- miranda (9/5): Mooie locatie en gastvrijheid - Green Hill heeft een heerlijk zwembad en ontbijt. De medewerkers zijn zo vriendelijk. De locatie ligt heel gunstig nabij stad en strand. En met de gratis, goede fietsen vh hotel ben je er zo. Maar ook een Grab is zo geregeld. Helemaal niks. Ze hebben het gewoon heel goed voor elkaar hier.
- Avril (8/5): Great pool - Fabulous pool, but not enough chairs. Lovely gardens, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff Very noisy disco across the street. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. Reception is not manned during the day so couldn't get pool towels.There was a big group in and because it's such a lovely pool, the adults were there until late and the kids were noisy in the pool at 6.30 am. Not the hotels fault I know, but it made for a less enjoyable stay.

- Jeremy (10/5): Warm and Friendly, Green Hill Villa is awesome. - Everything, the family are very friendly and kind. My teenage daughter was staying up the road at her grandmother's and the family very kindly allowed her to borrow a bicycle and also allowed herself, brother and little sister to use the swimming pool,all at no extra cost. The room is very comfortable with both shower and bath. The breakfasts are perfectly adequate and the swimming pool, as clean as a whistle. It's not far to the old town either,walking or riding a bicycle,and can i recommend the friendly Thanh restaurant and Cafe just up the road,run by the friendly and helpful lady Giang. Nothing
- Ilona (9/5): - De locatie is geweldig, 10 minuten van old town, maar heerlijk rustig. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en het zwembad is groot genoeg om even heerlijk in af te koelen. Het ontbijt is ok, maar beperkte selectie.

La colazione è molto abbondante e abbastanza varia, non è a buffet ma su ordinazione con possibilità di fare variazioni sui piatti. La stanza è molto grande e il servizio è stato davvero super! Abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra per cambiare aria alla stanza per l’odore di umidità molto intenso. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata perché l’acqua scorreva dalla vasca per tutta la stanza da bagno.

- Reece (10/5): Great stay, would definitely return & recommend. - We were upgraded by the team to the Deluxe room which was great, on the ground floor we could just walk out into the pool area. The beds were comfy and the pool was delightful, open all times of the day. The bathroom was bit a dated, and missing a shower curtain, however still pleasant. The pool would have leafs on top which we would need to clear when using the pool.

I ended up having to go to the hospital in hoi an, my boyfriend was still at the homestay and they kindly gave him a lift and got him to me really quickly, the receptionist was really kind to always ask me if I was feeling better after it all happened. We extended our stay a few times so we stayed in three different rooms all were very comfortable and clean with smart TVs so I could recover with Netflix! Also we arrived very early on the first day off a night bus and they let us check in early and pay for an extra half a day. Thank you so much for your kindness green hill villa! We liked everything

- Tim (10/5): Hidden little gem - Nice little hotel which is relatively new, and in great shape. We loved the garden swimming Pool. The rooms are nice and large with classic wooden elements. Staff was super kind. Nice touch where the brand new bikes we could borrow. It is a 20min walk to Hoi An city center. However the street is not busy and it can be a comfortabele walk. Cab (40k) is a good option for returning home.

The breakfast drinks were a treat and the pool was the perfect respite on the afternoon heat. Winn also recommended great places for food, massage and tailors. All fabulous. Free bikes to pedal about to the beach thrown in. :) We loved it for our family. :)
- Marekbrestic (10/5): Beautiful, cosy & friendly hotel - Hotel is very very clean, the staff is most friendly and most helpful, They prepare for you very delicious breakfast. Hotel has a really nice and clean pool in the garden and is open 24/7. Don't worry it's a little bit away from center - you get privacy outside the busy streets and honking in the center. I really enjoyed the stay. Will come back when i return to Hoi An. Not one thing

