- Csaba (5/5): - Házigazda nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Képek alapján, szép igényes helynek tűnt, de a valóság az más volt. Koszos fürdő, falak, agyon használt törölköző, ágynemű kérdéses. Kepek után, csalódás volt.
- Valeria (1/5): I don't advise to book this property - Abbiamo prenotato uno studio in questa struttura, ma l’esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. Le immagini pubblicate sul profilo non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà: l’alloggio si presentava in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque, muffa all’interno dei pensili della cucina e il fondo del WC completamente nero. Anche il letto era in condizioni pessime. Inoltre, frigorifero e lavatrice erano posizionati sul balcone, senza alcun tipo di protezione, una soluzione inadeguata e poco igienica. Siamo rimaste nella struttura meno di mezz’ora, giusto il tempo di renderci conto della situazione. Essendo una persona allergica, non era assolutamente possibile restare, quindi siamo state costrette ad andare via immediatamente, intorno alle 20:00, e a cercare un’altra sistemazione per la notte. Abbiamo contattato subito il proprietario chiedendo almeno il rimborso della tassa di soggiorno pagata in contanti all’arrivo, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Abbiamo quindi contattato Booking, che ci ha consigliato di trattenere temporaneamente le chiavi in attesa di un riscontro. Nonostante tutto, il proprietario ha rifiutato qualsiasi rimborso, anche parziale, per le due notti prenotate. Il giorno successivo abbiamo restituito le chiavi senza ottenere nulla, se non un rimborso di soli 60€ da parte di Booking su un totale di 365€ (periodo Salone del Mobile). Esperienza pessima sotto ogni aspetto: pulizia, trasparenza e gestione del cliente. Non consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura.
- Inna (5/5): - 1) расположение относительно транспорта до центра 2) добрый, дружелюбный хозяин 3) Три полотенца на человека 4) удобства для жилья (фен, вода, печеньки после долгой дороги от хозяина) Мы приехали во время недели дизайна, от чего цена на жилье во всем Милане выросла во много раз. Но мне кажется, что есть такие места, на который поднимать цену — преступление. Мы заплатили почти 500 евро за две ночи, что мы получили: 1) Дом, который стоит в районе типа гетто, где воняет мочой и анашой, а вместо стекол на окнах висят тряпки 2) Таракана в ванной 3) Пятна на полотенцах уже серого, а не белого цвета (да они пахли порошком, то есть были чистые, но внешний вид у них был очень плачевный) 4) Обшарпанный потолок в ванной комнате, с которого сыпалась штукатурка 5) Старый, грустный ремонт 6) В последнюю ночь нам в дверь звонили с 10 вечера до 4:30 утра. Нам было очень некомфортно и даже немного страшно. Хозяин приехал по звонку, немного постоял под дверью, но как только он уехал, звонки продолжились. Мы не выспались и уехали очень уставшие 7)

E la scomodità del frigorifero sul balcone. Scomodo se ti serve prendere qualcosa dal frigorifero di notte. O se dovesse piovere o comunque fare molto freddo.
- Romashko (10/5): Очень уютное и комфортное жильё, гостеприимный хозяин - В квартире чисто, уютно. Площадь небольшая, но там всё есть, даже мини-кухня. Очень порадовало наличие чайника, а также хозяин гостеприимно оставил чай в ассортименте, воду и вкусняшки 😊 Остановка транспорта находится прямо при выходе из подъезда. Добраться до центра проблем не было. Хозяин посоветовал места, где вкусно поесть, сориентировал по магазинам рядом, по транспорту и т.д. В номере было тепло, можно было отрегулировать батарею самому.

