): Pas top - Le seul point fort de l’hôtel est le parking et l’emplacement face au métro. Hygiène à revoir : un cafard a été retrouvé mort dans la salle de bain. La housse de couette était à moitié froissé. Alèse pleine de poils c’est très dommage. Le matelas était très peu épais, il n’y avait pas de couette et oreiller supplémentaire de disponible. L’état des ascenseurs est déplorable …

• Charles (4/5): - Every ground floor window and door on the front of this building was smashed, with some looking like bullet holes. The breakfast was terrible, having to go and ask at reception for plates and if it was possible to get some cheese to go with the bread on offer. The man on reception at night had a terrible attitude and was very unhelpful. Our sink drainer broke during our stay, as was removed instead of being fixed. Cobwebs on light fittings in dinning area and cleanly visable dust along the perimeter of the hall carpets. Overall a very poor stay, and would not recommend.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Bad reception, dirty rooms, wall of bugs - It was the worst stay ever. Rude reception, we arrived on Tuesday 1st of August at 12:30 and my friend had an operation so he needed so rest, we told the reception and she said «donc?» which means « so what? » she was very aggressive with her response to everything we ask for. It seemed like they really hate their job at the hotel and they didn’t want to work. No smile and no bonjour and no welcome. The room: Very dirty room. The wall and roof is full of bugs and bug blood. The bathroom was damaged we took a photo and showed the reception but she didn’t care. Location is far away but the metro is across the street. We stayed only one night and we decided NOT to go back again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Médiocre pour un hôtel censé avoir été rénové - Je ne peux qu'être déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel car hormis son emplacement, tout le reste est à revoir surtout concernant l'entretien des chambres. Pour ma part, j'ai dormi dans la chambre 329 avec des traces de coulures au mur suite probablement à une fête bien arrosée, les toiles d'araignée au plafond, les tablettes de chevet étaient encore collantes, le robinet de la salle de douche fuyait et les joints de la douche étaient noirs. Voilà ce que je retiens de mon séjour
• jean (6/5): - Je choisis toujours cet hotel lors de mes déplacements en région Parisienne. Personnel sympa et à l'écoute. Il y avait une fuite d'eau dans salle de bain sous le lavabo. Par contre un e fontaine à eau serait la bienvenue car le prix de l' eau minérale dans distributeur est hors de prix 1.60e pour 25cl. Quant au petit déjeuner, prix très elevé par rapport à la qualité qui nous était proposé ( Pas de jambon, d'oeufs durs, pain pas terrible). Heureusement que des croissants nature ou au chocolat excellents et en abondance permettent de remonter la note du petit dejeuner. 6/10

• Mohammed (4/5): Personnel à revoir - Personnel à revoir il parle mal ils sont pas accueillant je suis très déçu des comportements des personnel et de manque de respect ( soit disant une alarme elle c’est activé dans la chambre la femme de réception elle est venu toquer fort est elle crier est en plus de sa elle est repartie est j’avais le droit de l’agent de sécurité qui a ouvert la porte est qui est rentré direct tout sa à cause de détecteur de fume malgré que j’ai expliqué que moi je suis pas un fumeur.

Air vent missing in bathroom fully removed just hole in wall to internal system. Not healthy or safe by your head in shower. Dirty filthy stains marks on walls and skirting. Floor not cleaned properly. Bedding had hairs in it. Very noisy location over trams throughout night even on 5th floor. Nighttime reception host locks himself in on night to be safe because bad area with vagrants. I was locked out for 5 mins on return after 2am and panic. Given my injuries and broken finger hand wrist no wonder even more so.This was not good. But a sign to explain is necessary. I understand he is scared to be attacked on a night there but locking out guests because you perceive they all in bed already not good

• Beriwan (4/5): - Alles in allem reicht es zwar zum schlafen aus, allerdings würde ich dieses Hotel nicht ein zweites Mal buchen. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr unsicher. Vor dem Hotel wird gedealt und am Bahnhof befinden sich immer alkoholisierte Menschen. Als Frau würde ich in dieser Gegend keinen Fuß setzen. Lieber etwas mehr für eine „sichere“ Umgebung bezahlen. Auch war das Personal im Hotel sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht, habe aber ein Zimmer im 3 Stockwerk bekommen ohne Aufzug. Laut der Rezeption gibt es solche barrierefreien Zimmer gar nicht. Auch war die Kommunikation grauenhaft. Keiner spricht kaum englisch und man bemüht sich auch nicht den Kunden zufrieden zustellen. Das Zimmer war okay. Das Bett war gemütlich.
• Luiz Roberto (10/5): Ótimo e ainda pertinho do metrô - Ótima localização, bem próximo a uma estação de metrô, os apartamentos são novos e bem limpos, com destaque para os super confortáveis travesseiros (e cama também!) Ficarmos bem satisfeitos com o que experiência proporcionada pelo hotel. Recomendo!