- Hugh (10/5): Great place on the island. - Very good value for the money. We liked the service, breakfast was good, as well as pool and free bikes. Smaller things we did not like was shower in the bathroom was awkward (tub with no curtain), hard to get right temperature. The location is perhaps inconvenient, with few restaurants around, though it is cheap and easy to get places, including free bikes. You can also now walk across the bridge under construction close by.
- Frederic (5/5): To much noise - The employees are very friendly We unfortunately thought that by choosing the most expensive room we would be more comfortable but this was a big mistake because the large rooms face the road which is very noisy day and night. The employees are very friendly and showed us several rooms and even gave us the choice to cancel because the noise pollution was known by them. The rooms are magnificent and the wood decoration gives a lot of charm (but with these old wooden windows, there are several slots so mosquitoes and noise enter easily). The choice of breakfast is ok. very far from the center but there are free bikes available (limited number). It's not the hotel's fault, but the first morning we were woken up at 5:30 a.m. by the loudspeaker placed in front of the hotel with national music followed by local news until 11:00 a.m.: even at breakfast it was had to shout to be heard)

The pool is in excellent condition, place is clean and tidy and the rooms are clean with toiletries and fresh towels everyday, as well as a room spruce up. The thing that made this stay so worth while, were the staff there. They really went above and beyond and it made it a highlight of my stay. I came with my baby, they were so accommodating, loved playing with him and she even helped me at some meal times. It made the stay special and showed the heart they have. Thank you so much guys. There is a little distance from the main hub. I didn't mind the walk as you go past alot of local living, the grab motorbike was only 19,000vnd. It's worth it overall.

- Ufuk (6/5): Budget stay - The room size is good, the beds were comfortable, bedsheets were clean. The morning staff was very helpful, breakfast was very good. The location is alright, 1km walking distance to the old town—no facilities/restaurants around the hotel. The hotel had bicycles but the weather was rainy, we couldn't use it. We had 4 rooms for 2 families, 2 rooms were behind the reception and both didn't have any view. Bathrooms didn't have cabins, so taking a shower made the entire bathroom floor wet. The bathroom tiles were quite dirty. I haven't seen any other guests at the hotel, but still, the night receptionist didn't want to upgrade the room when we arrived. Avoid rooms 1.1 and 1.2.

- Kenneth (8/5): Perfect for long term stay! - Wow! Great place, family run and always helpful. Breakfast every day, everything worked, had a great sitting and work area. One thing about the area in general is that it’s residential slowly becoming more commercial (small hotels) do, you will experience real life around you. This is not a complaint but an observation. Oh, they also have bikes to use (free) and scooters available at a VERY reasonable daily rate. I stayed for 2 weeks and looking forward to my next visit.

The room was beautifully furnished and sparkling with cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding, large modern bathroom and 2 balconies giving us nearly 360 degree views. There were lots of breakfast choices, all freshly prepared and freshly cooked, some days we even got a plate of beautifully presented fresh local fruits which was an unexpected treat. The team were very helpful, always smiling and keen to help in any way they could. All in all an excellent experience deserving more than 5 stars. Thank you Green Hill Villa!!!

We came to the place a bit early but were allowed to gain access to a room anyway, plus a free upgrade. The room was clean but it smelled a bit, might be The old building. We were moved to another room with a balcony and it was amazing. Rented mopeds for a very fair price. The staff and owners invite us to a new years feast with The rest of the guess living there. Free of charge with how much drinks we wanted and good and a lot of food. This place is amazing and I highly recomend it for everyone, it is a bit from the shops so you gain some quiet during the nights
- Ah-reum (10/5): 한적하고 따뜻한 마음씨를 가진 호이안을 느끼고 가기에 최적 호텔입니다 - 주인 가족분들이 직접 운영해서 친절하고 깨끗합니다. 픽업서비스로 공항에서 편하게 이동했고, 도착하자마자 웰컴 드링크와 친절한 지역 가이드도 좋았고, 조금 일찍 도착했지만 체크인 할수 있었습니다. 무료 자전거와 오토바이(아마 무료..) 도 대여할수 있어서 작은 호이안을 한바퀴 돌기에도 좋을것같아요. 조식은 단품과 음료를 선택하면 과일과 샐러으와 함께 풀 코스로 잘 나오고 맛도 왠만한 식당보다 맛있어요. 수영장은 이용 못했지만 이용하는 사람들이 적어 한적하게 즐기기 좋을것같습니다. 호텔 위치도 한적해서 조용하구요. 저렴한 가격이 믿기지 않네요. 다음에 또 방문할거예요. 덥지않다면 올드타운을 강변쪽으로 걷거나 자전거로 가면 병아리,닭, 오리,소,개 들을 만나면서 가서 시골 정취를 느껴 좋았습니다.
- ShellyToo (10/5): such an enjoyable stay - We stayed here for 3/4 night in Hoi An after being disappointed in a previous hotel. The Green hills did not disappoint however. The room and hotel was so clean and cleaned daily. The pool was also kept clean and so enjoyable to relax at after a long day. The staff were so kind and helpful and the fresh ba mih bread at breakfast was delicious. The lady at the front desk helped us all throughout with renting bikes, booking a car to the airport along with sending us off with something for breakfast as we left very early. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The free bikes make the 10min ride into town really easy. The rooms were cleaned air conditioned well. Highly recommend!

