Omar (9/5): We voelden ons VIPs, als enige klanten. Heerlijk rustig! - Wij waren de 2 enige klanten, we hadden heel het resort voor ons alleen. Wat een zalige stilte! Suuuper vriendelijk receptioniste ! De ontbijtruimte voor ons alleen, alles stond klaar en de eitjes/omeletten werden klaargemaakt van zodra we gingen zitten. Wifi was ok Op enkele km afstand van het oude stadscentrum. Te weinig sneeuw om nog te skiën maar daardoor was er Veel plaats om met de hond te wandelen. We waren de enige klanten en toch komt het personeel om 8.00 uur onze kamer binnen; heel slechte briefing ! Spijtig dat we geen kamer in een huisje met jaccuzi kregen. Nu heb ik hem pas bij het laatste hondenplasje ontdekt, net voor we gingen slapen; anders had ik hem kunnen testen; het water was warm. Spijtig dat het maar voor 1 nacht was.

A big plus for us was that the hotel is pet‑friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, extremely friendly and welcoming staff at both the reception and the restaurant, who made us feel genuinely well taken care of. We were generally very satisfied with the Hotel, The only area for improvement would be the breakfast and the restaurant offer, which could have been a bit better—possibly due to our stay being during the off‑season and on weekdays.

Olteanu (10/5): Frumoasa zona turistică - Bună ziua sunt domnul robert mie de fel a-mi place sa stau la casa jos si in momentul acesta nu am asa ceva stau la bloc si senzația e super plăcută ieșirea e rapida pe gemulet ieșirea afara repede pădurea aproape auzi pasarele și etc fiecare cum simte de moment acesta senzație .avem 2 pisici haioase vin la geam leam dat krokete de mincare. Ce nu mia plăcut nustiu sa spun sunt mulți care comentează din nimic eu zic cabina de dusi puțin mică la camera mea la celelalte nustiu ce za zic atit.

Agnes (10/5): Très bon séjour! Je recommande l’hospitalité Roumaine! - Le personnel est très serviable et à l’écoute. La chambre est très confortable, bien aménagée, calme et spacieuse. Le restaurant sur place est de très bonne qualité et les serveurs sont aux petits soins. L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder aux pistes à Poiana avec le bus juste à côté. Parking de l’hôtel gratuit. Le sol de la salle de bain n’était pas propre. On aurait apprécié que les femmes de ménage qui changent les draps et serviettes plusieurs fois dans la semaine, nettoient au moins 1 fois la salle de bain.

Andrei Vok (9/5): Great accommodation for groups and families, great staff ! - Very nice staff that would do anything in their power to make your stay great, from reception to the restaurant. They gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room with terrace because of low occupancy during weekdays. Great generous breakfast à la carte. Location is good enough, having a bus stop and a shuttle service available during ski season in front of the resort on the main street. The bathroom wasn’t refurbished along with the rooms, a bit outdated

Nicoleta Mihaela (9/5): Foarte bine. - Totul a fost foarte bine, personalul foarte amabil: desi micul-dejun este in intervalul 8:30-10:30 (ceea ce poate fi un inconvenient atunci cand iti propui sa ajungi de dimineata pe partie), au fost foarte amabili si l-am putut lua putin mai devreme. Nu este chiar in Poiana, dar este o statie de autobuz fix langa.

Adrian (3/5): Dezamagitor - Locatia care permite explorarea zonei fara a te bloca in aglomeratia care se formeaza inspre centrul localitatii. Raport bun calitate pret. Am avut ghinionul de a "nimeri" in acelasi timp cu o petrecere de prost gust cu boxe imense aduse in mijlocul curtii interioare, mese cu alcool si zgomot de lautari pana la 3 dimineata. Personal, desi inteleg ca mergem la munte sa ne distram, mi se pare gresit sa nu poti controla ce se intampla in interiorul propriei locatii. Practic faceau ce voiau pe langa muzica si zbierete de lupta, se bateau cu zapada si gheata luata cu lopeti, gheata care evident ca a lovit si masini.

Cristiana (8/5): - Am avut o experiență minunată la acest resort! Atmosfera este relaxantă, locația foarte bine întreținută, iar personalul extrem de amabil și atent la detalii. Un mare plus este faptul că sunt pet-friendly – ne-am simțit cu adevărat bineveniți alături de animalul nostru de companie, fără restricții inutile. Camera mai putin curata, probabil nu sa aspirat inainte.. foarte mult par pe podea si pe lenjerie .. pe partea asta sa lucrati mai bine, in rest totul ok

Camera a fost spațioasă, curată și cu un balcon ce oferă perspectivă asupra locului. Personalul a fost atent și a oferit servicii de calitate. Micul dejun este diversificat. Pentru a servi masă trebuie avut în vedere că porțiile sunt mari - pentru 1-2 persoane.

Cristina (10/5): - Amabilitatea personalului. De la recepție au venit în sprijinul nostru ca urmare a unor solicitări punctuale. De asemenea, am apreciat faptul că, deși eram singura familie cazată în perioada respectivă ne-au oferit un mic dejun variat și foarte consistent. Totodată, nu am putut să nu remarcăm că, în ultima perioadă au fost făcute investiții majore (privind înlocuirea mobilierului, schimbarea termopanelor cu tripan de aluminiu, igienizarea camerelor, înlocuirea tuturor obiectelor sanitare, etc), aspect în opoziție cu situația întâlnită în urmă cu 3 ani (când am fost ptr prima oară la locația respectivă). Au fost unele probleme cu aerisirea caloriferelor, context în care nu aveau randamentul necesar, dar problema a fost remediată cu celeritate.
