• Marianela (7/5): Central y básico. - Está cerca de providencia y de centro gastronómico. Se puede comer allí mismo también. Baños con instalaciones deficientes. Se puede mejorar fácilmente ( desagüe, extractor de aire).

• Diana (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön und total gut gelegen. Es gab eine heiße Dusche und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zum Restaurant, das war nicht ganz optimal, da es recht hellhörig war. Rückblickend allerdings nicht so dramatisch wie erwartet. Ein kleiner minus Punkt ist, dass wir bei Ankunft im Hotel gefrühstückt haben und erst nach offiziellem Check-in darüber informiert wurden, dass es für Hotelgäste einen Discount auf das Restaurant gibt.

A equipe da recepção sempre nos atendeu muito bem e vale a pena nominar o agradecimento a cada um: Aline, Jorge, Glória e Luciano. Atendeu plenamente. Como única observação, os croissants tinham dias em que estavam mais frescos e melhores.

• JAIME LEÑERO SERVICIOS MÉDICOS EIRL (7/5): Conforme - El personal muy agradable y cordial. Tuve un inconveniente con mi habitación y en menos de 5 minutos lo tenían resuelto. Si bien no está mal, hay que considerar que ha un restaurante in situ en el hotel. Esto hace que exista un poco de ruido i más movimiento de lo habitual. Mi habitación dio hacia el restaurante y tanto en la noche como en la mañana al desayuno hubo ruido. Nada terrible, pero es para considerar si quieres o necesitas descansar.

• Isabelle Fernanda (10/5): Recomendo e ficaria novamente em uma próxima visita a cidade - Hotel excelente, cumpre o que promete. Bem localizado, em um uma rua calma, mas próximo a avenidas movimentas com mercados, restaurantes, farmácias, bares, metrô, etc. Em geral, a região é muito segura. O atendimento também foi excelente, com funcionários muito prestativos (ter a possibilidade de ser atendido em português em algumas ocasiões também fez muita diferença). Em relação ao hotel em si, achei um charme, bem intimista, confortável, limpo, silencioso e a vista que pegamos para uma parte do cerro foi um toque a mais. Além disso, o fato de ter um restaurante no local facilitou muito em dias mais cansativos. Sobre o café da manhã, é simples, mas bom e suficiente.

El ruido del aire acondicionado y los garzones que nos corrieron 3 veces del lugar para cenar por lo que decidimos cenar en otro restaurante.

• Ivan (7/5): Decent - Staff were very friendly and there is always someone at reception. The room was a lot smaller than it looked on the photos, and was a strange design - I opened the front door and there was a sink in front of it, which was separate to the bathroom (which consequently had no sink). Everything was quite dated. The bedsheets had some stains. $90 for one night felt a little overpriced.

• Uwe (10/5): tolles Stadthotel mit persönlichem Empfang und makelloser Ausstattung - Das schön gestaltete Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Providencia in absolut sicherer Lage unweit der Metro. Ich habe einen sehr zuvorkommenden und zugewandten Manager erlebt, der mit persönlicher, freundlich-zurückhaltender Ansprache ein Gefühl des Willkommenseins vermittelt. Das Frühstück im verglasten Winter- oder besser Sommergarten war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war ansprechend mit bequemem Bett und sauberer Einrichtung. An der Metro gibt es empfehlenswerte Gastronomie (Liguria) und Wäscherei, der Supermarkt ist allerdings nicht erste Wahl. Nichts.
• Neil (10/5): Perfect venue for seeing Santiago and having wine tours - Great location in a nice part of city. Metro stop just 5 mins away to access other parts of city. Lovely breakfast with long access time. Restaurant for evening meals also very good. All staff friendly and helpful. Option for room cleaning every day if required. Just be aware that rooms are quite modest and shower in my room small - did not bother me, and at the price I paid was well within my expectations.

Two single beds that were touching, one with a broken headboard that gave me a splinter and the other with a headboard disconnected from the bed. The bed touching the wall means that if you turn in bed at night the curtain will touch you and wake you.

Wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was average.

Look for elsewhere for a better stay! - Employees at the front desk are very friendly and willing to assist whenever needed Nothing like showing on the pictures. The property needs renovation. I specifically chose a larger room with balcony. Regardless of 4 nights stay, they assigned me a super small room with a so-they-called balcony which is 3ft wide and 10 inches deep, overlooking the dirty room top. The air conditioning unit was super noisy, and they probably never cleaned/replaced the filter. I got very bad allergies from the indoor air. The room itself was dirty. The floor was not mopped, the moment I returned my bed from the bathroom, my feet were black! Per my request, they exchanged a much larger room for us without balcony. After I saw that mini balcony, I don’t really care about it anymore. I requested the floor to be mopped before we moved in, and they did, that was very nice. The A/C was still noisy but I knew that nothing could be done. Luckily, there are two windows that I can open during the day so I didn’t get allergies in this room.

