Josh (7/5): Other than the uncomfortable bed and couch, the stay was good. My fiancé and I both hard a hard time sleeping because of - Location was great. It was clean and friendly staff. The bed was hard as a rock, the couch was broken and very uncomfortable to even sit on.
Keli (6/5): Overall it was a good stay. Updates need made inside the room. But location & Tiki Bar was perfect! - Location was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean. Friendly staff. The Tiki Bar and the bartenders were amazing! It rained a lot during our stay so having that onsite was such a good experience! Literally steps to the beach and Pier! Pier Park is walking distance. The washer did not work, the couch/pull out sofa was filthy. Dirty and full of sand. The mattress was barely there. Definitely need to upgrade the couch. The lock on the door only had one screw and was lose, the drawer on the TV stand in the living room was off track and broken. The rug on the patio was filthy and smelled bad. Our neighbors smoked and someone smoked inside before we got there. We smelled heavy cigarette smoke the whole time.

Angela (1/5): Great location, bad condo - The location and the resort were great. The bar staff was great. The pool area was nice, and the beach was wonderful. The condo was dirty. The condo needs to be updated. Many issues within the condo from dirty pots and pans to rusted out lawn furniture.