- Lars (8/5): Für ein paar Tage ist es okay, aber man kann dort weder vernünftig kochen oder essen. - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter war außergewöhnlich gut und wir konnten sogar einige Stunden eher in die Wohnung damit wir unsere Rucksäcke abstellen können. Die Fotos und die Wirklichkeit stimmen nicht überein und dem potentiellen Mieter wird ein falsches Bild suggeriert. Der Topf funktioniert auf dem Ceranfeld nicht und man muss eine Metallplatte darunter legen, die Platte ist allerdings zu klein und selbst das Teewasserkochen dauert ewig.

- siham (1/5): A fuir - On a été bien acueillies, le logement est bien desservi...giorgio nous a gentillement proposé de faire un late check out.. Les photos n'avaient rien avoir avec la realité, des qu'on est arrivées le quartier nous a paru malfamé et pas du tout safe, en arrivant a l'etage un long couloir lugubre ....a l'interieur ce n'est pas propre, des draps sales, le matelas avec des pleins de taches et des poils et tres inconfortable ....le lustre presque marron....le bacon avec es toiles d'arraignées partout, une chasse d'eau qui ne marche pas correctement,deux verres d'eau, pas de cafetiēre...et le comble c'est l'eau chaude qui ne tient même pas 5minutes...on a du se doucher a l'eau froide...a 100 euros la nuit cest a fuir...comme c'etait non remboursable,on etaient obligées de rester mais c'est notre pire séjour
- Sara (10/5): Simpatia e limpeza - O Sr. Giorgio foi sempre muito atencioso e simpático. Ainda ajudou-me como podia chegar ao Studio desde do Aeroporto. E facilitou a entrega das chaves a um amigo meu por ter chegado muito tarde da viagem. O quarto tem aquecimento e televisão. Tudo que é preciso para o dia a dia. A cama é muito confortável. O metro fica a 10m a pé. O sitio muito calmo e silencioso. Pena que o mini frigorífico fica na varanda. Muito frio.

- Charlie (7/5): Milán cerca del estadio - El anfitrión, Giorgio, fue muy amable. Se adaptó a la hora de llegada y nos mostró el piso con calma. Además, nos recomendó un restaurante para comer a menos de 10 minutos caminando, y fue una recomendación perfecta (Trattoria La Pesa dal 1902, ¡búscala en Maps!) Está a pocos minutos andando de San Siro, el estadio de fútbol, justo al lado del piso hay mucho aparcamiento gratuito para el coche. La zona por la noche no es nada agradable. Recomendaría no andar solo por la calle, ya que, como digo, no es un barrio muy atractivo.

- Lauren (9/5): Great stay, Georgio was very informative and the room provided us with what we needed. - Georgio sent me a message with his number before our stay, we arranged a time and we met at the property. Georgio answered quickly was inside the property ready to meet us. He then sent lots of information about key places to visit and recommended places to each for different types of cuisine. Nothing really, everything was to be expected, there was a great supermarket just around the corner that has lots of cooked and fresh food for very reasonable prices.

One of the best experiences that I had in Milano. Neighborhood wasn't how I am used to in Milano and Italy in general. A lot of garbage in the road. I couldn't open the windows also because of the Indian restaurant on ground floor.
- Laura (9/5): Great location for walking to San Siro Stadium. - Host was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were attending a concert at San Siro stadium two consecutive nights so we wanted to stay within walking distance to the stadium. This location worked well for that purpose. The walk was about 15 minutes and we didn’t encounter any issues walking alone at night. The room had snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. The room and bathroom were smaller than expected but worked out fine. The fitted sheet on the bed didn’t fit correctly and kept popping off. I kept having to get up to try to fix it so we weren’t sleeping on a bare mattress, that had seen better days. We left a night early to get a good night sleep before flying home.

Destroys yr stay. - The host was present and he was patient to wait a delay from our side Many things. 1. Very small, 2. Dirty. Too much dirt on heaters, main lamp, all high surfaces, bathroom. 3. Very small bathroom. The shower door was very narrow at about 38cm ONLY!!! You could not enter face front only enter by side. 4. No toilet paper rail. 5. The balcony was small warehouse of old unused refrigerators. 6. Very old, untidy curtain and dirty.7. Walls dirty and shows very old painted.8. Above an Indian Restaurant with all relative smells of a restaurant.9A bed which was curved in the middle, also uncomfortable. Pictures of all available.