- simon20000 (10/5): First class place to stay - Green Hill Villa is a lovely family run hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly, we really felt looked after when staying here and extended our visit by 3 days . The hotel is located in a really peaceful part of town on the banks of the river, a short cycle ride along the river path into town. The hotel has bikes you can borrow . The rooms and facilities of the hotel are high quality, the bed was so comfortable. There is a lovely pool and sitting area to relax in. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in 5 months of travelling. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
- Ian (10/5): Amazing Villa in Hoi An! - Absolutely amazing villa! We stayed here for four nights and actually had the whole place to ourselves. This family run villa has the most amazing friendly staff that are eager to make your experience in Hoi An as perfect as possible. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The rooms have a super cold minibar fridge with cold drinks that are very fairly priced. The pool is incredible, especially on a hot day. Our favourite staff member was Lap; she works in the afternoons. She’s so sweet and makes sure you have everything you need; including if the weather is bad she wants to make sure you don’t get wet and gives out rain ponchos. You can rent motorcycles for fairly cheap (110,000 Dong for a newer Honda automatic with lots of power). The complementary breakfast is amazing with an option of 13 different choices with Vietnamese and traditional western foods as options. They also have amazing fresh fruit juices and authentic Vietnamese coffee. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

They have a lovely pool and the people are so nice :) they help you with everything you need they arranged bus tickets for me and you can rent a scooter or use the free bicycles!! The city is not far away only a ten minute ride. They have amazing rooms and it's really clean. I felt really welcomed
- harrisonr558 (10/5): Absolutely epic - This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is prime and only a 12 minute bike ride into town. They supply the bikes for free. The pool is epic and everything about this place is wonderful. I would not hesitate to book this place again.
- Alina (10/5): Klasse Hotel - Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem wundervollen hotel. Frühstück war inklusive und super lecker. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß. Wäscheservice und einige Touren kann man im hotel buchen sowie günstig einen sehr neuen Roller, um mal zu den Stränden zu fahren. Zu Fuß ist man in ca 20 Minuten im haupten Geschehen, was uns nichts ausgemacht hat zu laufen. Kostenlose Fahrräder bieten sie aber auch an. Der Pool ist herrlich und ebenfalls sauber. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selbst wenn man nicht das Hotel verlassen möchte kann man sich auch im Hotel was zu essen bestellen. Entweder per Zimmer Service oder einfach im Restaurant oder am Pool essen. Preise sind auch mehr als in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist schön ruhig und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vi var förvånande över att till en början vara dom enda gästerna då hotellet ligger bra till och är otroligt fint! :) Vi fick ett lyxrum på tredje våningen i huvudbyggnaden. Lugnt och skönt, två balkonger med sol under hela dagen! Jätteskönt! En fin och fräsch pool i trädgården.

- krazymag (10/5): Excellent boutique hotel - We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The two friendly and attentive family relatives run this nice boutique style hotel. The room is nice decorated, spacious and bright, 2 separate balconies and have different views. You have quite a few choices for breakfast and very good Vietnamese coffee. The location is good and hotel has free bicycles for the guests, easily to ride to the old town which is 1.1 km away from the hotel. There is a shuttle bus to old town three time a day but we only used bikes and walking. As we stayed over the New Year’s eve and the lady (didn’t catch up her name) gave us a bottle of Vietnamese red wine as a NY gift, we were so well received by this friendly and helpful hotel. WiFi is excellent. Thank you Green Hill Villa and highly recommended.

It’s all perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! We came for 1 night but stayed 3 nights! The hotel has motorbikes for rent and bicycles for free, its only 5mins with motorbike to the center. Excellent beds, rooms and bathrooms - high quality cotton sheets. The pool is superb. Staff are genuine relaxed and super helpful. Breakfasts are great - especially the banana pancakes.