• Marie (10/5): Séjour à Paris - Hôtel bien situé, station de métro juste en face ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement jusqu'à Paris Centre. Un parking couvert et à code est disponible directement au sous-sol de l'hôtel : il est payant (15€/24h). Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner correct, hôtel bien insonorisé : chambre donnant côté rue mais aucun bruit perçu durant la nuit. Pourtant c'était un vendredi et samedi soir.

• Jerome (8/5): A lire pour info : parking payant, chambre du RDC - Séjour moyen... J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il y a un parking, qui n'est pas mentionné comme payant : 15€/ nuit en plus pour ce parking. Je le précise aux dames de l'accueil qui s'en tamponne le coquillage. Pour le confort de la chambre : elle etait confortable, car spacieuse et prévu pour handicapé. Les points négatifs : La chambre handicapé est donc en rez de chaussée, mais côté couloir pour l'acces par le parking : pas mal de passage de personnes bruyantes et pas assez insonorisés. Le couloir pue la clope car les fumeurs reste à la porte d'accès pour fumer. En arrivant, pas de télécommande de TV. Le sol de salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyé. Point positif : accessibilité, la localisation, le prix correct, les distributeurs de produit a l'accueil (dentifrice et tous les produits corporels possible).
• Matthew (8/5): Brilliant - Booked a twin room for my daughter and I, was very small but we were rarely in the room other than to shower and sleep. Room was very clean and the hotel in general was very clean. Service by the gentleman on reception was outstanding he was such a nice friendly guy. Ideal location opposite terminus station on Ligne 13 (Les Courtilles) absolutely perfect for getting into Paris. Would definitely recommend staying here and saving yourself hundreds of euros versus staying closer to attractions. Thanks for a brilliant stay
• Djahrel (8/5): Pas déçu mais pas non plus émerveillé. - Le check-in c'est très bien passé avec la réception. Le seul bémol que j'ai trouvé dans cette réservation que j'ai faite avec ma copine c'était vraiment le manque de serviette et l'incompréhension de ne pas avoir de porte au niveau de la douche ce qui fait que toute la salle de bain était mouillé à chaque fois qu'on allait prendre notre douche sinon mise à part ça ça s'est bien passé établissement est propre le personnel est accueillant et gentil et petit déjeuner assez timide.

• Amanda (8/5): - The rooms are fairly small but very clean. It is across the street from the metro and there are a plenty of good restaurants within 10 mins walking. The only con is, even after we had the “do not disturb” sign they would still come knocking at our door at 9:30am. On the morning of our checkout they came at 11:45 asking us when we were going to checkout. We shared with them we would be out at noon since that is the checkout time. The front staff was not helpful and often times aggressive when we did have questions.

• Craig (4/5): Basil Fawlty returns - Stay clear of the arrogant manager..arrived early told in crude tone not till 2pm!..ok came back during a full argument she was having with her staff. Finally checked in , on the first morning the prepacked cooked microwave breakfast didn't impress my son's , so the second morning I went myself a little late at 10pm after paying 6 X £7 breakfast the dishes were empty .she said breakfast closes at 10..I kindly pointed out it was 10:30..at this point she said you only needed to ask..wow..worst experience of customer service in my 20yrs of traveling..one lift broke. Could be a great place with a professional manager.
• Alexander (4/5): Wo B&B drauf steht ist nicht immer gut + einfach - Es fing schon bei der Anreise an. Zum Öffnen der TG musste ich das Hotel anrufen. Das Zimmer hat nach Hund gestunken. Die Toilette war defekt, der Sitz lag nur lose drauf und das Wasser im Waschbecken ist dann mal nach 10 Min abgelaufen. Nach 3 Stunden Lüfte könnte man bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Leider waren Speck und Rührei kalt. Das nächste Mal buche ich ein anderes Hotel.
• Dorota (6/5): - The only good thing about the hotel was its cleanliness, even though there was some limescale on the inside of the toilet. But, overall the room was pretty clean and pleasent to stay in. That is where the positives end. The hotel breakfast was a joke, serving little to no food with a very limited choice. Even the things that were supposed to be offered, were not available, e.g., the orange juice run out after one day and for the rest of the week we could only drink the apple juice. The "hot food" offered, like sausages or scrambled eggs were cold and made in the microwave, which was appaling. The lady from the reception also took care of our breakfast, so she was running back and forth between the buffet and the front desk (meaning that one minute she was touching the money or credit cards from the tourist and the next minute she was touching our breakfast, following no sanitary rules). On top of that, the service during the breafast was incredibly rude. When I wanted to use the bathroom, all the toilets were closed so I had to go up to my room. When I came back down I was shouted at by the lady - she was screaming that I could not go in and out of the breakfast and that me and my daughter should come to the breakfast together, not separately. This has never happened before in any of the hotels I stayed in, so I was shocked.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bon hôtel - Je sejourne régulièrement dans cet hôtel. (depuis environs 3 ans). Mais attention au relâchement, depuis 3-4 fois, j'ai retrouvé des oublies d'entretien. Par exemple ( beaucoup de poussière / humidité sous l'évier...) Néanmoins l'hôtel reste très bien, mais attention à ces détails qui peuvent nuir petit à petit à l établissement :)