I highly recommend it. Location near the stadion of San siro. A cute bar for brekfast, and a shop if you need some food. For our staz was perfect. The metro is very close.
- Ana (9/5): Superb - This studio works well for a short stay. Especially if you come for a match on San Siro which is very near. It offers good value for the money. The host was very hospitable, the acommodation clean and with many facilities included such as iron, hairdryer, kitchenette, clean towels, shampoo, shower gel etc. The host provided complimentary snacks and water and juice- nice of him! Most importantly, the bed and the pillows were comfortable. We arrived at night, so at first the neighborhood looked a bit scary, but actually it is quite ok. Sounds from the other apartments could be heard. One morning, we could hear someone’s alarm from 6.00 am to 6.25 am. Very annoying. But that is why this accommodation is on the cheaper end. So you cannot expect everything to be perfect. :)

The walls are dirty and the banket is too old and dirty!The owner Giorgio never mentioned that ITS NOT SAFE AREA OF MILAN! WE WERE TERRIFIED! Area of migrants and criminals!!we already required from Booking to refund us money! NOTHING!POST THE ADEQEUTE PICTURE GIORGO!!!!shame on you!

- Chung (8/5): Very good - The very attentive management manager made us feel at ease when we checked in. The sliding shower door is very narrow... If you are fat, it is not recommended to stay. You may not be able to enter the shower sliding door.

- Anonymous (4/5): Nice room but very scary neighborhood - The room was clean and nice, also the host (Giorgio) is very kind and willing to help with your stay. Also the location of the studio is very close to Metro station The neighborhood is really scary and creepy especially for women, don't know what's going wrong with that neighborhood but there are no italians there , almost everyone are foreigners staring at you. If you are woman do not walk out at night alone.

- Larisa (9/5): A good place to stay for a city-break! - The placement of the room is very good. the host is prompt at replying and offering suggestions/ tips on where to go/ what to visit, and where to eat while you wait for the room to be available. You have to double-check the pictures of the apartment and look carefully... I discovered when checking in that the "kitchen" was in the room, and the room gets crowded like this... plus I don't think it is safe to put a washing machine on the balcony, but anyhow...I am not here to judge. I was afraid a bit of the fact they tried to pre-authorize my cc without informing me about this, but anyhow, we managed to clear out the situation.
- Bogdan (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was decent with a few things that can be improved. the studio was not cleaned recently. The host was receptive to our request to change the bed linen and towels. The studio, although close (5 minutes walk) to the metro. the studio was very clean. the floor was dusty, there were cobwebs and cobwebs on the ceiling. the bed linen was not clean and there were no spare blankets.

- Molly (1/5): Bad - What I saw on Booking is not what was in my Room( the condition of the Headboard and the Wall) I spent only one night out of the 3 nights that I had booked😔. I just took off my dress spread on the Bed and slept on it. I called the the following morning to tell him I was leaving the Property, he asked me if I was changing the Accommodation or leaving for Home, I told him I had an Emergency. I had booked the place after reading some few reviews and the Photos of the Room on Booking.com. What i saw isn't what I got. (See Pictures)
- Selina (8/5): Nice find close to the San Siro Stadium - We stayed here for the Newcastle vs. AC Milan Champions League football match. The San Siro Stadium is only a 10-minute walk away from these studios and close to the metro for easy access into the city. The apartment was clean and compact, and Georgio was a fantastic host! He was always on hand with recommendations and helpful suggestions throughout our stay. The area is quite run down and not the best at night. The metro system was also on strike, which caused some issues on our first night. There was a lot of traffic and noise at night too but we were so tired from all the walking it wasn't too much of a problem for us.