• Marco (7/5): The cost did not reflect the standard of the room and services we received. - The location was convenient, and the breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety (juices, fruit, bread etc). The porch and restaurant area were also very nice. We found the price to be quite high considering what was offered. The bedroom and bathroom were both very small, and the shower was not functioning properly. As a result, we did not have reliable hot water for two days. We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked. A technician was contacted, however we were informed that he would only be available the following day. We had to shower in a friend’s room.

• Veronica (7/5): Excelente ubicación, residencial y tranquilo - la ubicación era buena y tenía un restaurante afuera. Además había un hervidor y tazas en la habitación. El aire acondicionado funcionaba y la ducha tenía agua caliente. Muy buen desayuno! Quizá la limpieza no era tan dedicada (?) y los ruidos en el pasillo se sentían fuertes. A veces se prendía el aire acondicionado de la nada y se prendían las luces de la habitación (no eran espíritus chocarreros)

• Brianna (8/5): - The hotel is in a nice part of the city and I felt safe there. The staff are wonderful and offered me detailed directions for exploring the city and were specific about which areas were safe, which I appreciate. Breakfast was excellent and there was tons of food. I also ate at the restaurant a couple times for dinner and enjoyed the food as well. I ended up needing to unplug an oil diffuser near the bed and put it on the balcony for the duration of my stay because the scent was so strong. Usually, those are used to cover up smells but the room smelled fine without it so I'm not sure what that was about. The balcony is more like a large floor length window because it's not really something you would stand on.

• Veronica (8/5): Muy buena localización en un barrio tranquilo y residencial. - Nos gustó la decoración y la cercanía al metro. Es un lugar bonito, con un restaurant al lado (peruano, la comida estaba bastante bien) un desayuno muy correcto (fruta, delicosas masas dulces, huevo y otras opciones) y las instalaciones cumplían. No sé si el precio estará acorde, pero por localización, aire acondicionado y desayuno, es una opción bastante aceptable. La habitación era algo pequeña, a pesar de tener todo lo necesario. Las cortinas eran cortitas, por lo que entraba la luz por la mañana y nos despertaba. También los ruidos de otros huéspedes que se retiraban temprano se sentían bastante. Por último solo pedimos dos veces aseo en la habitación (porque hay que ahorrar agua y esas cosas). El aseo cumplía, pero el baño nunca fue muy bien hecho. Esto es solo una sugerencia, ya que se notaba que no era una limpieza muy a fondo. !Esto ayudaría mucho a mejorar la experiencia! Gracias por todo.

• Mario (8/5): Schönes Hotel, tolles Essen und sehr nettes, immer hilfsbereit Personal - Die Lage war sehr gut in einem sehr schönen Viertel, das Frühstück und der Service beim Frühstück waren sehr gut. Der Balkon war enttäuschend, die Ausstattung des Zimmers war leider auf ein Minimum beschränkt. Nachttische mit Schubladen und ein Tisch als Ablagemöglichkeiten zum wären schön gewesen.

Really unsure how this place has such high review scores… I had booked a single room - it was jammed in the space between reception and restaurant so was noisy and I had to keep the curtain permanently closed as it was directly overlooking a table in the restaurant. The room was basic and functional (sink in the bedroom rather than bathroom) but unfortunately was not clean - hair in the shower and really bad smelling drains which they attempted to mask with a strong smelling air freshener. Also they did not make up my room. Staff were initially pleasant but unapologetic for the state of the room / lack of housekeeping. My friends booked a twin room and also had a bad experience.

E poderiam oferecer toalhas mais novas.

The staff are phenomenal. We loved Leonardo and George! They spoke English and were absolutely lovely. The rest of the staff were so helpful and kind. The floor in our room was dirty. We wore flip flops while getting ready.
• Monica (8/5): - Good breakfast, friendly staff. The room was comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We were charged a pretty high fee for early check in.
• Francisca (10/5): - Muy cordial la atencion solicitamos cambio de habitación debido a que la primera estábamos en una zona que daba con el restaurante y sin ningún problema accedieron, incluyó tragos de cortesía, y el desayuno muy bueno!! Todo estaba excelente