• Verified traveler (6/5): An honest review of the positives and negatives - Customer service at the hotel lobby was slow and disrespectful. Our check in lasted 20 minutes, because the cashier was talking to a friend and was unable to work and talk at the same time. The rooms were pretty small, but it wasn’t a big problem since we didn’t spend time in there other than the nights sleeping. The tap water tasted bad, and as a first timer in france i don’t know if it’s the same everywhere or just our hotel. Also the variety in the breakfast buffet was very minimal, so we ended up finding another place to eat our breakfast. Despite of starting this review with the worst, it’s not all negatives when it comes to this hotel. The location was good, since the metro station was just across the road and it made transporting to the central very easy. The hotel overall was pretty clean and fresh. B&B Hotel has a pretty decent price-quality ratio compared to some of the other hotels that may cost much more. Overall it’s an ok place to stay for a few nights, but just don’t get your expectations for the hotel too high.

• Majda (2/5): - Je suis extrêmement déçue par cet établissement ! A mon arrivée, mon compagnon avait déjà effectué le check in, je l’ai rejoins ensuite, en passant par la réception j’ai dû dire 2 fois bonsoir à la réceptionniste pour qu’elle daigne lever la tête sans même me répondre ! J’ai été surprise par ce manque de professionnalisme dans un établissement « 3 étoiles ». Ensuite, ça n’a été que le début de mon mécontentement : des hurlements toute la nuit aux étages, des odeurs de cigarette et de drogue qui passent par les conduits d’aération ou les dessous de portes ? Et pour couronner le tout, des courbatures et un mal de dos atroce m’empêchant de respirer correctement le lendemain matin au réveil tant le matelas était extrêmement rigide. Pour sauver un petit peu la nuitée catastrophique, la réceptionniste du matin était sympathique et m’a donné les coordonnées de l’hôtel afin d’en faire part à la direction. Je suis très surprise de la mauvaise expérience que j’ai vécu dans cet hôtel au vu des commentaires plutôt positifs. J’ai souhaité réserver dans un établissement 3* afin d’avoir un minimum de confort mais je suis moins déçue dans d’autres hôtels 2*. Je suis dans l’attente d’un retour de leur part.

• CNAEPELNICKX (10/5): - Hôtel très propre et confortable. Seul bémol, il vous faudra débourser 15 euros pour pouvoir accéder au parking de l'hôtel et impossible de se garer à l'extérieur car aucunes places.

• PASCAL (10/5): confort ok, bien insonorisé - Chambre très convenable, très bonne insonorisation de l'extérieur, bon accueil, hall pratique pour s'installer avec un ordi. Douche un peu haute pour des petits adultes, parking assez cher. Coté petit déjeuner, pas trop de choix mais normal vu le prix et surtout beaucoup trop d'emballages à cause du covid, quelle utilité d'emballer des croissants et des pommes individuellement ?

• Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty sheets and I was asked to change it myself! - The hotel was ok. But my sheets were dirty. The type where there is coffee stains on it and the sheet was not washed properly. So I told the lady in the reception regarding the problem, her first reaction was "Are you sure?" then I told her about the coffee stain, she gave me 2 sheets and then what? I do change my own sheets? I should apply as a their staff. And yes, i have to change my own sheets! Also, when I wanted to talk to someone in reception, i have to wait for 5 minutes before someone will notice you. They thought I just like to just stand in front of the reception as a hobby. Overall. not so happy with the service. I only booked it cause it was close to where I want to be. Not coming here.

• Andrea (6/5): Ok - The location was good, it’s just in front of the tube station. But was it was disappointing was the service. When I booked the room I asked if I could leave my luggage with them the night before the check in and they said yes of course, no problem. I arrived very late to the hotel and at last minute they said no you can’t leave your luggage here in a rude way and they even told us to leave (it was very late at night and we had to run looking for places where we could leave the bags. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t count on them for that kind of things. Also the room was very very small but for the price that I paid it was ok
