We had been advised we would get a 'city view' (which one would presume is looking out on to the pretty aspect of the city) & we did not. Also, the (lovely) early morning light came through the net curtains - please can proper curtains be also put up in this excellent room we stayed in? Thanks!

- Svitlana (8/5): Впечатления от Европа парка перекрыли все минусы отеля - Номер просторный и уютный с большой ванной комнатой. По запросу предоставили чайник. По приезду нас встретила девушка не очень приветливо. Сперва, сказала что наша бронь через букинг не оплачена(потом конечно все прояснилось, но осадок остался неприятный). Затем сказала нам, что парковка возможна только в паркхаусе за 15 евро в день. Я несколько раз переспросила, можно ли парковаться вдоль дороги, но таже девушка категорично отвечала «нет». Оказалось, что прям возле отеля есть парковка, где с 19.00 до 9.00 и в выходные и праздничные дни можно парковаться бесплатно в другое время с паркшайном. Благодаря местным жителям, не пришлось платить за три дня в парк хаусе.

- Aysu (10/5): Perfect 4 nights! Definitely recommend it. - Hotel Union is one of the best hotels, that I have been to. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. I also loved the restaurant/ cafe part with a small balcony. Nice to enjoy a cup of coffee everyday. The hotel is very well connected to many areas that we wanted to visit. Everything was simply very good. Definitely would stay again. -

- Luciano (10/5): Sicuramente tornerò - Hotel in posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro, non distante dalla stazione, vicinissimo all’uscita dell’autostrada.Pulito e con tutto ciò che serviva. Bagno dotato di asciugacapelli e detergenti ( purtroppo non tutti gli hotel li mettono a disposizione) La mancanza di un parcheggio è un handicap di non poco conto ed intorno alla struttura dalle 9 alle 19 sono tutti a pagamento ma ne ero al corrente e quindi nulla da imputare allo staff.

- Jürgen LK Ruf (9/5): Schönes altbadisches Hotel - Sehr nettes Hotel mitten in der Stadt, ein bisschen old school, aber sehr charmant, tolles geräumiges Zimmer, in dem man Platz hat und sich wohl fühlen kann. Gutes Bad. Netter Empfang, alles unkompliziert, eine Wohltat nach unseren Hotel-Erfahrungen in Berlin die Tage davor. Und auch noch preisgünstig. Gerne wieder! Zusätzlich war das nahegelegene bürgerliche Restaurant ein weiter Pluspunkt bei unserem Aufenthalt. Gibt nix zu meckern!

- Joanna (8/5): Good, central location. Good value for money. - The location of this hotel was very good - close to the train station, and close to the old part of town. I had a single room, which was spacious enough and surprisingly quiet. Check in was nice and easy, and to check out you simply post your room card through a slot! The bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in there. Unpleasant, but I guess the smell won't linger!
